- KONSTANTINOS (9/5): - Το πρωινό ήταν εξαιρετικό. Η τοποθεσία ήταν απίθανη με τα σπιτάκια, κατασκευασμένα από ξύλο και πέτρα , να είναι πλήρως εναρμονισμένα στο φυσικό περιβάλλον, σε υψόμετρο 1000 μέτρων . Το προσωπικό ήταν πολύ ευγενικό και πολύ εξυπηρετικό. Φύγαμε με πολύ καλές αναμνήσεις από το ιδιαίτερο αυτό ξενοδοχείο. Η πρόσβαση ήταν λίγο δύσκολη επειδή υπήρχαν χιόνια στον χωμάτινο δρόμο που οδηγεί στο ξενοδοχείο.

- Yannis (4/5): A lovely place with poor & opportunistic management - The location is amazing, as the village is situated in a mountain forest; the nature is breathtaking, while we particularly enjoyed all the different hikes. The majority of the staff (the ones in the resfaurant & cafe-bar) were genuinely kind, hospitable & highly-service orientated. Our overall experience was unfortunately tainted by the oppottunistic approach of the accommodation’s management. Key highlight being the extravagant charges of New Year’s Eve dinner that in no case reflected the mediocre (at best) quality of the offered menu; although we were a group of 8 families (28 people) that had constructively raised our collective disatisfaction 2 weeks before our arrival, the management decided not to take any action. What was equally disappointing was the 90’ delay during check-in, as well the fact that the forest view from our terrace was obstructed all throughout our 5-day stay by another resident’s vehicle that was parked outside the boundaries of the designated area (we asked the staff accordingly but no action was taken)

- ΚΑΡΑΓΙΑΝΝΗ (7/5): Μέσα στο δάσος! - Τα δωμάτια, ήταν μεγάλα, άνετα και καθαρά εξοπλισμένα με τζάκι! Το πρωινό ήταν νόστιμο και είχε ποικιλία! Το προσωπικό ήταν πολύ ευγενικό! Η πρόσβαση στο κατάλυμα είναι δύσκολη ειδικά με βροχή και κακές καιρικές συνθήκες από οποιοδήποτε άλλο αυτοκίνητο εκτός τζιπ και αγροτικού! Οι περισσότερες δραστηριότητες δεν είναι για παιδιά!
- חגי ואיבון (7/5): - אהבנו את המקום הצוות היה אדיב מאוד ונחמד. השקט הנופים המיקום מעולה. האוכל היה ברמה נמוכה ויקר מחיר המלון לא זול ההשקעה באוכל על בסיס מצרכים מקומיים כיביכול אבל עשוי ברמה נמוכה. לא תמיד טרי מאכזב מאוד שה"ספא" לא מחומם בריכה בטמפרטורה מאוד מאוד קרה כשהיא אמורה להיות מחוממת והתענוג יקר מאוד ואת זה מגלים בחשבון סופי.
- Christos (6/5): Beautiful location, but the experience was overpriced and underwhelming - An amazing forest location with a spectacular view of the canyon Extremely overpriced for what was offered. Unfortunately, the food fell far short of our expectations based on the description provided on their website. The spa experience was average. The Jacuzzi felt cold, and the sauna was not hot enough. The in room fireplace was not very good as it was leaking smoke into the room.

- Eleftheria (7/5): Όμορφο περιβάλλον στη φύση, ιδιαίτερη αισθητική και φιλοσοφία, αλλά χωρίς έμφαση στις λεπτομέρειες. - Η επαφή με τη φύση μοναδική! Ιδιαίτερο μέρος με ιδιαίτερη φιλοσοφία και σεβασμό στη φύση. Ο κύριος Αντώνης καταπληκτικός και ευγενέστατος που μας ξενάγησε τόσο όμορφα στην υπέροχη φάρμα. Και ο κ. Αχιλλέας ευγενής και εγκάρδιος στη βόλτα στο βουνό. Η καθαριότητα ήταν ένα θέμα. Δε δίνεται προσοχή στη λεπτομέρεια και δε συνιστούν καθαριότητα αν δε το ζητήσεις για λόγους οικολογίας. Το αποτέλεσμα έιναι ότι δε δίνεται βάρος σε αυτήν. Πίνακες στο σπίτι που έχουν στάμπες, ιστοί αράχνης στον χώρο του σπα, γενικότερα μια αίσθηση ελλειπούς φροντίδας. Μας κακοφάνηκε επίσης το ότι το προσωπικό είχε κάποιες διαφωνίες στην κουζίνα που όμως γίνονταν αντιληπτές, καθώς και ότι στον χώρο του πρωινού χρεώνουν καφέ πλην του φίλτρου. Δε συνάδει με τη χρέωση του δωματίου η πολιτική χαμηλών παροχών. Τέλος στο παιδικό δωμάτιο μπάζει από το κούφωμα και τα παιδιά μας κρύωσαν.
- Miri (10/5): - היתה חופשה משפחתית מושלמת. הבתים נעימים ומרווחים, עם עיצוב מדהים, נעים ומיוחד. המבנה המרכזי עם סלון מרכזי רחב ונעים עם נוף מטריף להרים וליער,. שיכול לאפשר מפגש מרווח לכל המשפחה. הסביבה מטופחת ומהממת בתוך יער עבות. ארוחת הבוקר טעימה עם יוגורט מקומי אלוהי. הצוות מקסים ועזר וסייע בכל מה שהיינו זקוקים לו בחיוך בנועם ובסבלנות אין קץ. אנשים פשוט מקסימים. היתה לנו חויה נפלאה. קחו בחשבון שהמקום בשיפוע ועם הרבה מדרגות. לאנשים שמתקשים בהליכה ומדרגות יכולים להתקשות בהתניידות.

- Ulysse (7/5): - Le site est effectivement assez exceptionnel en pleine montagne, très reposant. Décoration de très bon goût et on mange très bien. Piscine glaciale en plein mois d’août mais ce n’est pas de leur faute. Les appartements sont ok mais ne valent les +300€ la nuit. Pour familles aisées en mal de nature bien que tout soit très domestiqué. Il y a une sorte de kitchenette mais on ne peut pas franchement se faire à manger. Je recommande pour 2 nuits max histoire de couper du monde. Impossible de se faire à manger chaud ce n’est pas prévu malgré le « cooking set » très bobo

- Αντωνης (9/5): Άνθρωπο που αγαπούν αυτό που κάνουν κι αυτό φαίνεται! - Πρόκειται για ένα μέρος απόλυτης χαλάρωσης που ο ιδιοκτήτης φαίνεται ότι έχει κάνει τρομερή προσπάθεια για να το επιτύχει.Φτιαγμένο το κατάλυμα μέσα σε ένα φαράγγι (για αυτό παραπονιούνται κάποιοι για δύσκολη πρόσβαση) είναι όλα πολύ προσεγμένα με μεράκι .Όπως και οι χώροι που το περιβάλλουν κι αυτοί είναι εξαιρετικοί.Το βράδυ στον κήπο του εστιατορίου θα μας μείνει αξέχαστο. Λόγω του ότι πρόκειται για ένα χώρο απομόνωσης θα θέλαμε να υπήρχαν περισσότερες επιλογές σε σνακ .Ειδικά όταν πρόκειται για οικογένεια με παιδιά.Τα ροφήματα επίσης πολύ ακριβά χωρίς λόγο.Διαφορετικά θα μπορούσε να υπάρχει ποικιλία στο φαγητό του εστιατορίου.Οι δραστηριότητες επίσης για τα παιδιά αφού είναι kids friendly το ξενοδοχείο ήταν ελλιπείς.

Nothing really, just something good to know, gravel road to arrive at the village can be a little challenging in case of adverse weather or fully loaded cars.

Accessing the property is a bit difficult, requires a 4 km drive in a dirt road. The road is good but may be difficult for very low cars.

Temperature during summer is around 20-25 degrees Celsius and you feel comfortable without air-conditioning. The staff is very attentive without being all the time on top of you. I felt like I was joining a family owned estate.

Surrounded by beautiful nature, very friendly staff, the road from Kerasia is dirth road but good enough for any car if not rainy. Great food, the spa is paid but also very beautiful and we were the only people so it was worth it. The pool outside is cold in May but it was so nice and relaxing anyway that we didn't miss it.

The service and staff were amazing and thoughtful for children and adults and all our needs. we had to cut short one night (cause of miss calculations of hours to the airport )they immediately offered to uncharged us for that night even though it was totally not there obligation. Food and chef were also great! We loved everything about it. In winter and especially when raining heavy its less attractive for children in my opinion but I really want to go back in the summer and enjoy the pool outside and other activities

The high level maintenance of the resort, clean and well taken care of. The apartments, beautifully designed to a high standard. Lots of privacy, beautiful views overlooking the valley. Great handmade soaps in bathroom, Bathrobes and sleepers for extra comfort. Food in resort- a variety of Greek and local food, all delicious. My husband enjoyed his best ever lamb chops. Great buffet breakfast suitable also for my vegetarian daughter. The beautiful main building with the lounge and bar. We enjoyed a walk to the waterfall and enjoyed feeding the goats. And of course the company of both Nyala and Lulu, the Greek shepherd dogs that welcomed us. Thank you, we will be back.

The prices at the bar are very high. The breakfast only includes filter coffee and mountain tea. Any other type of coffee is with additional cost. An espresso costs 5euros (nespresso machine)!!

- John (10/5): Mountain retreat - This is a wonderful hotel. Located in the mountains a few hundred meters from a waterfall and surrounded by the forest. The view is spectacular and the rooms are comfortable and spacious. The staff were friendly and helpful and the food was excellent. We wished that we could have stayed longer.

They don’t have the attention to detail to live up to expectations of the high price they set. it is also really isolated, the drive up is on a bad road so don’t expect to easily pop out to do activities in the nearby area by car. also found it crazy that access to the spa is 25 EUR extra per person, including access to the indoor swimming pool (if you don’t pay, you can’t use it)

The staff was great, nice people trying to cover all the guests' needs. Very expensive prices to use the facility of the Spa. We asked to arrange a massage which also was very expensive, and then to use the pool but they said that we should pay extra for the pool. Also, when a hotel charges a minimun night stay 250e for a studio, they should arrange a daily cleaning service. One of our bathrobes in the room was broken and nobody noticed it before putting it. The breakfast was quite basic for a 4 star hotel. There were some local products to taste, but there was not a great effort to offer a fabulous breakfast. I have been working for several years in the hospitality, and I am feeling sad when there are these amazing properties in Greece, but the owner does not put a meaningful effort to please the guests. I understand that the expenses and the costs are quite higher when the location of the hotel is not easily recheable, however there should be a balance between the price that a guest pays and the facilities, quality and amenities that the hotel can offer.
