• federico (8/5): Perfecto para escapadas de fin de semana. - Desayuno estupendo y la ubicación muy buena. A 100 metros del metro y con un centro comercial bastante bueno justo enfrente. El aire acondicionado hacia un ruido horrible. Menos mal que por el tiempo no me hizo falta

• Isadora (10/5): Loved it here! - Loved staying here! We were only here for one night since we had a regional train to catch from Chamartín the next day, but I wish we could have stayed longer. Appearance and cleanliness: beautiful hotel, stylish in a classic elegant way with a gorgeous courtyard/breakfast room. The rooms are spotlessly clean! They are simple but classic and beautiful. Location: across the street from a Metro station, with plenty of buses also. It’s on a kind of posh, wide street full of embassies and international schools. Restaurants and bars are generally about a 10 minute walk away, and there is a lovely fresh food market (Mercado de Chamartín) that’s fun to explore. It’s far from the centre of Madrid but it’s very easy to get to Chamartín train station by walking (30 min) or taxi (about 7 min) if you have luggage. Service: faultless! We were allowed to check in much earlier than the specified time. One of our rooms was a triple (which is a twin with an extra bed added) so they advised us the extra bed wouldn’t be ready yet, so that was good to know. When we came back from lunch, they’d already set up the extra bed. They were also able to provide electric fans when we requested some. Breakfast: standard continental fare, with a good selection of breads and cold cuts. There was a bowl of individually packaged gluten-free muffins. There were also yoghurts, cereals, and lots of fresh fruits. Surprisingly they also had a small selection of hot food: scrambled eggs, bacon, mini chorizos, vegetable fried rice and some steamed vegetables. Parking: we didn’t need it, but we noticed there seemed to be parking around the back. This is no fault of the property itself, but it seems standard in Europe that the air conditioners only get switched to cool air by a certain date for official summer, and until then it’s hot air. We were too early for cool air and had to ask for electric fans, but they were easily provided.

• omaldo (9/5): Señorial hotel para huéspesdes buscando tranquilidad. - la habitación muy grande y espaciosa,la ubicación perfecta muy cerca de la estación de Chamartin, que me interesaba muchísimo, aparte enfrente de un supermercado Alcampo lo cual es excelente, aparte hay una estacion del metro justo enfrente.El edificio es una obra de arte en su conservación. el restaurante solo lo utilicé para comer a la llegada,no tiene muchas opciones,puede mejorar bastante.

• Pura (10/5): elegante y bien conectado - el patio interior en forma de claustro es un remanso de paz y tranquilidad para desayunar, tomar algo o sencillamente disfrutar de una conversación. La ubicación con una boca de metro y una parada de autobús a la puerta lo hacen ideal para tener tranquilidad en una gran urbe y al mismo tiempo gozar de la vida del centro en pocos minutos.

• manuel emilio (8/5): - El trato del personal. Está cuidado y agradable. La habitación muy amplia, pero si se lleva equipaje para varios dias se necesitan mas cajones. Al ser un poco antiguo hay desperfectos en el baño que son mas estéticos que funcionales y no tiene bidé. No discuto el precio pero creo que tres estrellas es mas acorde. Un poco caro el minibar.

Staff were lovely & helped us phone the airport when my husbands case didn't arrived, they arranged to have it delivered to the hotel :). They also advised us how to get to the centre of Madrid by bus which cost us 1.50 euro instead of 25 Euro by Taxi. The room had no view, just an ivy covered wall

• Peter (8/5): Fint hotel tæt på det jeg havde brug for. - Der var en rigtig god atmosfære. Helt stille og lidt adeligt. Jeg havde svært ved at indstille aircon'en. Uagtet jeg satte den på 22°C, så var det varmt om natten. Dog ikke varmere end at jeg sov godt.

Zona tranquilla con la fermata del metrò e degli autobus davanti all'albergo e ben collegata con il centro. Personale molto cordiale e struttura molto pulita Il prezzo è sicuramente molto alto, ma è comune a quello di una città con i prezzi drogati come Madrid. Da migliorare sicuramente l'insonorizzazione delle stanze e la qualità degli arredi un pò vetusti
