- Sarah (10/5): - We stayed here for a night before an early flight and were really pleasantly surprised. The staff were really helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. The restaurant was closed for a Summer break but they recommended somewhere nearby and even prepared a breakfast to go for us as we had to leave early for the airport. The area around the hotel is just warehouses so there isn’t much to do close by, but it’s very convenient for the airport.

- Verified traveler (8/5): - A l’arrivée nous avons eu la surprise d’apprendre qu’en réservant Via une autre plateforme que leurs sites directement l’accès à l’espace détente n’étais pas inclus, moyennant un supplément de 11€ par nuitée. Nous avons donc payé cette somme pour la totalité de notre séjour, soit 4 nuits pour que finalement une fois dans cet espace, découvrir une odeur malodorante (sueur, urine..).. quel dommage. Sinon chambre et hall de l’hôtel très propre, literie confortable et chambre bien isolée du froid.

- Pierre (10/5): Excellent - Une nuit d'étape en région lyonnaise en dernière minute. Quelle énorme surprise. L'hôtel est bien situé, très proche des autoroutes mais strictement aucun bruit. Le bâtiment semble neuf, la décoration est moderne et agréable, l'accueil très professionnel, la chambre familiale énorme! Literie confortable, bien équipée, vraiment rien à dire. Nos enfants étaient ravis! Le restaurant est bon mais prétentieux sur les prix. Petit déjeuner très bon et copieux (servi à volonté).

- Chris (10/5): Very good value for money and delicious breakfast. - We stayed here for one night as a stop off when driving to Nice from the UK. The hotel is in a industrial estate however this didn’t bother us as we were just staying for the night then getting up early to continue our trip. The hotel was very clean and modern and I was very impressed. Huge car park both underground and outside of the hotel with Tesla chargers so I was able to charge my car for free ready for the morning using the 3 phase fast charging! The hotel doesn’t have bar/restaurant service on the weekend which didn’t both us but could for some people! The breakfast was delicious too which was included in the price of our room. Overall I was impressed and was a great stop off and much better than some expensive hotels we’ve stayed at in other locations in France

The hotel is around three years old but still looks like it’s just opened. Friendly staff prepared breakfast for us and our kids at 4.30 in the morning.

Helpful and friendly staff. Nice breakfast with craft made jam (delicious!). Free parking outside of the hotel.

- anastasia (4/5): Déçus - À notre arrivée à l hôtel, on nous a demandé de déposer 100€ en plus du montant de la chambre, en garantie que nous ne partirions pas sans payer les services non inclus type petit déjeuner etc... les 100 € n’ont toujours pas été recrédités 5 jours après notre Départ. L’acceuil Au restaurant laissait plus qu’à désirer. Le serveur faisant rapidement comprendre que 13:30 n’est pas une heure à laquelle on se présente dans un restaurant. Même dans un hôtel, en arrivant directement de l aéroport après un long vol.... chose que nous avions mentionné par mail avant notre arrivée. Les services tels que spa sauna etc n étaient pas ouverts. Si nous voulions y accéder il fallait payer une somme de 11€.

- Herman (10/5): Eerder 4 sterren dan 3. - Het Parkest hotel is mijn favoriet hotel in de buurt. Het is perfect voor een stop over of als je eigen vervoer hebt. In de buurt is niet veel te beleven maar het hotel is super. Piekfijne nette kamers met mooie inloopdouche. Zeer stil en ook een mooi Italiaans restaurant. In periods van handelsbeurzen of voetbal kan het relatief duur zijn of snel uitverkocht.

Used the gym which is great and then went to use the sauna and steam room but it was closed on a Sunday. Thought we would have a glass of wine in the bar but it was closed for Wine. Seriously rubbish run hotel. Had 3 staff behind reception to tell us everything was closed. Don't see the point of this as a hotel claiming to have a bar and restaurant. Will never stay there ever again

- Stephen (10/5): Good standard hotel at a reasonable price. - We really enjoyed our three night stay during Euro 2016. The location was very handy for the motorway connections to St Etienne and the main road to Lyon, but with it located in an industrial park the location is functional rather than pretty. The restaurant is closed on Sundays but there is a Courtpaille grill about a mile away which was excellent. We only had breakfast one day but the selection and quality was excellent.
