Вайфай в номере платный , в лоби и то его нет , отель старый , холодильник на ночь приходилось выключать , звук как у трактора.Телевизор , это вообще отдельная тема , 2 программы , и это улучшенный номер! Не рекомендую! Все не понравилось.

• Martyna (1/5): Bad - Nothing The room was super dirty, there was a lot of hair on the linen, the bathroom looked like it hadn't been cleaned at all after the previous guests. The "sea view room" had no sea view at all because it was on the 2nd floor and there were very tall trees in front of the building. One of the worst hotels I've ever stayed at.

Deniz hemen karşınızda. Zaten sahil boylu boyunca plaj. Biz bir daha şansımız olursa kesinlikle gelmeyi düşünürüz. Çok güzel vakit geçirdik.

• Melania (2/5): A lousy hotel with lousy service! - Nothing! A lousy hotel with lousy service! No lift. Had to carry all the bags ourselves up 3 floors. The refrigerator doesn’t work! Minimal air conditioning in the rooms and none at all in the public areas such as the reception or the restaurant. The breakfast is lousy! They serve a ready plate, not allowed to choose food. Tea and coffee powder is what is included for breakfast, not even water was included. According to them, you can buy water from the water dispenser that belongs to the hotel. The staff were not unpleasant, but overall a lousy hotel with lousy service!

Selvom den kun bliver gjordt rent, en gang om ugen. Billederne lever ikke op til virkeligheden. Vi var 8 personer, på 4 værlser. Ham der tog imod os, var en gammel mand, og han var ikke god til engelsk. Vi ankom ved 23 tiden, og var trætte og sultne, og han tog en evighed. Da vi endelig fik vores værlser, og kom op på dem, måtte 3 af os, bytte med hianden. Han havde givet de 2 unge drenge, et værlse med dobbelt seng, og sent en dårlig gående, op på 3 sal, og der er ikke elevator. Så de unge drenge, fik det værlse, den dårlig gående havde fået, de fik så vores værlse på første sal, og så rykkede vi op på 3 sal, til dobbeltsengen. Dagen efter fik de unge at vide, at de skulle flytte ned på 2 sal, fordi de skulle bruge det værlse, de havde. De pakkede deres ting, kom ned på et stort fint værlse, med kogeplader, køleskab og masser af plads. De nåde lige at komme til rette, da de igen blev bedt om at pakke sammen, fordi de havde fået det forkerte værlse, og røg igen op på 3 sal. Rengøringen et meget langsom. Der bliver kun gjordt rent, på værelserne, og skidtet håndklæder, enten når du tjekker ud, eller hvis du smider håndklæderne ude forand døren. Vi fik skiftet sengetøj 1 gang på en uge, selvom vi lå og svedte i det, og det var kun fordi, jeg selv tog lagnet af, og smed det forand døren, sammen med håndklædern.
• Cem Hakan (10/5): Super til prisen - Mit 2. ophold på dette hotel og jeg er mega tilfreds med hotellet, placering, service og pool.
• Therese (6/5): Äldre strandnära hotell med pool - Strandnära hotell med delvis havsutsikt. Hotellet har en liten pool, ingen sol efter 15.00 pga hus runt omkring. Det tar 1 monut att gå till havet och restauranger och shopping finns runt huset precis. Personalen på hotellet är trevliga och utrymmena i de allmäna ytorna är rena. Det är rent kring poolområdet. Hotellet är gammalt och slitet, sängarna hårda och hotellet saknar hiss. Det är väldigt jobbigt att bära väskorna till tredje våningen. Ac ingår i priset och finns på rummet. Rummen är rena. Det finns gratis wifi i lobbyn/vid poolen och der fungerar bra. Wifi mot en liten kostnad på rummen, fungerar sämre. Ibland fungerar det och Ibland fungerar det inte alls. Sammanfattningsvis: ägs av en snäll familj, strandnära äldre hotell som är slitet men rent, pool finns och vi hade utsikt mot havet.

• Tanju (2/5): - Odada mini bar yoktu,odada kettle yok ikramlık poşet cay kahve yoktu,otelin otoparki yok, oda çok küçük adım atılmıyor tuvalet bölümü ve oda leş gibi kokuyordu televizyon çalışmıyor, wifi çalışmıyordu. Genel itibariyle çok kötü bir konaklama deneyimi yaşadık.Tam anlamıyla hayal kırıklığı yaşadığımız bir konaklamaydi.

• Yli-honko (9/5): Superb - The hotel is right next to the beach and it's not a long way to the center. The hotel rooms were clean. The cleaner came almost every day. The staff was very friendly. Traffic noise was not heard inside and the air conditioning worked very well. I can recommend the hotel.

• Adesh (1/5): I booked this hotel for 7 days, I stayed exactly 5 hours before moving to another hotel - only good thing is the location of this place. The room was horrible, smelly, cigarette smell all over the hotel, even inside the room. The bed sheets were dirty, terrible toilet. This was the worst hotel we stepped foot on in our lives. Breakfast was terrible. I booked this hotel seeing the pictures, but I checked out after 5 hours because of the state of the room and hotel overall. We would have left earlier, but we had to stay few hours because we were really tired from the trip. we were willing to forget about the money that we paid for 7 days, and booked another hotel 50m from it. This should tell you volumes on how we feel about the hotel.

• Jesse (1/5): Bad - Location Staff was very rude when there were problems with the room and there was plenty. All the problems were downplayed with bad attitude. Dirty rooms with dirty and torn towels and sheets. Had to change room because of cockroach problem and even then I had to argue about it. Only one staff member spoke English. Can't recommend this "hotel" to anyone. Also overheard other customers complaining.

• Noora (10/5): I would recommend - Nicest, most helpful and funniest staff. Perfect location, not too far from the city and beach is next to the hotel. Also if you need a taxi the taxi station is right next to the hotel. If you need little snacks, cigarrets or drinks you can just go to the lobby and buy from there and it’s not overly priced which is so good thing. The pool is not usually too crowded so you can go there and relax. Also i love that the hotel is not too expensive and you can still get a good room and everything. Overall i always enjoy my time in there. The only ”bad” thing would be that the wifi is sometimes not working well but that’s normal and such a little thing so it didn’t bother me too much.

Nach einer bitte, ein sehr schmutziges Bettlaken zu wechseln, wurde es gegen ein gleich schmutzige ausgetauscht (grosse gelbe flecken auf weiße Laken). Zudem haben alle Zimmer stark nach Nikotin gerochen. Nach erneuter bitte ein sauberes Laken zu bekommen, wurde es mit folgendem kommentiert: " wenn ihnen das nicht passt, können Sie ja aus checken". Was wir dann auch getan haben. ... Alles in allem sehr mies gelaufen. Unseriös und unverschämt.
• Cem Hakan (10/5): Super Hotel til prisen - Jeg skulle bare bruge et værelse tæt på centrum til billige penge. Jeg blev positivt overrasket :-) Værelset var rent og pænt og med altan ud mod Alanya borgen/byen. Aircon virkede perfekt og der var ingen ekstra betaling på det. Wifi virkede helt fint og bad og toilet havde også en god størrelse. Personalet og ejeren var søde og venlige. Swimmingpool område var dejligt og roligt. Alt i alt en afslappende uge på dette lille hyggelige hotel.

The day we checked in the room was already dirty. The room was always smelling when we came home from being out. The staff was really unfriendly, and we weren't allowed to bring anything to drink or eat in our room unless it was bought from their own shop. I have never experienced something like that, and I have been traveling many years in Turkey at many different cities and many different hotels, Marmaris, Istanbul, Kusadassi, Antalya, and Alanya. The toilet door couldn't close probably. When we were taking shower the water ran out of the shower cabin, so the floor got really wet in the bathroom. One of the staff gave us some more floor-towels and told us just to use them. One day the water was really much on the floor, so we used a normal towel. The day after, we were told, that we had ruined the towel by using it at the floor and we had to pay 50 lira for a new towel for them. The staircase task was always smelling, like there has been smoking 10.000 cigarettes there, and the floor never has been washed. We were living at the 3th floor and the wifi was really bad and slow. All together a really bad experience and I wouldn't recommend anyone to use this hotel. I have read some of the other commentes, that guests have left about this hotel at booking.com. The manager wrote some really nasty things back. I left this review on booking and the manager wrote back: "Hello İda Maria Sonne Hansen from Africa and Vikas Kushwaha from İndia I think you live in Europe but you didn't learn any culture, kindness from Europe You dont have done picture but we have photo of the towels you soiled. Animals would use the room cleaner than you. People like you should not come to Turkey. i hope to see you agein Grettings" I'm danish, and yes my boyfriend is from India. I don't understand why is written I'm from Africa? And even if I was then how can that be relevant? It seems so racist to me.

• chevauns2022 (10/5): Lovely place ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ - What a nice family run business. The staff are wonderful, friendly and extremely helpful. The breakfast received in the morning is beautiful and refreshing. The rooms are cleaned daily and have everything you need. The pool and pool area is clean. There is a small shop underneath the hotel that you can purchase snacks and drinks from. I would definitely stay here again.

• 734antoanetad (10/5): Basic but nice 👍🙂 - The hotel is in a very good, convenient location. The staff is exceptionally friendly including the manager. They are always ready to help. Resitalya is a very basic accommodation but everything you eventually need you can buy from the shops nearby. The reception is 24/7.At the hotel shop you can always buy beer,cold drinks and water. There is a small alcohol bar as well. The breakfast is always very fresh. There is s sitting area outside and you can order a delicious meal from the menu list which will be delivered in the next 30 minutes. The beach is just across the road. It is sandy but there are some small rounded stones as well.There are bar, sunbeds and umbrellas ( need to pay additionaly), Shower and changing room. Taxi stand is just in the front of the hotel next to a beautiful small park with fountains. Few cash machines are on the road. The area is safe. This is one of the best places where you can have a beach holiday on low cost.
• Betül (10/5): Full service, nice atmosphere and good prices! - We book almost 1 week there with my friends. The hotel is near the sea and include nice pool, breakfast, polite peoples, big rooms and pretty-nice market. We benefit from all kind of services with good prices. You can spend your day at the beautiful beaches, many restaurants and after that it's really nice to drink some beers at your hotel by watching the view.. :) Thank you so much again for everything. This place will be my only choise for Alanya!! ♡
