• Bridget (10/5): Very quiet and very comfy hotel at a good price! - The room looked recently remodeled; it could have been a room in a Marriott or Hilton with a king-size pillow top bed, new carpet and soft sheets. Though it was near the highway, it was super quiet. The breakfast needed more variety--yogurt, small cartons of milk, more fruit and cooked oatmeal. (The fruit was gone when we arrived at 8:30 for breakfast.) There was a pitcher of a dairy product but there was no indication if it was cream, 2% or whole milk. The breakfast area was very clean, however.

• Connie (1/5): My nightmare stay.... - I waited for 4 hours to have someone from maintenance to come fix the drain and the door not shutting and locking. No one showed up. I went back down to the office to find a new person working at the desk who had no idea about anything. I asked for a new room and was told no.. So i asked when someone was gonna be coming to my room to fix the drain and door and she said 9 am. I had to stay awake all night with a chair to the door while my child slept. And she charged me for my medical alert dog even though I provided the legal papers she insisted on seeing. But still charged me. The insanity was mind-boggling. I went to grab breakfast in the lobby and was told that I couldn't bring food back to my room or i would be charged. Let you brain wrap around that. Pool was open, but nobody had a key to the gate... My door wouldn't shut and I waited all evening because they said they would be as soon as possible, never showed up. Asked for a room that door actually shut and locked, they refused. But was told they would be in the morning by 9 am. Nobody ever showed. Had to sit with a chair next to the door all night because it didn't work and I needed to protect my family. Was told I wasn't allowed to eat in my room. I wasn't allowed to bring my continental breakfast back to my room. I cried all night scared to death because of that door. Checking out not one word was said. She didn't even look up. I asked for corporates number.... she told me to look it up.
• Connie (1/5): - Just awful... nightmare. Door wouldn't close or lock. They told me they're wound be someone to come fix it.... nobody showed up, i went back to ask and they had no knowledge. I asked to change rooms. They refused. I asked when someone will be there to fix the door then.... 9 am. I had to sit in a chair in front of a door all night to protect my kid. I was also put through the ringer about my medical alert dog with full paperwork. Nightmare.

• Marcia (8/5): Too many large trucks taking up spots in front of my room. - If the timing is right, I stay here since there are Tesla Superchargers and it saves time not having to wait on the charge. I can be organizing in my room or eating breakfast while waiting. Bed was comfortable. WiFi was not able to handle a download to my Tesla that I'd been waiting for and I had to wait until I got to my final destination for that. Bed and shower were fine and it was quiet. There were 2 big construction trucks parked in front of my room with only a small space in between them. Rather than get my doors dinged, I left my Tesla parked at the Suoerchargers since there was no one there and this Supercharger isn't as busy since they opened a faster one in Ozona. But I resent not being able to park in front of my room and my previous experience there is that there are frequently large trucks that are taking up spots at this hotel. Breakfast is adequate: yogurt containers are really small. This hotel and others I've been to always just have Lipton tea bags, which are too acidic for my stomach so I always bring my own tea bags when traveling.

• Gary (10/5): - The bed was the most comfortable bed I have had in any hotel. Upon arrival, there was a group of approximately 5 men smoking what smelled like Marijuana in the parking lot near our room. This went on for a couple of hours.
• LARRY (9/5): Perfect stop when traveling across the state. - Tesla charger 100 feet away from our room. Clean room. Easy access from I-10. Easy check-in and check-out. We had zero wait time for both. Breakfast included was a good value. Liked the orange juice. Everything was fine at the hotel. Only average restaurants in the town and the close early. A/C was noisy, but typical for a window unit, so not much can be done about that. We had it off for half the night and the room was quiet.

• John (6/5): - The positives. It was quiet, close to the interstate, had good internet, and the staff was friendly. We rented a room with three beds, which is a rare, but much appreciated amenity. The negatives. The place is run down, and the bathroom had an alarmingly large amount of long hair on the walls in the shower. How hard is that to address? I addressed it rather quickly, but I shouldn't be the one who does it.

Had to leave & checked out at 1am. Have had a deep cough in my chest for days since then. Would definitely NOT recommend!

Went doen at 830 for breakfast and even though doesnt end until 9 it was basically all gone and they wouldnt refill anything. So we had eaffles which was fine but sausage would have been nice. The room needs updates. the floor is uneven and there was the musty smell when we arrived. The lighting is dark so that we could not see the detail of the cleaness.

Other gripes include a refrigerator that wouldn't cool despite setting the dial to max and a very inefficient air con unit. Will never stay at this place again.
