- UK Turkey Trotter (9/5): A good stay with Best Western - This was a good stay and my previous experience with BW predisposes me to like them. This was no different to others I've stayed in, generally clean, comfortable, convenient, nice room and a pleasant helpful staff, easy parking and a good breakfast. Staff were able to recommend a Chinese food restaurant nearby. Huge portions, lovely staff, good food. The dead cockroaches on the entryway carpet in the morning. There were a couple of them. As a facilities manager who's worked in the tropics and Mediterranean, I'm, used to dealing with cockroaches and it's perfectly possible to contain them. If you're going to skimp on cockroach control, I suggest youn brief the early morning staff to get rid of the evidence before the guests see it.

- Denise (1/5): Won’t stay there again! - Close to the softball fields. We stayed one night in which I prepaid for on booking.com. When I went to check in at the hotel the manager made me pay again. So I paid $130 twice. Now I am being told that I have to get my refund from booking.com. There was a strong sewer smell in our room, and the bed was really hard.

- Stasha (5/5): Bring a pillow - The front desk lady and that the tub didnt leak. Honestly the mattresses and pillows were awful. We were in room 117 and all day and night we heard pipe type noises and maybe washer and dryers. Im not sure but we did not sleep well at all. Unfortunately the breakfast, especially the eggs were not good also.

- Jennifer (8/5): A great hotel! - I hadn't got to spend time with my best friend in a while, so we rented a room here. I had my daughter with me and we very much enjoyed the pool! However, having it heated would of kept us from taking 15 minutes to get acclimated to the cold water. 😊 Breakfast was amazing as well as the service and staff. My main complaint is that the beds are to firm. When you think "big nice hotel" usually you'd imagine a big comfy, soft bed. That was not the case however. My bestie has MS and Lupus and comfort is important. She didn't sleep hardly at all which in turn kept me and my 3 yr old tossing and turning. Other than the bed, I'd give it 5 stars! Clean, friendly and well located. Thanks Best Western for a great experience minus the beds.

Hotel was clean EXCEPT for the pool. We stayed 4 days and checked out early to go a hotel that had a operating pool for the grandkids. We had 3 party pool so we were charged for the day we checked out early

Also another hotel that keeps you from being able to use your own media device and forces you to watch tv with no guide like it’s the 1980s or 90s. We would never come back for that alone.

No hdmi ports on the TVs, I assume that's normal but still slightly annoying. Oh and my light in NY room whenever I turned it off continued to shine in the room, not brightly but enough to make sleep difficult

We did find that water was not running to our room, except for intermittently, from around 9:30ish am to around 11:00 am. Possibly due to cleaning and laundry. We only assumed. We didn’t complain because we had no intention of changing hotels due to location. The staff, quietness, and comfort of our stay (4 days) was exceptional, which we felt kind of made up for it.
- Verified traveler (6/5): It does the job - It served its purpose but the walls were paper thin. Whether it was above our room or down the hall, super loud. Some things to note, not a positive or negative but toiletries were single use and only bars of soap (no body wash), breakfast ends at 9, housekeeping knocked on my door 1.5 hours before checkout. Tesla chargers are the reason I stayed here but there was a fee for charging. This was not specified in the amenities; only that it was available.

- Randal (10/5): A great ending to 2024 and a great start to 2025. - The location was great and the price was reasonable. The staff was friendly. The breakfast was delicious. This was an overnight stay to ring in the New Year with some friends who live in Seminole. My wife and I are from Norman. It was only an hour drive. There's nothing I can think of that makes this stay a negative. I'm starting to set a pattern for staying at Best Western for my travels.
