- Judy (4/5): - The front staff was not friendly. The carpet in the room had oily stains throughout. The air conditioner was noisy and sounded like a freight train. Slight odor when entering the room. The bed linens were clean and smelled good as did the towels and wash cloths. But, the rooms need som upgrading.

- U8183ZKpaula (4/5): Very disappointing stay at this hotel. - The hotel smelled like an ashtray and our non smoking room smelled even worse. It was so bad we had to spray our bathroom spray into the filter of the air conditioner. We stayed for 2 days and only had 2 washcloths and no hand towels. We had to ask at the main desk for more and were reluctantly given a few more. The next day the room and used towels were not picked up. The hot breakfast was terrible to say the least, powered eggs and a pan with bacon and sausage sitting in grease. The coffee was colored water. They had a few slices of white bread. We had a to eat cereal but we first had to ask for some milk and watery orange juice. The bathtub floor was terribly dirty, see picture.
- L (8/5): - The bed was very firm but not unpleasantly so and I appreciated the plethora of pillows. Was able to take a very nice shower and not run out of hot water. One minor thing - no juice available for breakfast Overall, very pleased and will stay again when I visit Quanah.
- Kelsey (2/5): Dirty & Smelly - We got a non-smoking room. This room smelled like cigarettes. There were dogs that were barking constantly in a room across from us, it smelled like dog pee in the hall way. I am not sure that the room was vacuumed and the bathroom was NOT clean. There were bugs and cherry pits on the ground in the bathroom. I had to hold my breath when walking in the hallways of the hotels 2nd floor because it smelled so bad of dog pee and cigarettes. Thankfully i had brought a pillow that my husband and I shared, but after we left the hotel the pillow and blanket smelled like cigarettes i guess from being in the room overnight. 10/10 would not recommend. The guy in the morning when checking out asked how my stay was, and i told him the truth. He told me that just that morning they took over management đ i did not take pictures because i wanted to get out of there ASAP and forgot.

They called me within 15 minutes to let me know. The only reason I marked âGoodâ on a couple of things is because it seems to be an older hotel that still needs a little love. This didnât bother me, though. Overall, I was pleased.

- bearhug68jr (4/5): Not worth the cost - Steadily declining and definitely not worth the cost. General deçline in maintenance and housekeeping. Surprised Best Western allows such decline. Reception was friendly. I had reserved a King on the ground floor. None had been cleaned. Accepted a double. Relatively clean, but carpet needs cleaning. Wide variety of TV stations. Fridge worked. Coffee maker had thick dust on it. Bathroom: No shower curtain (called front desk who delivered one.) Towels of marginal quality. Hard to pull tub faucet ring to get water to the shower. No grab bars in bath. Fan doesn't exhaust, just makes noise. Breakfast was basic, but OK. No tongs to get bread. Hot scrambled eggs, sausage, biscuits. OJ in a pitcher.
- Bertha Del Carmen (4/5): - The stay was nice. When i arrived i had to wait like because no one was at front desk. I was tired from my long drive and was ready to go in my room. Also the hotel must be pet friendly and it smelled like dog bad.
- Amanda (4/5): Pictures are deceiving and reviews arenât all true - From the moment we drove up, I knew it was a mistake. The sign was more than weathered and tattered if that is possible. The pictures were deceiving as to what the real aesthetics look like. But we were exhausted from driving and remained hopeful. On check in I asked about the hot tub so I could soak my sore muscles only to find there isnât one. At that time is when I noticed that the breakfast area was more than small, but checked in anyway. We went to our room only to find that it reeked of marijuana. This is a no smoking motel. The only other room they had to give us was upstairs by the elevator that could only be accessed with a regular long key. We were not given a key to go back-and-forth. We wouldâve had to go to the desk to get back in our room. All these were huge red flags for a women traveling with a child. But after 12+ hours of driving, I just wanted to sleep. The bathroom had mold around the shower seams/caulking, but the tub was clean. I pulled back the covers of the bed to find it looked clean except they were rough like sandpaper. So we barricaded the door and went to sleep and text family know exactly where we were. The air was cool but not cold. Needless to say we got up early and left. I do want to add that the poor young man that was on duty that night when we showed up after 9 oâclock did his best to accommodate us considering the situation that he was dealt; as far as trying to find room. He was kind and empathetic to our plight and apologized a lot

- George (2/5): Beware!!! - I should of suspected something when I saw the condition of the parking lot--Covered with dirt and gravel and unmowed grass areas. At check in found out that the electronic key system was not working (had been out for weeks) and the desk clerk had to walk you to your room to let you in every time you left the room. Mens restroom on the first floor was out of order. When I took a shower the towel I took off of the rack was so worn it had 2 huge holes in it. Will not stay there again. Do not understand how it keeps its Best Western connections.
- Douglas (2/5): No way .....no stay again - Card machine did not work for the door so I didn't get a key card carpet was wet over by the window area around the air conditioner .smells like mold .refrigerator didn't work ice machine broke .they are raping this place for all it's worth riding it out to the last nickel. Spend some money and fix this place or bulldoze it.

- amfh (8/5): Nice stay in Quanah, with only a few glitches. - We had a suite and were pleasantly surprised at the space it provided and the room was very clean. Comfortable bed, nice sofa, fridge, microwave, safe, TV with plenty of cable and channel choices. Breakfast was the typical motel morning fare, those instant scrambled eggs, bacon one morning, sausage the next, biscuits and gravy both times, toast, cereal, yogurt, apples. The attendant was nice and the eating area spotless. The only negatives for us was that the phone in the room didn't work at all, which we discovered when we tried to call the front desk to ask how the heck to turn on the shower (trust me, you WILL need to ask how to get it to work, but once he explained the shower had plenty of pressure and the water hot). Also, there is no ice provided even though there are two ice machines in the hotel. We stayed two nights and when we returned to our room the first day, the room had not been visited for refresh, so maybe they only offer this for longer stays. I asked for more towels from the owner and he promptly provided them. The hotel is conveniently located nextdoor to a big grocery/deli, which was nice. Be aware that most restaurants in Quanah are NOT open on Monday or Tuesday...seems most are only open Friday, Sat and Sun. We had to eat at Sonic one night and the deli next door the next. All in all, we enjoyed our stay i Quanah and found the people welcoming and friendly.

The breakfast was horrible. It was very limited, and the food in the packages, like the oatmeal and butter, were rancid and spoiled.

- benmoodyusmc (10/5): Dark Sky Park awesome - The hotel and Rooms were very clean. We stayed on the backside of the hotel on the second floor and experienced no road noise whatsoever. Catalina, our maid, was exceptional, and a real delight. The Old Bank Saloon steakhouse was a great surprise in such a small town. We stayed here to experience the copper breaks dark sky park, located 10 miles south of town, Which was exceptional as it had no interference from any lighting it was extremely dark and the Milky Way was beautiful.

- Joshua (2/5): - I booked a room on Thursday for a two night stay starting Friday. Showed up to property and was assigned a room. The room had not been cleaned from previous tenant's stay. Desk clerk then said that they had no other rooms available. I'm left scrambling to find a room at 10:30 pm. Terrible experience is an understatement.

- sonyah978 (2/5): Worst hotel I have ever stayed in - The hotel room was very musty and damp. Upon our stay I had to clean the room as it had hair on the floors, in the bed, around the toilet and in the sink. They also had bedbugs and roaches, I killed two roaches in bathroom. My Mom and I are now dealing with being bitten by bedbugs, I got pictures of the bedbugs and our sores and bruises. As a result I had to go to the doctor and be prescribed some meds. You would be safer going on to the next town and finding a stay there.
- 819erniem (10/5): very dissatisfied. - breakfast was way below par, coffee was luke warm at best, staff was below average. when we arrived there was no one at the desk. finally after about 15 minutes we heard a dog barking someone came out of a room down the hall to take care of us. not very happy with everything. no cleaning service, will never say here again. We visit family in quanah, texas two or three times a year, but we will not stay here again

So I wasnât going to eat anything from their breakfast if the coffee was any indication of the quality!

- Harilaos (6/5): - The linens on the bed had a lot of hair on it. Felt like they do not regularly change and wash the sheets. Also, the internet was extremely slow. I could barely get any work done.
- Madison (2/5): Not so Great - We are usually pretty okay to stay at most hotels but this was the worst we have experienced. The room was dirty, couch was disgusting and not a pull out as advertised. The beds were very broken down. Towels were massively stained. Coffee was lukewarm in the lobby in the morning.
- Roxane (8/5): Good for passing through - Passing through with tired kids. Quiet and clean. That's all we were looking for. Thank you
- Ann (8/5): - Clean and safe, hotel had staff nice. Not fancy but as expected for the price range of hotel.
- Abhinavsh18 (6/5): Good For One Night Stay - The hotel was overall pretty decent, although the bathroom lighting in our room was very dim and the breakfast options were at a minimum. Overall, pretty good night stay, though, but could have been better.

- Colette (10/5): - The staff was very friendly and helpful. They directed us to restaurants. Request for extra blanket was cheerfully handled.
- Shavonne (10/5): - For the location it was fine. it's not a fancy hotel but it was clean I didn't see any bugs there were no loud guest. I would stay again. The staff were friendly. It appears to be in the process of renovation so it may be fancier in the future but it was clean and the staff were nice.

- Dustin (6/5): - Itâs just an old hotel that needs updated. The halls smelt bad and our bathroom was dirty. Our bedding was clean though and the hostess was very nice

- Verified traveler (2/5): Uncleanliness - I work for a transportation company and 6 of our people were staying here as it was the Only hotel in town. One of my coworkers came back out no sheets on their bed. Another couple came back out there room had not been cleaned. I called down to the front desk and asked her if we got towels and washcloths with the room or did I need to use the dirty oneâs hanging over the shower curtain rail. The lady at the front desk was very kind. But nothing like seeing gross used washcloths in your room. I stay in a lot of hotels for work and I have such a low tolerance for uncleanliness and yuck someone else used wash clothes. Yuck. My 6 person crew wonât be staying here again the duration of this project. Weâll drive the extra distance to the next city.
- Faye (8/5): - The room was clean just dusty. and the breakfast food was cool not hot on Saturday morning with us having to warm everything up in the microwave. Sunday's breakfast was even colder. Trash was not taken out from Saturday morning in the breakfast area. Every time we came and when from our room the staff was outside smoking.

- Tommy (8/5): - Good place to spend the night. It looked like they were in the process of remodeling so may improve. Breakfast was not quite what I expected. Overall, I would gladly stay there again if I need to spend the night in the area.
- Sharon (8/5): - The staff was polite and courteous. They were not fully engaged in maintaining the facility.
- Clifford (6/5): Unhappy - Heating/air conditioning system was very loud so we could not run it to keep warm and sleep. Asked for a different room but the clerk said she was booked full up. Breakfast was not ready at 6:30, no scrambled eggs. No biscuits or bacon.

- Margie (6/5): So so - The people at the Hotel were very nice. The bathtub was horrible. Rust stains around the faucet and the rubber mat in the tub was dingy and flipping up.
- Angel (10/5): Great Hotel! - Great hotel for a small town. Will stay here again.
