Reception staff were friendly and efficient and, on check out, gave us advice on places to visit en route to our next stop on the journey. Would certainly stay here again if in the area.

Great spot to watch Monday Night Football. Food was tasty along with the beverages. Staff was awesome!! Breakfast was better than most that are offered. Would stay here again in future travel.

- patriciamO2559HO (8/5): Very nice stay with amazing views! - We had a lovely stay at this hotel. It feels like an older property, but the location cannot be beat! Be sure to get a lake view room, it's totally worth it. My husband and I were able to sit on our patio and enjoy a beautiful sunset. We got dinner delivered to our room from the on site restaurant and the food was great! The employee who brought it (Cameron?) very thoughtfully included salt and pepper packets, which I had not thought to ask for. The breakfast was good and they even had someone making custom omelets. I would stay here again.
- ada11s (8/5): Great lake view - My husband and took a roadtrip through the area. The hotel view of the lake was great and I enjoyed the sunset. The staff was nice. My husband is wheelchair bound and we got a wheelchair accessible room. However, the bathroom was too small to maneuver the wheelchair easily. The sinks were too high to brush his teeth easily. Otherwise, the hotel was great. Clean comfortable and roomy. We liked the fact the room was not at the end of the long hall which happens a lot. Our room was near the main entrance. The restaurant was attached and was really nice for lunch when we arrived.

- K9529OKbrianh (8/5): Weekend at Moses Lake Best Western Plus Lake Front Hotel - Great place on the lake in Moses Lake with views across to the State Park. Location good right off of I-90. Rooms a bit small as hotel probably built 50-60 years ago, but updated many times. Lobby is small (two sofas facing each other, but can congregate in the breakfast area where the coffee machine is located for the lobby. Or sit outside on the deck off the bar/restaurant in off hours.
- Mykola (6/5): - Nice location, great view by the lake. The only big issue is hotel condition, feels like abandoned property with low maintenance and desperate needed significant removal. Property and rooms outdated and require repairs and renovation.

- Jennifer (10/5): - The property sits right on the beautiful lake, and there is a lovely grass area with pavilion. But, there is no furniture at all out there, so you can't sit outside and enjoy the view of the lake. Staff was super friendly, room was nice, breakfast was decent.
- Deanna (10/5): - We did not have a lakeview room which was disappointing but did end up with a very large, very clean room. We had a couch, jetted tub in the living room, separate bedroom with a king bed. It was immaculate....however I would imagine that a lakeview room would be fantastic. The lake is so beautiful, and the sunset was amazing. Great view from the restaurant and lounge...also there is a little gazebo at the lake's edge offering a nice place to sit. Would stay here again.
- jenembody (2/5): - Best Western Plus in Moses Lake is extremely noisy, and you will not be able to sleep. Teenagers were left without parental supervision late at night and would not stop shouting throughout the hallways and in the rooms. The hotel was completely booked, so we were unable to move to another floor. Because it was so late at night, we could not relocate to another hotel. Best Western failed to compensate us at all for the miserable night's stay.

- Shana (6/5): Little bang for your Buck! - The hotel has a nice location just off I-90 and right on the lake. The staff was friendly and helpful with the coffee maker and fridge requests. They tried their best to apoligize and offer suggestions. The property failed at putting lipstick on a pig. The parking situation is poor, the hotel ia in disrepair. We had a coffee maker that didn't work, a refrigerator that was cool and the freezer didn't freeze at all. The side chair was soiled and torn as was the carpet. The seal on the patio door was badly bubbling, the doors do not auto shut and have been painted so they stick when you are trying to open the door, The sink and tub both took forever to drain, etc... The breakfast was your average hotel fair, but basic items like yougurt and fresh fruit to go were not available day 2. The AC worked, thankfully as it covered up the hall noise. We got a view room which was nice, but not as expected. it was ground floor with a space big enough to have a chair. The hose to water was draped through all of the porches as a great trip hazard. The "in-room" jacuzzi was not expected to litterally be "in the room" right next to the bed with big mirrors around it - Um, yeah! Bring your own toiletries, they provide very stron smelling lemon in a pump bottle and pump in-shower. Overall, not worth the price. We will consider going back to where we stayed last year even if it is a further drive.

- Bunyamin (6/5): - Staff is very friendly and helpful. Room is clean. However, it is an old hotel! Room AC is very old and makes lots of noiuse. You cannot open the patio door because of traffic noise from I-90 makes it very difficult to sleep. I used air plugs to sleep!
- Kate (1/5): No elevators and horrible customer service - The bed was very comfortable We have stayed here previously about a year and a half ago. We had WONDERFUL food and WONDERFUL great service interactions. This time was completely the opposite. Im so upset at the way we were treated. We were given a room on the 3rd floor, completely away from the amenities, with physical limitations walking up and down 3 flights of stairs for 2 days was a nightmare. But the worst part was how we were treated by the employees. EXCEPT the one who checked us out, she was WONDERFUL. No mention when booking this reservation of NO elevators, what an absolute disappointment. We won't be staying at this place again. So expensive for what we got and how we were treated! And the lobby bathroom was disgusting... mildew sinks, toilet paper everywhere. I can't even believe for the price it was run this way

- natalia (4/5): - When you see lake front you assume that it’s on the lake. it’s not you have no access to the lake at all there may be 2 feet of grass between the embankment to the lake and the hotel
- Irene Anne (10/5): - This is a great location, had tickets to the Gorge Amphitheater and it was a 30 minute drive away. Hard to find any hotels close to that venue. Close to the freeway with a room that had a balcony looking out at the lake. Comfortable beds, spacious and clean. Had a problem with the shower in our room, maintenance was very quick to respond, even on a Sunday. We had drinks in the bar, fast service and good drinks. We would stay again.

- Maureen (5/5): Passable - Nice dock on lake. There was no swimming allowed in the lovely lake, No ladder on dock and no swimming sign posted so you could only see it after you were down at the dock. the pool was too small for real swimming and did not open until after 9

- Cynthia (9/5): We would definitely stay here again! - The staff were all very helpful and friendly. From the time we checked in until the time we checked out, we were always greeted with a smile and wonderful attitude. The rooms are a little dated, but still very comfortable. We didn't see an ice machine on the first floor, though I think there was one the last time we stayed.
- Jo (10/5): - My husband, his 97-year-old stepdad, and I stayed 9 nights. Housekeeping gave us extra garbage bags for the Depends and refreshed our linens an extra time when I requested it. We really enjoyed the made-to-order omelette at weekday breakfasts. Breakfast staff were friendly, gracious, and responsive. We enjoyed talking with each of them.
