• JohnL9559 (10/5): A massive downgrade in quality. - We have stayed at this hotel at least a dozen times in the past, but are unlikely to return after their recent remodel. The rooms now are more like a cold, ascetic monk's cell than a welcoming hotel room. The rooms have very poor lighting, the bare laminate floors and bare walls make the room an echo chamber. Our room, in particular, was not clean, with clumps of in the sink and floor, and dust on the television.
• Salim (7/5): Overall, a fair and good option — if not for the housekeeping. - Location is good. The front desk team and is very friendly and helpful. The man working at breakfast is very attentive. Breakfast was good. Even though the hotel is renovated, the overall impression was spoiled by the room cleaning — it was simply a nightmare. I can provide photos to management if needed. The staff offered to change our room, but it was inconvenient for us.

The bathroom shower nozzle, being a tall person it’s difficult to use this. The bathrooms were a little on the small side.

Bathroom toilet was made for kids and short people. Shower all way up only hitting my chest. Beds low to the floor. No vending machines but yes has a store good items in there to munch on for kids. Otherwise kids and parents had very good time there. We will stay again

• Nikki (7/5): - Positives: Breakfast was wonderful. Everything from the entrance to the rooms smelled clean and fresh. Beds were comfortable and staff were kind and helpful. We reserved two rooms for seven people and were given two that adjoined which was convenient and helpful. Negatives: My son got eaten alive by bedbugs. He had to alternate between Benadryl and another allergy medication for three days to get the swelling and itching under control. Had to leave all of our clothing outside of the house until it could be treated and laundered and we had to fumigate our vehicle to make sure we brought nothing home with us. We said something at the front desk. They assured us that steps would be taken promptly to address the issue and apologized but did not offer us a discount of any kind.

• Getaway03315605619 (10/5): Still an Excellent Hotel - Even though there have been several poor reviews of this property recently, we found this hotel to be excellent! Sure, the rooms could use some updating, but they are clean, comfortable and roomy! The staff members are friendly and helpful. The location is great-close to many attractions. It’s in a peaceful area! I highly recommend this hotel- it’s a good value!

• coreens323 (8/5): King Suite wasn't suited for a King. - We booked the King Suite and were very happy with the space. The location was quite, the room offered space to relax after a day of site seeing. We enjoyed the kitchen space, living room with gas fireplace, large bedroom, with adjoining oversized bathroom. We were disappointed by the appearance. The room was dated and had wallpaper falling off the walls, water damage on the ceiling, cobwebs hanging from the ceiling, and a gas fireplace that worked on it's own schedule. Outside the room the facility was nice, a large area for breakfast, of which they had a good offering. It would have been nice to have omelettes offered on the same day they had sausage patties so a breakfast sandwich could be made. It is rather hard to make a sandwich with scrambled eggs. We would recommend this location and hope they upgrade the rooms or adjust the prices.

The recliner chair had old, unpleasant stains that looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in years. Overall, the hotel did not feel clean or well-maintained. My family and I ended up checking out the same day after returning from our show. For $219 a night, we expected a much better experience. We were very disappointed.

The pool seemed nice, but we didn't use it during our stay. The hot tub was down for repairs. The breakfast was nice. The location was great close to all the places we were visiting. (The sight and sound theater) being the main place. Would definitely stay again next time I'm in town. That the hot tub was down. I would have really loved to have used it. Other than that, no complaints.

We only stayed one night, but there are different breakfasts daily. We loved the pool. It is in a good location right next to outside windows. • cubana1952 (6/5): Needs and update - My husband and I spent two nights at this property and I wish I could give it a better review. There were many good points such as the fact that the staff was very friendly, the room was spacious and very clean, and the complimentary breakfast had a lot of good options both hot and cold. However, the rooms are in serious need of updating. The wallpaper was peeling in many places, the recliner in our room needed new upholstery and the mattresses need to be replaced as they sag in the middle. Also, the pillows provided were very uncomfortable and a very weird size. I tried several and could not find one that was comfortable. We will probably not return.
