- Lisa (7/5): It was good. - I didn't have time for the breakfast. I was leaving early in the morning and returning late. I had know problems. I was really to exhausted every night to rate a bed.
- James (5/5): -
- Scott (6/5): - Staff was good, got me in a room in a location that l desired due to parking & wanting my room to be as close my vehicle as possible. Bed wasn't great but other than that everything was OK! Was able to get off the road, shower and sleep laying down for less than $100 l could not expect or ask for more! Also this place still offers smoking rooms If that's your thing! For the price, l couldn't expect any more. However I didn't ask, nor did l see any self service laundry options.
- Sachin (10/5): - Breakfast was very good

- Kirk (8/5): Pleasant and comfortable - Breakfast was adequate and typical.

- Amy (8/5): - The woman who checked us in after a long, long travel day was wonderful! We had a bad week with a family crisis, and she was exactly the person I needed last night. I wish I could remember her name, because I will forever remember her sweet southern hospitality. And we travel a lot from TX-CO and back, and I will stay here again because of her. I hope you all let her know how crucial she was in a hard, hard time.

- Christi (8/5): - The hotel staff were very nice and accommodating but I was surprised to find that this property was very dated and was a motel rather than hotel - I do not like pulling up to an outside door and wasn’t prepared for that. - it did not feel as safe as the usual rooms inside a hotel that I am used to.

- Kimmy325 (9/5): Superb -
- Cindy (10/5): Nice stopping spot - A very nice small town motel. For its class it was fantastic! Great breakfast, friendly staff, clean, quiet, and comfortable. I recommend it for a place to stay when on the road. Pet fee $30. A little steep.

- Maria (9/5): Superb - Price and location and breakfast. Nothing. Got the price it was great.
- Beth (9/5): A very well run place - I had no idea what to expect; Brownfield looked like a wide spot in the road on the map. I was happy to find this was a thoroughly competent operation that offered a good night's sleep.
- sergio (10/5): - People is awesom in there, so kind and polite
- Chris (10/5): It was very nice. - It was clean and the staff was very friendly. Everything was perfect
- Eric (9/5): Superb - The friendly welcome and chat, ground floor single story room, 303, no ceiling dancers. Nice quiet location, several food locations nearby.
Also the onward journey to Dallas was vastly more enjoyable driving via 380 east than i40 had been for previous parts of our journey. We stopped in Post, Rule, and Graham, these towns and Brownfield felt more like being in small town America that we had been passing bye on the interstate. The coffee machine in the room was not working, it was heating the water and spurting onto the granite surface, but not going through the coffee. This was not a problem for me as I had a couple of good coffees in the breakfast room. I meant to say on checking out.
- Haley (7/5): Good -
- Beverly (8/5): - We had a nice stay. Staff friendly
- Scott (9/5): Superb -

- Rachael (8/5): Very good - Great price. Easy to find location. Good spot for a quick weekend stay. Rooms were a little out of date and bathroom was very small.
- Karen (10/5): Exceptional -
- Shirley (8/5): - Convenience. Didn’t like the back building, not enough lighting in parking lot.
- Micheal (7/5): Good -
- Jerelle (6/5): - Workers were very nice but place could be cleaner
- Z6130XQpamm (10/5): Thank You Best Western Caprock Inn!!!! - AWESOME!! Due to an apartment fire we had to move into a motel for about a month and a half. I have a dog and Best Western accepted my pet with no problems. (Unlike Holiday Inn Express) So very glad we stayed here. The room was spacious, clean, the bed was comfortable, the staff was wonderful! I honestly cannot say enough good things about this Best Western. Highly recommended.
