- Schaffer (8/5): Nice and sweet - Breakfast was different, but so glad they had it! Very sweet lady at check in. Allows pets and good location. There needs to be a little cosmetic updates to the fridge and some other areas, and maybe a little lower of a price, but it does allow pets and sometimes it isn't great rooms.
- William (1/5): Terrible conditions/amenities - Nothing! Door entrance had open gap around door frame. Pubic hair and dirt (possible flea dirt) on bedsheet. Shampoo and shower gel containers were empty. No hair dryer. Terrible prepackaged breakfast. Overpriced. Outdated
- Erbin (10/5): -
- Dennis (8/5): A fast visit to attend the founders day in Hardy, Arkansas. - Ease of parking and departure to the locations we were there to visit.
- Harrell (4/5): This was literally a roach motel but charges like a Hilton all things considered - Friendly customer service I killed a roach on my wall above the bed. The tub is covered in limescale n unidentifiable stuff
- Zack (10/5): - Great comfortable place with wonderful staff and good facilities.
- Melba (9/5): The staff were so attentive. They could see I needed support after a nine hour journey. - Historical blended into modern Nothing

- Joiner (6/5): Pleasant - Location, staff. Needs repairs! Bathtub, front door didn't seal shut at bottom, blinds didn't work, let light into room, found a few roaches, trim around walls need chalked...... floor needs scrubbed.
- Carol (9/5): Place was clean and staff were friendly and accommodating. - As expected for an older hotel. Some noticeable deterioration but clean and comfortable. Staff was very pleasant.
- Diane (10/5): Soft beds and great location - My stay here was enjoyable. It was the perfect location, half way between our homes and in the resort area of North Central AR just 2 miles from Hardy AR and the Spring River. The room was very clean, new tiled floor and new furniture and beds. We really enjoyed the soft comfortable beds. Housekeeping was excellent and management available as needed.
- Hale (4/5): Disappointing -
- Richardson (8/5): Clean and comfortable, great place for $109 total!! - Not too shabby. Clean room at a reasonable price. Clean updated room but showers could be updated. I don’t like the leaving the extra keys sitting out (in case you need one after hours). Not too many rooms so wouldn’t be hard to get in someone’s room by process of elimination. Breakfast is what it is but we appreciate the effort. Overall great place to stay.

- Lauren (1/5): Shitty I didn’t stay left the property - It’s owned by a foreigner one who makes rules as she goes charges what she wants I booked through booking.com for 2 queen beds for 4 adults I get there she tried to charge 20 fee for extra people? Smelled like weed people out smoking it and kids were all around it’s filthy
- Patricia (1/5): If we had a choice we would have left but after 10 hours of driving and the other hotel was booked we had to stay. - The staff was nice and the bed was comfortable. Furniture was new. That’s literally it. My room was clearly a smoking room for decades and smelled terrible after leaving our clothes and blankets smelled like smoke and we don’t smoke. The shower didn’t work only scolding hot water came out or cold. No happy medium. We took a cold shower. It looked like a motel you pay hourly rates. The paint was chipped everywhere. Pictures on booking are deceiving. More like a 1 star hotel
- Paul (10/5): Exceptional -
- Hite (8/5): Insect free but subpar clean - Staff was super polite, great location. Room wasn't as clean as I had hoped but there weren't any commutable insects or anything horrible like that.
- Angela (6/5): Pleasant - Quite Beds too small. Air conditioner leaking. No breakfast except for what they give us to heat up in throw away tray
- Karen (8/5): Formerly from nearby area. Very good accommodation for short visit back home. - PrePackaged convenience food for quick use. Microwaveable. Quick Eat and Go on the run. Average but OK. All i needed. Restaurants nearby for sit down meal or Fast Food if I wanted something more.
Room was modest, not fancy. Definitely Adequate for short stay. Suited my needs :-)! CLEAN. Comfortable. Wi Fi and cable. Mini Fridge, Microwave, coffeemaker. Parked next to my room. Convenient. Would stay again. Recommended to friends that will need accommodations soon. N/A
- Danin (1/5): Bad -
- Myrna (5/5): Passable - Fair Lighting
- Carmen (8/5): - Pleasantly surprised recently updated. Friendly and accommodating staff. Would return
- Erin (10/5): Exceptional -
- Lisa (9/5): Superb - We were in town for a wedding and was easy to get to.
- Michelle (6/5): Pleasant - Staff was warm and welcoming and even provided breakfast for the morning. Convenient located for 1-2 nights stay. The hotel could use a little upkeep - shower head was hanging from the wall.
- Sermons (1/5): Horrible - Nothing it was dirty and had bugs. The bedding was nasty, the towels were nasty and the floors were dirty. Nothing it was dirty and had bugs. The bedding was nasty, the towels were nasty and the floors were dirty.
- Jacob (8/5): Very good -
- Virginia (10/5): Exceptional -
- Wynona (8/5): - Only queen beds, motel was clean, breakfast was in a to go container that you heat up in your room.
For the price I would stay if I were passing through but not for more than a night.
Toilet is very low to floor
- Doug (8/5): Very good -
- Rachael (5/5): Clean, pet friendly - That it was local and accepted pets That the room only had one bed. I was traveling with friend. It was very uncomfortable sleeping with someone I didn’t want to . Hard to buy separate rooms on a budget.
- Michelle (10/5): Exceptional - Met with family and visited their mother, who is not expected to live, she is on life support at hospital
- Richard (9/5): Superb - THE OFFICE WAS NOT AVAILABLE ON SUNDAY AND ON MONDAY WHEN I CHECKED OUT AT 7 AM
- Theodore N (10/5): Visiting family - Was very hoof
- Moore (8/5): Very good -
- Tina (4/5): Disappointing - Quiet No shampoo/conditioner. Stained wash clothes and sheets. Commode lid needs to be fastened down.
- Chris (8/5): Somewhat satisfied - The room was clean, could have used a couple more coats of paint. The price was pretty high for what it was, the Days inn was the only other hotel near by and it was $20 cheaper a night, but not pet friendly, which the Village Inn was pet friendly. When I mentioned to the only front desk person that the rate was kind of high and that the Days Inn was $20 cheaper, she said but
they're not pet friendly (basically saying that I didn't have a choice) and that the Village Inn was nicer than the Days Inn. I didn't go to the Days Inn but guarantee that was not the case. If you walked around the motel, you would see junk like old busted chairs that should have been thrown in the trash and there were stacks of new windows in the parking lot, but no one was installing them. There was only one person working the front desk, so there was only someone there from 10 am to 8 pm. The breakfast you picked up with check-in, which you got in a styrofoam container to put in the refrigerator and microwave in the morning. I didn't get the breakfast, so I can't tell you anymore about it. I stayed 2 nights and never saw more than 3 cars in the parking lot.
- Dennis (9/5): Better than I was expecting. - An old hotel, very well kept up. Location was off the main road a bit, but easy to find. A great road into Hardy to ride on your bike. A very pleasant stay.
- Michael (6/5): - Motel was old and in need of some updating. There were no USB ports in the room.
- John (8/5): Very good - Easy access to the room.
- LINDA (10/5): - Affordable. Clean and pet friendly. It served our needs and we appreciate the hospitality.
- Cavitt (7/5): Good -
- Boyd (9/5): Superb -
- karasF9393WC (10/5): Great Visit - My mother and I traveled up to Hardy with our two small dogs just to see the area. We had just spent 2 nights atbth3 Days Inn in Conway. What a pleasant and welcome surprise this was after the dump the other place was. This is not a 5 star super nice hotel if you are expecting luxury
What it is ...is very clean and comfortable. We felt super safe and it was so quiet and peaceful. The owner was so kind as to put breakfast in our room since the office was closed. The rooms are spacious with plenty of space for all of us. The beds were comfortable and the air conditioner works so well and fast. The staff was super friendly and kind. The housekeeper even directed us to a wonderful fenced area we could let the dogs rin around safely. We are planning to go back soon when the leaves start changing and there's no place we would rather stay. Kudos to the owner and staff for making our visit very pleasant .
- Douglas (8/5): Great hotel and pet friendly!! - The stay way overall great. My only gripe is that the bed was a little rigid for my liking, but the bed served its purpose. When we were exhausted from the river trip, we fell fast asleep and was glad to have a clean bed and hotel room. So overall I definitely recommend this hotel. This is my second stay here if that tells you anything. Will definitely stay again!!
- Brent (10/5): Exceptional -
- Maegan (5/5): Passable - It was quiet There was black mold on the ceiling in the whole room
