The breakfast could have been better but was good just sausage gravy and hash brown and eggs I could used becon or sausage links. The only thing I didn't like was the tv horrible section of stations More towels in room. Nicer breakfast selection. And the television the station selection sucked And only about 5 of them worked

- Sandra (7/5): - Most of the staff was nice..good location..the breakfast was good not great..but would stay again The cleaning of the room was horrible..they vacuumed the middle of the floor..didn't change sheets only made the beds..not enough towels or toilet paper..didn't refresh plastic cups or coffee cups or even the coffee..didn't take all the garbage..ate supper one night..food was good..but took over an hour to get it and we were the first customers..my chicken strips and onion rings were cold..the waitress and bartender were very nice..

Several family members had the same problem and we got headaches due to the mold. Pool area is incredibly hot if your sitting and watching your kids.

- Ed (2/5): - When we first got to the motel and they gave us a room, they gave us a room that somebody is already in so we had to change rooms, of course, and then the next room we were in the toilet was broke so we couldn’t flush because the handle was busted the third room that we got was alright but it’s very noisy that night

Our friends stayed the same nights and purchased a king and got two queens. Bathrooms were mostly clean but ceiling full of water stains and peeling paint. Washed clothes as we were on a long road trip and the dryer ruined our clothing. Manager was not with assist us as we will need to replace the clothing to finish our trip. Look elsewhere for accommodations.

- Kayleigh (2/5): - Where do I even start . The hotel has no AC unless it’s your room . “River view” you’re looking at a parking lot. If you’re over 6ft can not stand in the bathroom. Key cards never worked , so you would have to always go back down to the lobby. Had a smell , not the good hotel smell . The restaurant was closed for the weekend . And a lot of men who didn’t speak English sitting out in the halls , running around. (Don’t really care that they don’t speak English) def was just scary. Got very ghetto at night time .

Our second room (dry carpet) had mold in the shower, the tub took a couple hours to drain after a shower and the toilet was nasty. Here's the best part: 1. The hotel can't give any discount due to this being booked through Experian. 2. Experian won't give a discount because the hotel needs to authorize it. 3. The hotel won't authorize it because if they do "Experian will credit you something however they won't pay us a dime for your stay." - directly from the front desk employee at this hotel.

- Christina (6/5): - We were very disappointed to arrive at the hotel and learn that the restaurant/bar was closed for the entire weekend. This was a selling point for our stay. The hotel should have posted on their site or something to give patrons a clear description of what they would NOT get during they stay. The hotel interior is outdated. The bathrooms need updating and better cleaniness. There was mildew in the tub/shower. Vacuuming was spotty. Majority of staff was wonderful and polite. Only met one staff member that didn't care to help anyone in a meanful way.

The staff wasn't sure if my room which was booked was even available until they debated then, went and checked even though I had pre paid. The room had lots of wear and tear. For 212 dollars I thought id be getting something a bit nicer than the kitchenette with some minimal effort these cosmetic changes could be made. The staff blamed this site for over booking them on rooms and seems upset with its own management.

- jody (6/5): You need a new flag. - We used to stay here often. It has gone down hill. The furniture needs to be replaced. Doors are dingy looking. The beds are uncomfortable. Even the flag flying outside our window was disgraceful.

- Richard R (6/5): Old and tired…. - Brand new bed but the rest of the room was very tired. The fridge plugged into the microwave which plugged into …….nowhere. The coffee machine was intended to plug into a gang outlet on top of the dresser that was supposed to be plugged into the same nowhere which was behind the 6 foot long dresser desk combo. No way to move that and I quickly gave up after finding the half inch of dust behind the dresser. Clearly none of the appliances hadn’t been used for a long time. The bathroom vent was also covered in dust/lint…yuck!
