Island-Lover (10/5): Patriotic hotels with stellar service - Superb and comfy hotel property in Ritzville, Washington. On the surface, this place functions much like the typical Best Western hotel. I gradually came to realize all the little extra touches and service actions that are taken for guests here. If you like customer service, this place will deliver. Thank you as well for the patriotic displays. Always good to see. Very close to perfect. I can't think of anything to criticize.

This was our second time staying there and both times we left very impressed with our stays. It is extremely comfortable, welcoming, and incredibly well cared for. We will be back! Nothing. It was perfect.

Very clean, the pool, breakfast area, halls ,elevator were all spotless. The staff at breakfast was so kind. Our grandson spilled his drink and was very embarrassed. She helped clean it up. The housekeepers were super nice. We pretty much loved everything EXCEPT the flashing light that kept us awake all night and the rudest front desk clerk I've ever met when we checked in. There was a fire alarm on the ceiling that flashed a bright white light the entire night. It kept my whole family awake. We were so tired and miserable the next day. The front desk staff was so rude when we checked in and when we checked out.

Jennifer (9/5): I recommend this hotel based upon its cleanliness and generous breakfast options. - The room was very clean. Lots of choices for breakfast. Easy access from the freeway. I would have liked tea to be included in the room. Also, there was something outside the building making a loud motor noise (other than the traffic). It came and went.
Lisa (9/5): Clean, friendly and familiar - we frequently use this location whilst traveling back and forth Oregon to Montana. It is reliably clean, service is great and parking feels safe and secure. The front desk folks are the best! Thanks again Best Western and the Bronco Inn family!

Catherine (8/5): - Overall the hotel was clean, in good shape and had a good breakfast. One issue is keeping me from giving it the highest rating though. When we checked in, the front desk clerk mentioned that I had put in my reservation note that we would be bringing our dogs and needed a pet friendly room. She said they had to move us because the room I booked was not a pet room. She said in the future I should call directly because the pet room would have been more expensive but since I booked through Expedia they couldn't charge me more. I'm not sure how this is supposed to motivate me to call instead, but whatever. None of the rooms are listed as pet-friendly or not, in their listing, or I would have chosen a pet-friendly one. I was charged the rate I booked plus the pet fee, as I expected and as was listed in the app. While the clerk was friendly, the experience left me feeling that I had done something wrong, when there was no way to know I should have done anything differently, and they probably need to revise their listing instead.

woodmister (10/5): This hotel is the best - This is my favourite hotel in the BW family. I’ve suspect I’ve stayed here no less than six times over the years. The lobby is beautifully decorated. The staff are friendly, and the breakfast offering is second to none. The food at breakfast is fresh, tasty and there is a very diverse selection. The breakfast definitely deserve a tip. The rooms are clean, the beds are firm, yet very comfortable. The only negative was the aerator in the bathroom sink in Room # 233. It was awful. Management promised me they would fix it before my next stay. We’ll see as I’ll be back next August.

Did not even ask our name to check if room was available!! Two other couples turned up 30 mins later and were treated better and allowed to check in. On seeing this we enquired if we could check in yet and was then allowed to check in at 2-50pm - girl was very slow at checking us in.

570debrav (6/5): Don’t arrive any earlier than 2:55p - Having arrived at 2:15p, the daytime desk person David doesn’t want to bother to check in people until 3p (when his shift ends). Left waiting with “no rooms ready yet” in the lobby, it is miraculous how many rooms become immediately available at 3p when his shift ends. Surely this doesn’t make the customer feel special. Then, having been assigned a room right next to the check-in desk and elevator, our request for a quieter location only resulted in the offer of the room immediately above it on the second floor, and still directly in front of the elevator. Given that we indicated sensitivity to noises, not impressed that they couldn’t do anything better at 330p. Won’t stop here again.

MTtraveler2018 (10/5): Warmest, most welcoming Best Western - The Bronco Inn is our "go to" motel when we travel on I-90...and has been for the past 20 years. It is warm and welcoming, from the smiles of the helpful front desk staff to the tasteful artwork and seasonal decorations. And of course, the freshly baked cookies that are set out by the fireplace just in time for evening arrival. The property, inside and out, is always clean and well maintained. One extra note: we love the beautiful trees, often filled with birds, that surround the building, even though the geographic area is rather arid. We travel a lot...and consistently find that the Bronco Inn is the best Best Western motel on the road!
