- Marco Martinez (5/5): Cambien de personal de administracion y contraten personal de limpieza. - Nada No habia limpieza de habitacion solo lunes, miercoles y viernes pase todo el fin de semana pidiendo toallas como minimo, no tiene servicio de restaurante para los huéspedes solo el desayuno que esta bien feo, solo un dia baje y la señora nos trato super mal en el hotel solo habíamos 2 familias hospedados y no me dejo la señora subir a mi cuarto los wafles para mis 4 hijas y se dirigió muy grosera despues subí para bajar con ellas y desayunando abajo dieron las 9 y nos apago las luces y cerró la puerta del desayunador para corrernos, despues se molesto por que le fuimos a pedir papel de baño y klenex en definitiva el trato del personal nefasto.

Great, complete, Hot Breakfast, gourmet coffee in Lobby. Wonderful, clean facility with Friendly Managers! Nice fitness & inside pool, which I have seen, but not used. GREAT HOTEL VALUE!

King bed had plenty of room for two large people. Two ceiling fans. Breakfast was sparse at 7:00 am. Milk was soured but hostess got fresh when told about it.

Only slight minus is the surrounding property's. Very dismal and might feel unsafe to some- we were two ladies traveling some distance and we were fine. Don't let the " neighborhood put you off.

The housekeeping lady seemed like she was on drugs. She went and knocked on our door before 10 and when we were leaving, she still had the guts to tell us, "You have to leave! In a very ride tone. Will not be staying there ever again.

The outside landscape is not up to par as it has been let go and is in need cleanup. The pool area is always open and gates don’t shut. It’s not as clean as it should be and I’m sure it’s because the oil workers hinder that. There are bbq grills that are so dirty that they can’t be used . The staff is friendly and very accommodating. There is only 1 disabled handicap room in the entire hotel. The food was good for breakfast and a plus! There are very few eating places close. Would stay again only because of the staff.

I was able to get a workout in while the kids played in the pool as I was able to keep an eye on them with the window in between. The hotel was really very nice and the rooms were very spacious. Loved the diverse options for breakfast, but I loved that Nescafé machine in the lobby the most! The young gentleman I met at check-in was so friendly and accommodating, even helping us out with some paper plates for our pizza dinner. The older gentleman we met at checkout was equally kind. Couldn’t have asked for a better stay for my little group of kids for this trip. Can’t recommend enough for traveling families.
- Sarah (5/5): Not good for a family stay. - Location. Good for oilfield workers. Gym was ok. Rather dirty in the room and restroom. Beds are very stiff. Room keys are easily deactivated. The pool area smelled of gas, no clean towels. Breakfast was picked over, and I had to find someone to refill it, and she was not nice at all. Poor hospitality, Nancy. The elevator kept breaking down, and we had to use the stairs. Would not stay here again.

I asked for upper floor because I'm a light sleeper and they put me on the top floor in the corner where I slept like a baby all night. Hotel was pretty packed all throughout my stay, but the breakfast lady did a great job of constantly refilling food during breakfast.

Cool fitness center. Pool. Accessible to several places like food. And gas. If you're traveling it's a great place

- darren (8/5): - The rooms was very nice. Lots of space very clean, but they're continental breakfast. It's probably one of the worst water down gravy and apparently they don't put out much of anything. There was hardly anything we get left. When we come down for breakfast. Sad thing is the hotel wasn't busy at all.There was only like five cars in the parking lot.
- 18kylev (10/5): Great small-town Hotel Experience - Excellent hotel in every way for a small town. Little touches like ceiling fans in our room, huge room (we had a king suite), magnifying mirror in the bathroom, very comfortable pillow-top mattress, Keurig coffeemaker, sofa and chair and multiple electric outlets throughout that actually work. Very nice owner. Highly recommend this hotel.

- Robert (4/5): Not a place to stay - The bathroom floor was bad the tiles coming apart loose tiles. Low interstate noise. Receptionist not friendly. Elevator took forever to work. Lost of noise.
- Megan (1/5): Bad - The front desk manager is very aggressive, he yelled at me on the phone multiple times and hung up on me. He refused to help after after an accidental booking. Customer service and booking customer service both called him and he gave them the same treatment I am absolutely appalled on how I was treated by the front desk manager. He made me so uncomfortable that I felt endangered to even go there. I did, however, book with another best western in my intended location.
- Vanessa (3/5): Uncomfortable - A working hot tub and I door pool Not being charged for every single person in the room if I paid for a room that is for that amount of people! Staff was rude and constantly stared. Rushed us to check out before the time. Very awkward and uncomfortable!
- Paula (8/5): Missed first night. - Booked for 2 families, but due to a funeral, was not able to make the first night. Tried to find the local number to cancel, called 2 different numbers on my booked info, but was unable to let them know we would be a day late and to cancel the first night... had to pay for 2 rooms that we did not get to stay in. I took the hotel card when i left and we'll probably book straight with the hotel next time to make sure I'm able to contact, if needed.
- Miles (10/5): Very clean and good hotel - The hotel was very clean, the staff, Benny, was very nice and the breakfast was great.They had a free coffee machine in the lobby- that was perfect! The pool and the hot tub was well maintained too. Would stay here again! Everything was great.

- Dorothy (10/5): Great Hotel in Monahans Tx - Decided to take a mini family weekend vacation to relax and stayed at the BestWestern in Monahans Tx. The front desk evening staff was very nice and helpful. We got our room quickly and everything about it was in working order and the beds were very comfortable. We enjoyed all four days we were there especially the indoor pool where our daughter spent most of her time and so did we due to they have a big screen tv to watch a movie or sports. If we ever in that part of Texas again we surely rent our rooms there again.

Pool was inside and was open so that was a major plus for me keeping my kids occupied. We spent majority of the stay in the pool and the kids loved it. I was able to also relax in the hottub. Breakfast was yummy

- Explorer24305444212 (10/5): Excellent Place to Stay!!! - I was extremely happy with my stay in Monahans, TX. I was in work clothes & sometimes don’t feel welcome. That was not the case here. I was greeted very warmly. The hotel was very very clean…fresh smelling upon entrance. The jacuzzi was wonderful. I loved the location of my room. I would suggest a handicap room if u need a “tall” toilet. It was short but there is a door handle u can hold onto to rise or lower yourself. I asked for 3 extra pillows but only got 2…however that is all I needed. It was the perfect amount. After this experience, I attempted to stay at another Best Western (Executive Inn) in Hobbs, NM. It was in no way the same experience. I ended up not staying there. If u are looking at a reasonably price hotel…look no further. This is well worth every penny.

- lonnya664 (10/5): Great 2 nights in Monahans - Bed was soft got a great nights rest, stayed 2 nights with my wife and 2 kids. Pillows were also soft. Internet was sufficiently fast which I needed since my kids played their video games and the pool was heated and had a tv in there as well so I was able to watch college football while in the hot tub.
