Talib (5/5): Absolut überteuerte, heruntergekommene Unterkunft mit Schimmel, fehlender Reinigung, unfreundlichem - Für die Reinigung wurden stolze ca. 560 Euro berechnet und dennoch war der Zustand völlig inakzeptabel. Während des gesamten Aufenthalts wurde das Zimmer kein einziges Mal gereinigt. Wir mussten alles selbst sauber machen – sogar im Hof, wo sich ebenfalls niemand vom Personal zuständig fühlte. Staub und Schmutz sammelten sich sichtbar an, der Boden wurde nicht gesaugt, das Bad nicht geputzt. Frische Handtücher gab es nur einmal pro Woche für diesen Preis schlicht unzumutbar. Die Unterkunft ist deutlich in die Jahre gekommen, und die online gezeigten Bilder entsprechen in keiner Weise dem aktuellen Zustand. In der Küche, im Bad und sogar in den Zimmern war deutlich Schimmel zu sehen absolut ein No-Go für den stolzen Preis. Insgesamt war die Unterkunft viel zu überteuert. Zusätzlich wurde von uns eine Kaution von 200 Euro in bar verlangt ohne jeglichen Hinweis im Voraus. Da wir diesen Betrag nicht in bar dabei hatten, führte dies sofort zu einer unangenehmen Situation. Das Personal war dabei äußerst unfreundlich und wenig hilfsbereit. Außerdem wurde eine sogenannte „Citytax“ verlangt, die zuvor nirgendwo erwähnt wurde. Hinzu kam, dass der Strom täglich mehrfach mindestens viermal unterbrochen wurde, was nicht nur lästig, sondern extrem störend war. Laut Beschreibung sollte die Unterkunft klimatisiert sein. Tatsächlich jedoch verfügte eines der Zimmer lediglich über einen halbwegs funktionierenden Ventilator. Die vorhandenen Klimaanlagen sind veraltet, extrem laut und so störend, dass an erholsamen Schlaf nicht zu denken war.
O'boyle (4/5): Disappointing - location was good & beds very comfortable. pool lovely. no wifi, air con was poor. could only have it on in one room at a time. the overall development was a bit run down and in need of painting.

Fiona (5/5): Once we accepted the downfalls if the apartment we enjoyed our stay and the location was good. - The apartment itself was great with a lovely balcony overlooking the pool. Location near to the town and many lovely beaches was as we hoped. The pool was lovely and clean. The constant hot water worked well and having a washing machine was also really useful. The property needs some money spending on it. The whole accommodation blocks needs painting and sprucing up. It looks tired and scruffy. On arrival there was no one in the office as suggested and getting hold of Anna was hard. I noticed most other arrivals had the same problem during the week. The apartment needs updating inside. There was a dishwasher but we weren’t allowed to use this, the oven tripped the electricity and the air conditioning didn’t work properly.
Patrick (8/5): Schöne, ruhig gelegene Anlage mit Pool - Gut ausgestattetes Appartement, sehr geräumig. Sehr sauber. Schöner Pool, leider wurde dieser aber ab Anfang Oktober nicht mehr gereinigt.
Verified traveler (8/5): - Il complesso è un posizione tranquilla, gli alloggi sono ampi e ben arredati. La pulizia degli stessi è adeguata. La piscina è un buon refrigerio nelle giornate afose. La gestione è a "orario" quindi ci sono ampi periodi privi di eventuale assistenza o controllo del rispetto delle regole negli orari del "riposo", ma nel complesso il mio giudizio è positivo.
Allan (8/5): Ganske fint - Super fint sted med sødt personale. Børnepoolen var dog fyldt med sand og sten og med glatte fliser rundt om poolen. Vi fik lov til at have vores lejlighed til hen på eftermiddagen da vores fly retur var om aftenen.
Narci (6/5): Struttura datata - Le foto della struttura generano aspettative, purtroppo deluse (dovrebbe essere ritinteggiata). L’appartamento era più grande di quello da noi scelto, ma solo perché non avevano altro a disposizione. Consiglio di rinnovare lenzuola, copriletto e rivestimento del divano, quelli del nostro appartamento erano decisamente logori. Un appunto favorevole per Lara, con la quale abbiamo effettuato il check-in. E’ stata molto gentile ed esauriente nelle informazioni.
