- Brenda (2/5): We would likely not stay at this hotel again. - The location was easily accessible for our travel plan and it was close to amenities. The reception staff were very good and helpful. We were able to find a fantastic restaurant "Wingers", which was walkable and was excellent food and service, event though they were over the top busy. Parking was good for a truck and cargo trailer. King bed was uncomfortable; unusual as we always choose a King Room and utilize Best Western's when available. There was limited availability for food delivery in the area. We are sports fans and there were no sports channels available for baseball or for hockey. Breakfast was limited in choices.

- Verified traveler (8/5): - We ended up stranded with a broke down car in Ontario and plans ended up changing a million times it felt like. The staff here was very kind and accommodating to our needs and very helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. We especially loved that there were two rooms in our suite so our toddler could go to bed and we could watch tv. I will say the shower head needed some TLC as it leaked out the bottom, at the wall, and only sprayed out of half the head. The pillows were also tiny but there were plenty of them. The pool was fun and our toddler loved it. One of the best hotel breakfasts we have had, we enjoyed it each morning. Just beware there is no elevator which was okay as its only two floors but heads up! All in all a great stay.

Surrounded by a few shopping areas, a Walgreens, and some really good BBq, look it up on Doordash. 24 hour pool, coffee on demand all the time. breakfast I missed, no elevator, but after my current set up in a crackerJack box indoor pool resort sham in Boise, Id Book us back at this Best Western, again and Again! Way to go Ontario. I dig the homey vibe and growth to your city since I last visited in 2021.

Ultimately, i tried both beds and the were awful. I left and desk receptionidt said no refunds, no way to leave without being charged. I was only there 6 mins.

The lady at front desk offered to help with luggage but as we had an excessive amount of luggage we did not allow her to assist. But would be nice to know there is no elevator, would have probably chosen a different hotel.
