You get your own balcony or patio.I loved the updated heating and air conditioner was amazing! Over all good deal for what you get.. the fridge was amazing! Worked great and the freezer was not iced over. One bed had a dip on the side. When sharing the bed I felt like I was going to fall off. I'm not sire if it's the walls or light door you can hear everything that was disturbing. Just as a safety thing. I could not stand that the bathroom door opened into the small bathroom you have to stand on the side of the toilet to close the door.

- michaeleX6952PE (6/5): Does not deserve 'Plus' status. - We had a 2 night stay here, the room was clan and large, a shame the bathroom was so small, the door nearly hitting the toilet upon opening. Not impressed with breakfast, cereals aimed at children very sugary, when items on the hot selection we getting low they were not replaced quickly. Annoyingly in bread cabinet the brown was stacked behind the white, making it awkward to get.

The bathroom is way too small. I got the balcony and the it’s to close to the next room and they were loud. The pool should have set hours because they were loud both times and we drove a long way and just wanted to relax and enjoy but was unable to.

Getting a room thats poolside in the summer is great. There is a nice big pool but also a ton of grassy open space to throw the frisbee as far as you'd ever want to. Book with confidence

Free parking is a big plus, and everything you need is right nearby—restaurants, gas stations, and even a mall within walking distance if you don’t have a car. We also enjoyed the beautiful sunsets from here. The breakfast was one of the best parts! You can order a fresh omelet from the chef, plus they have waffles, scrambled eggs, sausages, bagels, coffee, tea, and delicious juices. It really feels like a special continental breakfast. What makes this hotel unique are the Bible verses throughout the property, including some in Hebrew. It’s such a thoughtful reminder that God is in control, and it gave the place a warm, family-like atmosphere. The staff were so friendly and welcoming—it felt like home. We truly loved our stay here and would absolutely recommend it to anyone. 🌟

The door almost hit the toilet - you had to stand inside beside the toilet to get the door closed. The outdoor pool was nice but the support railing for the steps into the pool was extremely wobbly and unsafe. Positives: the green space in the courtyard of the hotel and the convenient location.

- Verified traveler (4/5): room for improvement - Fridge did not keep food cool so food spoiled. I had put a water bottle in freezer section and it was barely cold. There were pieces of tape hanging from ceiling and in corner. Drapes did not close shade kept out most light but drapes closing would have helped with noise as well. Windows too thin could hear people talking as they walked by outside. POOR SECURITY every time I went out the back door to parking lot I would find the back entrance door being kept open by a rock being placed in the track. I removed the rock each time but one would be there the next time it looked like there is a security monitor on the door so either it is not working or no one is monitoring it. I felt like I was sleeping in an old fashion hide a bed there was an uncomfortable bar i kept rolling onto. No soap in bathroom for washing hands. Good selection of breakfast items would have been nice if it was available until 1030 for us late risers. Nice soap in shower, Plenty of towels. Toilet is way too low. My sisters could not even get up with out help. Housekeeping staff very nice and friendly the room was clean It would have been nice t have a lobby sitting area where we could relax

- Joyella (8/5): Unappreciated for my money and business - I booked here for work purposes and immediately felt like my husband and I were under surveillance (except for the host at front desk who was super charming) the staff entered our room even though privacy sign was on the door. We constantly noted staff around our room (we weren’t even there 1/2 the time and would come back from errands and see them walking away from the area of our room, or hovering around in the hallway when there was no need and constant staring) great room & we we’re conveniently located near an exit door on the side/back of hotel. when loading and unloading our car we put a rock in the door so we didn’t have to fumble with the key when our hands were full…both times this tall slinder guy came from no where and kicked the rock out locking us out of the hotel…this I found rude he could have asked us what we were doing clearly he was watching us from some camera because he went straight to the door and kicked the rock out. This made us have to walk all the way around the hotel in 100 degree weather instead of just being able to use the side door.I found this rude. This employee constantly walked around where we were and our room. He made us uncomfortable as if we were under surveillance. I paid a lot of money for a weeks stay and felt as if being watched. We heard moving around above us when in the room and realized the hotel is only two floors. There shouldnt have been noise above us. We look young but are grown and responsible will not stay again sadly

Little kid above me stomped all night long and threw things and chairs onto the ceiling above me. Also screamed at the top of his lungs from the time the pool opened until it closed. And the parents never did anything about it. Also the sink had the worst smell ever I almost checked out the first night because it was so bad and could not sleep because of the kid also randomly standing outside of my patio door all the time and felt very unsafe. Also, because of the kid stomping all day and night the trundle bed started to fall on me while I was on the couch and alone and thought I was going to be crushed to death. horrible experience.

No one chemically treated the pool. It was cloudy you could not see the bottom. There was spilt sodas, no towels, empty packaging. We drive here from Seattle every year to enjoy the sun and swim the pool. They had tons of staff cleaning all the rooms. The hotel rooms are very clean.

Asked one day for some extra towels (only 2 towels were in the room) and liners for the trash bins and they said they’d send someone shortly to bring them. No one ever came. There were also no towels at the pool area until after 4 pm one of the days. Sign said no dogs in the courtyard and yet there were multiple dogs in the courtyard area. Also had a family check in above us at 10 pm at night and the walls must be paper thin because it sounded like they were doing demo work with all the noises coming crystal clear through the ceiling.

We left something in our room as well as in the parking lot and they contacted us right away to return and gather our things. They also made sure they were available at the front desk for pick up. The breakfast was very good with fresh made omelets for those who wanted them. The rooms are spacious, including a kitchen. The room was not as clean as it could be with just a small amount of attention to detail. I moved a chair to get a toy and there was trash and a cooking left behind by other guests. This hotel was very noisy, bring your ear plugs. The fire alarm went off 3 times in the middle of the night for no apparent reason. The noise from other guests in the hallways was loud enough to wake you up as well as slamming doors all night long.

The toilet is so low it is like squatting down to the floor. The shower nozzle was broken so it took ten or so minutes to jiggle it until the water would move to the shower head. Staff acted as if no-one had ever told them that. The bathroom needs a total redo!

My son cut his foot on a piece of glass and I had babies crawling around my room and when I tried to speak to a manager they just kept passing it off and never got to talk to anyone ever about it. It’s very unacceptable. And when I called the front desk to ask to speak to the manager the girl goes “ I already offered to clean it up and I don’t know much more you want me to do “ in a rude tone. It was just the fact that I listed that I had kids in my room and there was broken glass it’s not okay. There was nothing to do to make it right.
