Verucchi (2/5): - Non sono solito lasciare recensioni così negative, ma in questo caso mi sento obbligato a farlo: abbiamo speso una cifra tutt’altro che bassa, paragonabile a quella di appartamenti in zone ben più rinomate, e trovarsi davanti a certi disservizi è stato inaccettabile. Parto col dire che la compagnia gestisce diversi appartamenti nella zona di Porto Ottiolu, quindi voglio sperare che siamo stati semplicemente sfortunati a capitare in questo. Purtroppo però l’esperienza è stata deludente fin dal primo giorno: appena arrivati ci siamo accorti che la porta del bagno era inutilizzabile. Non solo grattava per terra ed era difficilissima da chiudere, ma soprattutto andava a sbattere contro il boiler installato all’interno, impedendo di fatto di chiuderla e negando qualsiasi tipo di privacy. Un’installazione fatta senza criterio, visto che c’era spazio sufficiente per posizionarlo più in alto e risolvere facilmente il problema. Dopo due giorni, la porta si è letteralmente staccata dalle cerniere, consumate dal tempo. Paradossalmente questo ha reso la situazione “più comoda”, perché spostandola manualmente riuscivamo finalmente a chiuderla del tutto. Ovviamente abbiamo avvisato subito la sede, non solo per tutelarci dall’essere ingiustamente trattenuti sulla caparra, ma anche per far presente che affittare un appartamento in queste condizioni non è accettabile. Le ragazze in ufficio hanno riconosciuto il problema e ci hanno assicurato che non avremmo avuto conseguenze sulla caparra, ma questo non toglie la gravità della situazione. A questo si aggiunge un ulteriore dettaglio: in un appartamento con due camere ci è stato fornito un solo ventilatore. Abbiamo chiesto più volte almeno un altro, e ci è stato detto “vediamo”… ma ovviamente non abbiamo mai ricevuto nulla né alcun riscontro. In conclusione, trovo incredibile che a fronte di un costo simile non ci sia stata né attenzione alla manutenzione di base né un minimo di disponibilità nel risolvere i problemi segnalati.

Luit (4/5): Nooit weer!! - De locatie, aanwezigheid van buitendouche en groot terras. We boekten hier mede vanwege de aanwezigheid van een airco welke voor 8 euro per dag beschikbaar zou zijn. Vooraf hebben we dit nog extra aangegeven per mail met als antwoord dat dit inderdaad beschikbaar zou zijn en bij de receptie kon worden geregeld maar bij aankomst bleek deze niet aanwezig te zijn. Er werd echter beloofd dat dit de volgende dag zou worden opgelost wat echter niet gebeurde. Dagelijks hebben wij dit bij de receptie aangegeven waarop het antwoord was dat het de volgende dag zou worden geregeld. Op dag 3 werd er een ventilator neergezet en op dag 4 een mobiele airco. De ventilator verplaatste alleen de warme lucht en had dus geen verkoelend effect, de mobiele airco (aangesloten met onze verlengsnoer en verloopstekker) was ook van slechte kwaliteit er miste bv een onderdeel voor aansluiten van afvoerslang wat wij hebben opgelost met een handdoek. Helaas bleek de airco ook te veel voor de elektrische aansluiting sloegen dus af en toe de hoofd zekering van het appartement eruit. Uiteindelijk na tussenkomst van booking was er vanaf vrijdag (dag 4) of zaterdag (dag5) een andere appartement beschikbaar. Het appartement van vrijdag werd echter door de receptie afgeraden omdat deze slechter zou zijn. Op zaterdag hebben wij het andere appartement betrokken welke over airco beschikte. Naast de niet aanwezige airco miste er ook schaduw op het terras, schaduw doek was kapot en zou worden vervangen echter ook hier gebeurde niets mee. Ook de elektriciteit in het appartement was bedenkelijk o.a de aansluiting van de geiser in de douche was amateuristisch aangesloten met een kroonsteentje en plakband. Alle ramen waren voorzien van horren echter waren deze ook allemaal kapot. De afzuigkap in de keuken was niet te bedienen aangezien de bediening naar binnen was gedrukt. Alhoewel de receptie bij vragen iedere keer behulpzaam en vriendelijk vol medeleven reageerde gebeurde er op vragen en klachten weinig en pas na tussenkomst van booking veranderde er iets.

Tonio (8/5): Absolutely to repeat - The resort is located in a stunning place, a few minutes walk from the the beach. Staff is absolutely kind and available for any need. When we arrived there was no one in the reception, so we had to wait for the keys but it is absolutely reasonable in quiet time and in quiet periods during the year.
Verified traveler (6/5): Bella fuori, brutta dentro. - La struttura esternamente è bella, ma l'interno l'ho trovato vecchio. Accolti da una ragazza che si è assicurata che gas, luce e acqua funzionassero, poi non l'abbiamo vista più. Appena rimasti soli siamo saliti in bagno e lo abbiamo trovato allagato, abbiamo avvertito subito la receptionist che ci ha assicurato che in serata o l'indomani ci avrebbe risolto la questione:l'avete vista voi? Noi neppure, in compenso abbiamo trovato sulla sedia all'esterno un pacco di asciugamani di scorta che sono serviti per arginare l'acqua che usciva dalla tazza rotta del vater, (non era una rottura di giornata) e siamo andati avanti così tutta la settimana. Un asciugamano aveva delle vistose macchie, e pure sul pavimento c'erano le gocce dell'imbiancatura non pulite, senza parlare delle stoviglie in dotazione che non avrei mai usato. Dopo 3 giorni l'asciugamano ha cominciato a puzzare per l'acqua che ristagnava, meno male che il soggiorno è durato solo 5 giorni! Altro asciugamano antiallagamento anche attaccato al piatto della doccia, giusto per non farci mancare niente! Al check out c'era una ragazza che alle mie rimostranze è caduta dalle nuvole, e pensare che ho pagato pure per la pulizia finale😠😠 Io non mi aspettavo granché per il prezzo che ho pagato, ma un minimo di risposta al problema che avevo con il vater me la dovevano dare. Mai più, lo sconsiglio a chiunque ami vivere nel pulito!

Henrik (6/5): No aircondition and no fans... - The place was quit big and nice, but it was a drive from the beach and very hot! Since there was no aircondition (that we knew) and not even a fan in the bedra om, it became very difficult to sleeping. Overall an OK place to stay.
