The room that I reserved and paid for, 1 King, Non smoking with a Jetted tub was not the room I received. I instead recieved a 2 Queen, Non smoking with a regular tub. Not a huge deal, the bed was fine and it was only me. I wasnt sure if Iwas going to stop or continue the 3 hours home, ultimatly deciding to stop becase I was pretty sore from the work that week and I saw the jetted tub listed when looking at options, outherwise I would of saved the $100 .and finished the drive.

- Robert Todd (8/5): Bad bathroom - The only bad parts were we got a room with a jet tub for that reason and it was broken and we were not offered compensation for that. The shower was finicky to get the temperature to get to warm. It was either hot or cold.

- Paige (10/5): - Out of the two options in town, i decided to go with this one and was happy I did. The breakfast is great, check in was very seamless/easy & the customer service is exceptional, will be back for sure!
- Verified traveler (6/5): Eh not the best but not the worst - Our stay was about what we expected. The good parts… they allowed our small dogs and gave us a room with no carpet. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Pool was close by and a nice place to hang with our friends. The bad: The bed and bedding was fine and clean, but there were small crawling bugs on the floor and two live cockroaches in the shower!! Tub and shower area was very old and stained. I was told some other rooms do have renovated bathrooms, so be sure and ask for that. Overall, it was fine for a motel in George West, TX. Not the worst and not the best.

I brought this to the attention of the front desk, but there was no indication they did anything to fix it. The toilet was so low it was hard to sit down or get up. The tile shelf in the bath tub was disgusting and needs to be replaced.

Our bathroom toilet seat was NOT EVEN SCREWED DOWN, and the towels and WASHCLOTH HAD BROWN STAINS. Really !!!!! I refused to take a shower. Breakfast area seats were split, with filling spilling out. UGH !!!

- Katie (4/5): - The room appeared clean, linens were fresh. AC in room was very efficient. The shower and bathroom as a whole were not in good condition. The shower curtain rod was not attached to the wall, and the wall was cracked and crumbling where it was supposed to be attached. Sheetrock was exposed. There was a significant gap between the tile on the floor and where the tub was placed, exposing damaged concrete. The toilet didn’t flush properly, it took several attempts using the handle, to get it to flush. When I spoke to the front desk prior to booking, I was told the hotel rooms were in interior corridors. I felt very vulnerable traveling alone with my son, with exterior corridors. Next trip to George West, I am unlikely to choose this hotel again.

- Verified traveler (4/5): Smells moldy and looks run down - Stayed here for business in the area and was surprised to be pretty disappointed in the condition of the hotel. The whole place smelled kind of moldy and was run down. If I had to guess it had been flooded before and not greatly restored. In addition, I accidentally left my new electric toothbrush in the morning and when I called about it in the evening it was not found or kept - disappointing. Will be avoiding this hotel in the future.

- Lillian (8/5): - Reserved two rooms and one had a machine due to mold with a strong cinnamon scent and between the smell and noise from that machine and the A/C, interrupted our sleep. Shower also clogged. Both rooms water was super HOT! Otherwise great location and friendly service.

- Joyce (6/5): - The staff were amazing and super friendly! We found some unmentionables on the floor covered up by the bedspread that made us a bit creeped out and definitely kept us from using the jacuzzi in the room. Room smelled musty.

- Carmen (8/5): - The toilet seat it was too small for the toilet so that makes you very uncomfortable to use it especially in a handicapped room and the water from the shower get out very easy to the floor making it slippery and dangerous again for a handicapped room.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - It is a nice hotel. The rooms and the facility is kept clean and the staff is friendly and helpful. To top it all my family and I got to stay here for really cheap- especially considering they have free parking, free breakfast, good wifi, and a pool! I would highly recommend staying here!
