- 942denised (10/5): Comfortable Gem in Prosser - I have stayed at Best Western before, so I was not surprised everything was clean and in working order. This hotel is in a small town and I was thrilled at the amenities. The indoor pool on a chilly Washington day and hot breakfast, featuring a made to order omelette were greatly appreciated. The staff was gracious and helpful, they made the extra effort to ensure my stay was comfortable and I had everything I needed.

The location was very convenient - there were lots of places to eat within easy walking distance. The premises were very clean - inside and out! Good free breakfast - many choices and they even have someone making omelets to order! The check-in staff was very friendly!

- ericeIdridge1 (10/5): A Solid Motel for the Prosser Wine area. - My wife and I stayed here (with our 2 dogs, dog friendly for a reasonable fee) to meet friends who were staying across the street at the RV park. It’s a very clean, comfortable hotel close to wineries. We’ve stayed here before when meeting friends and have always been happy with our stay. Plenty of free parking. Breakfast is above what you would get at most motels, including a good omelette bar with a chef. I highly recommend this hotel if staying in the Prosser area.

Excellent automatic espresso machine in the lobby to make most coffee drinks. Gym with 2 exercise bikes, treadmill, multi function weight machine, sauna, but no dumbbells or bench. A small outdoor pool great for warm weather in building B. Building A has indoor pool and hot tub. Next to several fast food places and Chinese, plus some places very close for wine.

Outdoor and indoor swimming pools. Buffet breakfast with a wide variety of offerings including pre-made omelettes, sausage links, hash browns, waffles, oatmeal, fruit... The ladies serving breakfast were very sweet. Cons: beds are okay, not super comfortable. The Dial soap the hotel offers leaves a residue on your skin that does not wash off!!!

The grounds included an indoor & outdoor swimming pool, a gym with a sauna, and a business center with access to a printer. There is even an outside picnic area with a BBQ. The room was spacious and clean and had a mini-fridge, microwave, coffee maker, and a recliner. Right down the hall was an ice machine and a small alcove with vending machines for drinks or snacks. Breakfast is included and the selection was very expansive and even had an omelet bar. The location was perfect, right next to the highway and has restaurants, gas stations, and markets within walking distance. I would definitely stay here again.

We went and used the indoor pool and hot tub. This location has both an indoor and an outdoor pool. Breakfast was excellent! What is unique about this hotel's breakfast is that they will make you a custom omelette for breakfast. They do a great job at this! The breakfast area is very neat and clean and the food is good. The room was neat and clean. The beds were comfortable. The chairs in the room were comfortable. I liked the fact that I could control the thermostat on the wall. The room was a little snug with all of the furniture in it. But the ceiling was very high so it gave the appearance of a larger room. I could tell that the hotel works very hard at maintaining a good, clean appearance. The beds were very soft and comfortable and the water pressure for the shower was amazing. The rooms looked and smelled clean. The hotel was very noisy around midnight. I had to call the front office to tell the patrons next to me to be quiet. I don't understand how people can be so rude and disrespectful when staying at a hotel by being so noisy so late at night. This happened a little past midnight they were banging against the walls and it was very noisy. It woke me up. After calling the front desk it took them about 10 to 15 minutes to finally calm down and then it was finally quiet. The fan in the room made a strange noise, but it wasn't annoying enough for me to call the front desk about. May have just needed to be oiled a little. The cable was unattached to the TV. It took me a minute to figure out why there was no picture when I turned it on. I screwed it to the TV and I got a good picture! The refrigerator was set at level 1. I didn't understand why my drinks weren't getting cold until I looked inside and saw that it was set to the lowest setting. Once I turned it up, the drinks got cold just fine. These are my only issues while staying at this hotel. I would probably stay there again.
