Asker77 (8/5): Nice Hotel, would stay again. - My family stayed December 17,2025-December 20,2025. The hotel is clean and quiet. Staff is friendly. The pool is very warm and our little one loved it. Rooms are pretty spacious. It did include continental breakfast, but you do have to get up early in order to get some bacon. Pretty laid back hotel. PROS -Clean -friendly staff -Warm pool and hot tub -pet friendly -continental breakfast CONS -- $249 a night with two dogs in getting a bit pricey

Pchez (9/5): - Our stay at the Best Western from December 31 to January 3 was awesome. Although we encountered a small issue with our room, I mentioned it to Annie at the front desk, and she was more than happy to accommodate us by upgrading us to a beautiful suite with a Jacuzzi. The beds were nice and firm, making for a very comfortable sleep. Housekeeping did an excellent job throughout our stay. Breakfast was impressive — a wide selection that changed daily and focused on protein options, not just the usual bagels, toast, fruit, and cereal, along with hot beverages. My husband and I had a great experience. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel. The kids from the hockey team ruining around in the hallway.

Sheila (8/5): We would definitely return if the price point was a little lower for the location that we are in - The hotel was awesome so is the staff however paying the amount that we paid we were a little sticker shocked on that price point for one night. The bed was super comfortable, and we both had a great sleep. All in all great stay here, but the breakfast was definitely lacking taste. Don’t do the Western omelette as they were like cardboard. Scrambled eggs would be much better option They were not appetizing at all, and the bacon was really tough. The sausages were good. The coffee was awesome.

Wendy (10/5): Superb Hospitality Staff - It is a little overpriced, and I didn’t like the obligation to book two consecutive nights. This is just the reality in an area with limited availability of accommodation. Avid hiker, I love visiting the Nordegg area, so I am appreciative that the hotel was clean, well kept and the service was superb. The rooms are average but well kept and perfectly comfortable. Check-in stay were friendly and made sure I got my membership points. The breakfast was probably the best I have had in any hotel, continually refreshed, excellent selection with ample variety of condiments and extras. The breakfast staff went over and above to ensure guests were well looked after. This level of service and hospitality was exceptional, and made the overpriced rooms less of burden. Great way to start long days of hiking.

Breakfast the next morning was fresh and good - We even forgot a set of car keys in the room and they had them to us a day later. Will stay here again on our next trip through Rocky - Thank you.
Aqsa (8/5): It was a great stay—comfortable. However, I did find it a bit expensive for the value - The Chef was great. He was replenishing items pretty quickly and was very attentive to the customers needs. Breakfast - There should be better segregation between VEG and NON-Veg Items. Should have more number of Waffle making machines to avoid line ups. Room Size is very small. NO room o walk around much.

Staff were friendly, especially the staff that managed the breakfast. Only complaint is that they didn't provide enough towels for the four of us. Building was a bit dated but fairly well maintained.

Trudy (10/5): - Even though this is not a 5 star property, it felt like it because the customer service was 5 star. One of the days we missed room service because we slept in. I stopped by the front desk and asked them for a garbage bag. The manager insisted they clear out the garbage for us and asked for our room number. We came back to our room and they had emptied the bins and put new garbage bags in our room. My child also is special needs and had a hard time sleeping time at night. The people under us complained because they could hear us, and the front desk person was extremely nice about it and thoughtful. He offered to move us or the people below us to a different room for the next time so they could not hear our child. And ensure the room below us was empty. He also let the people below us know our child was special needs and offered them ear plugs as a helpful solution. We were also up early for breakfast and the same person was super helpful and friendly at breakfast, standing close by if I needed help with breakfast and also showed me how to make waffles. During our stay, they also brought us extra towels when we needed them. At check out they brought us a trolley upstairs so we didn’t have to leave the room. We also loved the water slide and pool, the pool was deep but not so deep that one of us could stand at the bottom of the slide and wait for our child to come down. Overall, we had a great experience and will be back again.
