- Letts (10/5): - Staff No elevator, spouse has a hard time going up and downstairs
- keith (3/5): It use to be a nice place to stay but now I'm not sure we'll stay there ever again - The bed was comfortable. Thee shower head couldn't be adjusted and the bathtub was really slippery when you got in it, The stool would keep running if you didn't stay to make sure it would shut off. The fan on the heater made a lot of noise when it ran.
- Melissa (10/5): -
- Davis (10/5): - All Nothing
- Patricia (10/5): -
- Korina (10/5): - Everything was excellent from the breakfast to the pool to the room. Everything was great.
- Mia (10/5): -
- aeb3964d547372064f2036096ad7f7ee (8/5): Met expectations - Fast check in, large clean room with a comfy bed. I had a good experience. Would stay again No elevator but I knew that when I booked. I left very early.

- 271293c74e9d7148b968b5574a68812a (8/5): - Big room Limited choices for breakfast
- Holtmeier (5/5): Okay to stay - I liked the room having a couch and the pool. The breakfast was good as well. The beds were painful to sleep on. There was no place to do laundry. The male receptionist seemed grumpy. He was not really friendly. The lighting in the room was horrible.
- Nicole (8/5): If our family is in the area again, we would definitely stay. - Breakfast was decent for the price of the room. Eggs, sausage, bread, etc. Very nice that there is coffee, tea, hot chocolate and juice 24/7. Pool was on the warmer side, perfect for kids to swim including our toddler. No elevator with heavy bags
- Amy (8/5): - Was very nice all around The dogs that came on my 4th night
- Trina (1/5): -
- Yosef (10/5): -
- Tina (10/5): - The room was comfy
- Gerald (5/5): - The cooked food was good the room size great. Yogurt was expired. Had saints in the bathroom.
- Craig (8/5): - Convenient It could use a little updating. Some stuff looked a little used.
- Elvimar (10/5): -
- Shauna (3/5): They could do better - The location Was only a half roll of toilet paper in the bathroom. Another roll was completely empty. The whirlpool tub in the room looks like it’s been painted on the bottom when you turn the heater on heat it stunk like something was burning. The last stay that I had at this property was amazing. This stay was horrible.
- Gloria (9/5): Just what we needed at the time - Outdoor entrance to the room.
Friendly staff
- Richard (10/5): Nice place to stay - Nice clean facility The breakfast nook was a bit short of spaces to sit.
Parking lot was tight for those of us with pickup trucks.
- Eugene (8/5): - It was good Need more tables to set at for breakfast
- Benjamin (8/5): -
- Judith (7/5): -
- Kathy (9/5): Mini vacation on the Mississippi - Very nice hotel, we travel with a dog so it is hard to get a place most of the time. I would recommend it to everybody🤗 Our dinner at the hotel restaurant was very salty
- TERANCE (8/5): Very great - Love the place and people wish pool was open tell 11 or 12 but very great place to stay Love that the rooms are extremely nice and what they say it is dont change you have a great place!
- Sonja (6/5): The bed really needs to be more comfortable, not quite so firm. - We liked that it was quiet, clean, and nicely decorated. It was also nice to be able to park around the back side of the hotel. The bed was not comfortable. Both my husband and I had back aches and had a hard time sleeping. We loved the tub but it could have used some grab bars to make getting in and out a little safer and easier for the older or heavyset crowd.
- Kerianne (9/5): -
- Thomas (6/5): Staff would have responded quicker, we check in late about 11:30 pm had called earlier in evening. -
- Harry (7/5): ok - place was fine for an one night stay, room was big !!! carpet old, bed seemed small for a Queen size ~~
- Vivica (7/5): We felt comfortable and safe during our stay. - I enjoyed the extra blanket that was stored in the dresser in our room, enjoyed breakfast and enjoyed the "safe ride" option at this hotel. The staff was very friendly, we don't always get that so we appreciate it. I think the jets should be replaced in the hot tub, in my personal opinion people love hot tubs and I'm sure we wouldn't be the only ones putting the jets to use if they were fixed. Also, it looked like the pool was a little cloudy... other than that we had a great comfortable stay. We appreciate it!
- Caleb (10/5): -
- Daniel (10/5): -
- Karla (9/5): -
- Dean (8/5): pleasant - location suited my needs. breakfast was adequate. building could use an elevator
- Schlake (6/5): Would stay again - The staff do a great job, it’s nice and clean and a great price. The owner company should spend some money on updates at that location.
- Karol (7/5): -
- Elizabeth (10/5): - loved the room and tub
- Charene (5/5): - Shower was not clean, whirlpool had to be deep clean the us due to it was very greasy once filled with water. I ce machine is very far from room 126. Bed was very comfortable and clea Showering not clean & had hair.. mold. Toilet very low
- Auctioneering (8/5): -
- Allan (9/5): Loved it - Breakfast was above average for the price Couldn't stay longer
- Vicky (9/5): - Na Na
- NickMona (10/5): Would stay again if in the area in the future. - Very good location. Quiet. Exactly what we were looking for at a great price.
- Lucrecia (8/5): - Clean comfortable room. Staff was friendly. The spa tub was really nice after a long day of hiking. Location was perfect. The shower head had a trickle of water and the fan to the heater made an awful noise when we first turned it on, but it stopped after running for a bit.
- Mindy (8/5): -
- Watson (5/5): Beds need replaced - Breakfast was good. Rooms were clean. Beds need to be replaced. Worst sleep I've ever had in a hotel.
- Theresa (6/5): - Everything was clean. Breakfast was good. The bed. The bed had a divot in the middle and was lacking anything but comfort. The walls were paper thin. You can hear televisions in the connector room
- Harder (10/5): -
- Josh (8/5): -
- Marcelo (7/5): Ok - Breakfast did not have enough fruit ….
- Alan (4/5): Dirty toilet - The toilet has debris in it and a poop spot on the bowl! The hot tub wasn't clean!
- Jerry (10/5): - good variety of food. Spacious room. Comfortable bed. Nothing
- Leon (8/5): -
- James (9/5): Everything met expectations - Breakfeast was good rooms clean beds comfortable ha ha Can’t think of anything I didn’t like
- Denise (6/5): It was okay. - The breakfast was fine
I liked that I could access the room from an outdoor entrance which made it easier to load and unload luggage
The bed was very comfortable. The toilet ran after each flush but could be stopped if you jiggled the handle,
The TV was weird and the channels cut out so that sometimes they worked and sometimes they didn't. The power strip light flickered on and off so I don't know if that is why the coffee machine didn't work or not but it didn't. And there was no internet which apparently just went down that morning.
- Timothy (9/5): Good - Breakfast-ok. Liked that they sold alcololic bevereges. Rates was very reasonable. Short on scrambled eggs for breakfast.
- JoAnn (8/5): - Location and staff were great. Breakfast was good. Room was large and comfortable Room smelled like urine
- Tim (10/5): -
- Michele (6/5): It was a good spot for what we were needing--a bed to sleep in and a good breakfast. - The breakfast was great. A nice variety of choices for food. With a sold-out weekend, there should have been more tables for guests to have breakfast. There were only 2-4 tops and 1 2-top. The couch and chairs took up way more space than necessary. Also, with us having knee issues, we were not happy with no elevator on the property. The front desk told us we could have requested the first floor, which we would have had we known there was no elevator. You might want to add that to your website.
- Suzanne (10/5): - Everything was great! So reasonable for a wonderful room.
- Linn (4/5): Overpriced. Not returning - Overpriced for very average facility. Inadequate lobby seating. Poor pillows. Wasps in the room
- Antoinette (3/5): Lacking customer service - Location in PDC was decent. We booked the king suite with a jacuzzi tub and when we arrived they told us it had flooded and they booked us in a family suite. When I explained it was suppose to be a romantic getaway for my husband and I they couldn't understand why we weren't satisfied with the switch to a family suite with two queen beds (my husband is 6'5"). They did nothing to reduce the price of our stay or offer anything for the frustration, disappointment and inconvenience.
- Dohse (1/5): What an over-priced joke and waste of money. - The bed was comfortable. That's about all. Breakfast is served for only 3 hours and your breakfast attendant sat next to the desk clerk for several min while half or more of the breakfast items were empty, (syrup, 2% milk, eggs, sausage, and waffle batter). There was NO heat placed on the scrambled eggs or sausage links, which were maybe room temperature at best. Biscuits for biscuits and gravy are kept nowhere near the gravy so after finding them, I had to direct several people to where they were located. Also, whipped butter packets do NOT need to be refrigerated, as they will not spread, even on hot toast. The outside maintenance is terrible. Lawn needs mowed badly, landscaping looks like it hasn't been taken care of in years. And all this for $223.00, which is an outrageous price in a town of 5000 people. Price gouging at its finest I'd say. I would never stay here again, or recommend anyone to stay there. I'd say the management staff needs to be replaced with people who actually knows how to manage anything.
- Ona V (10/5): - Comfortable
Good breakfast
- Craig A (8/5): - Even though there was an hour left of breakfast, they didnt refill anything and it wasnt very good what was there.
- john (10/5): - Everything was great
- Autumn (8/5): -
- Amy (10/5): - The mattresses were very comfortable. That is a big deal with us! Clean and breakfast was good.
- William (8/5): - Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Staff were friendly. Hotel could use some fresh updates. TV in the room would shut off on its own every 20 mins or so.
- GALEN (8/5): - Clean room, adequate fitness facility, nice pool, WiFi was inadequate, key card had to re-prigrammed several times
- richard (10/5): -
- Sheryl (10/5): -
- Maryjane (4/5): decent but not quite recommendable - No elevator....phones in room were not operating...bathtub in room 111 did not appear well taken care of....floor squeaked in room above every time someone walked around....woken by the adjacent room's occupants using the showers...housekeepers using vacuums in vacated rooms and hallways by 8:00 on a Sunday morning. Not conducive to a restful sleep.
- Timothy (10/5): - Location
- Bruce (7/5): It was pleasant and peaceful. - Not enough space at waffle station for plates and too much of the other hot items with no place to plate your food. Waffles were good but other options were limited. No room to eat near buffet.
- Donna (10/5): - Breakfast was good liked we could buy drinks in hotel
- Steve (8/5): The value was good. - Convenient Small breakfast area
- Salina (10/5): - Would definitely return
- Tammy (10/5): Fun weekend bachelor party - Clean and comfortable and staff was very friendly. Pool was very well kept and clean. Lots of beautiful scenery and hiking in the area, would highly recommend for a getaway.
- Valarie (10/5): Stay here - Had a very enjoyable stay. Clean; hot tub and pool very nice, Loved the room with jacuzzi in it!
- Steven (10/5): -
- Glenn (10/5): Day trip to Prairie du Chien - Clean room and bathroom. Everything working properly. Friendly staff and owner. Good location in town. Very reasonable price.
- Douglas (8/5): -
- Peter (8/5): - Helpful and friendly staff. Easy to access location. Good places to dine nearby.
- Ganshert (7/5): I had a bed and got a decent night's sleep. - Hotel was easy to find. It was quiet, and I felt safe there since I needed to use their key card to enter many doors. Room was OK - clean, but it's an older hotel. Was given an "upgrade" but a jacuzzi for a 76 year old is useless. I wouldn't have been able to get out of the thing! Breakfast was OK. Coffee was good. Breakfast area was small, not enough seating, and not well organized.. They need to find another space. Bed was too soft for my comfort. Check in staff person wasn't welcoming at all - just a job. I received an excessive amount of emails from Booking.com and the Quality Inn for 1 night - overkill!!!:
- Athena (7/5): -
- Steve (4/5): Find something else. - The room was ok. Belabored check-in. Inadequate seating in break fast area. Stupid, time-consuming access to Wifi every single time you used it, requiring viewing an ad.
- Kristine (6/5): - A very old building in need of serious updating. Phone system did not work, room looks were sketchy. We had to get the front desk to let us in and she even commented on how bad the locks are. Breakfast offerings were pretty slim
- Mary (8/5): - Large room so that wheelchair could easily maneuver but needed rolll in shower if need a longer stay. Those permanently in wheel chair can not get in and out of tub.
- Steve (10/5): - All very good
- RICK (8/5): - It was a nice place to stay
- Charlene (7/5): - The room was nice and spacious. Comfortable. The cleaning could be better. Dead cricket in the bathroom, hair on the counter and on one of the towels. Also pieces of dirt or food by the bedside table that weren't vacuumed up.
- Tabitha (6/5): - You get what you pay for...Very outdated. Bed was decent. Bathtub looked very dirty. Stained towels. Lots of guests having issues with their keys because its the old style slider keys. No elevator. Breakfast was very limited. Whole first floor smelled like a weed shop. Parking was fine for us, but no RV or trailer parking. We booked a king room with sofa bed per expedia, but when we got there they said that wasnt what our reservation showed. We had to ask to get the room we booked and they did have it available, but be aware. Hot tub was hot, but small. Pool was decent, but the area is very dark and limited lighting.
- Verified traveler (6/5): Nice place in a good location - Check-in wasn't the most friendly, since guy working front desk acted like he didn't want to be there or deal with people. Hotel was clean and room was clean as well. It had signs of age, but still nice. There were restaurants & a gas station near by. Be careful with the speed bumps though, as they are tall & motorcycles will drag.
- TAMMY (9/5): -
- Evan (5/5): Staff was great, hotel was nice overall just had mold growing on table leg - Great location nice pool and suit Our room had some mold growing on the table I happened to find because I dropped something. Just could of been cleaner but still nice
- Carla (9/5): - Large room Not much toilet paper. Had to go get some.
