We stayed at Express Inn the weekend before, it was so nasty, trash all under beds, dirty towels, will never stay there again. Best Western gets our money now. Very impressed, we booked last minute, and they called to confirm, then bumped us up to a bigger bed for no extra charge. The stairs..LOL but really it's a nice place.

Had a wide range of breakfast foods that were very good. Something for everyone. The lady in charge of it was very nice and helpful. If you have problem with steps, there is no elevator to the 2nd floor. The AC unit was a little loud. But neither was a big deal to us.

I should not have been charged because my reservation stated that I would not be charged until I che - I ended up not checking into the Marta Inn after I arrived because I did not realize that it was a motel and that all the doors opened to the outside. I’m a solo female traveler, and don’t feel safe in those environments.

When I received the confirmation email, I realized my mistake. I called and they were able to fix it for me. I also asked for a room downstairs. They were able to make this happen. The breakfast was excellent. The only issue I had was that when we were eating breakfast, the flies kept flying around our food. One even landed on my food. I had to end up throwing that food away. I don't know if this can be fixed. This is not against the Inn. It's just that flies get in when people go in the office I know it happens.
