Charlotte (7/5): Comfortable, clean, relaxing is all I can say. - The breakfast was great! I do wish there were more Kid-friendly options (The pancakes were a hit both days) but, maybe some more cereal options would be helpful! The pool area was super clean and not over-crowded. The beds were comfy and clean. The room as a whole was great for our family. Bonus points for being pet friendly and having a reasonable nightly fee for pets (I should have brought mine!) My only gripe would be in regard to the yogurt choice being only one. More flavors would have been wonderful, or fruit to add in! Having the small "Toppings" area made it more enjoyable but some seasonal fruit additions would make it perfect. It's literally my only complaint. Everything else was perfect during our stay.
Keith (5/5): Fair. It was really bad due to the breach in privacy. - Breakfast was gar When we checked in and went to the room. Just a few minutes later a man walked in with his key. So two people were given the same room. It could really have been a lot worse and embarrassing.

Islandjoy4 (4/5): Multiple problems with our check in - Multiple problems with our check-in. When we arrived, no one was at the desk because we later found out she was away, making a bed for a guest; we pushed the button and waited between about four times before trying the virtual agent, electronic check-in in the lobby, assuming that they were pushing people toward staffless check-in. When we were doing that we were asked out loud where everybody could hear us our name, our phone number and our address with all that personal information echoing around us so others could hear it. We also could not hear the virtual agent person because there was a recreation area shortly down the hall with billiard balls, cracking very loudly and people talking. Also, the agent had a heavy accent, which also made it difficult to understand what was being said. When we were about halfway through the virtual agent check-in, the host arrived at the desk and took all the other people that were waiting behind us so we also had noise from their discussions, making it difficult to hear the person on the machine. We were eventually given our room keys, and a slip of paper with information like breakfast hours check out, etc. instead of being able to ask a person live that information. We were able to get into our rooms and our keys worked. But at about 7:40 in the morning, a staff person tried to enter the room because they said that their records showed that the room was vacant. When I ask the host why our room was labeled as vacant when we were obviously there, she said that they didn’t know why, but the system had changed us to a no-show instead of arriving. Then I discovered that, even though the light turned green when I tried to swipe my card to get back in the room, it was not allowing us to open the door; so either my husband, or I had to stay in the room while the other got breakfast and/or took luggage, etc., to the car. I thought I was paying extra for a nicer hotel in the area, but the service was bad.

Michele (6/5): - My mom and I stayed at the hotel for 3 nights for a funeral. My mom has a dog and we were informed of the pet fee for our stay. The fee was on a separate transaction. When I looked at my CC we were charged 31.00 night + tax. We NEVER had our room cleaned, the 3 nights that we were there. I can understand a cleaning fee for the last night but not for the other 2 nights. Hotel didn’t to any “ extra “ services for the dog or any “ extra “ cleaning that we saw . This was at least my 6 th stay at this hotel. I did call customer service with my question about the fee and was told that the change

L6179IUmarkl (2/5): Not service but an imposition on the Customer - Stayed one night. Called desk for ice machine location and I was told both machines are broken. They suggested I should go to the market and buy my own ice. Obviously neglecting repair if both are down at the same time. Comforter is paper thin and does not keep customer warm. Got into shower and found out there is no soap in shower dispenser. They stopped daily room service during Covid and never resumed it. Now room service is once every 5 days but the price of the room keeps going up. For the price, I think people are a lot better off going airbnb.

I stayed alone, was taking a bath got a phone call around 1:30 am and i put it on speaker phone. I wasn't being super loud but i wasn't whispering, just talking normal when all the sudden there was a loud knocking at my door. I look out the peep hole and its some girl with a hoodie pulled over her head demanding i open the door. I told her no, i was naked and not about to open the door to a stranger. She told me through the door i was being too loud and i needed to open the door she was from the front desk. I did not open the door and i didnt leave my room until my friend who was a local came to visit. I talked to the front desk and they said there was a complaint about noise. I literally was alone and didnt even have the tv on, and i dont talk to myself, i was on the phone for a few minutes. I thought it was weird and why would the front desk person not just call my room if there was a noise complaint? The employee scared me knocking on the door with her hoodie on, standing so i couldnt see her face, demanding i open the door. Needless to say i didnt sleep well. Breakfast was great!

Rachel (10/5): - Very friendly staff, great breakfast options, nice pool and hot tub, beds aren’t bad and pillows are amazing. Close drive to everything around and easy to access parking.

Peppertree will pepper you with text emails and phone calls during day - Must provide card for anything there, good luck on doing some laundry or buying a soda pop, no cash machines. Want to give up your banking information to do a load of laundry, then have at this joke of a place. Careful, the management will pepper you with texts and phone calls during you work day.

Alberto (9/5): Superb - clean, easy check in, easy check out. good location, desent breakfast, in general good option to stay in.
Fletcher (6/5): Pleasant - The first room was an ideal location for my handicapped husband. The air conditioning was broken. The second room was not handicap-accessible because no more were available. 3rd floor was not a good fit! There would have been no way for him to exit the building in an emergency. He can't do stairs because of a stroke; his left side is paralyzed. More handicapped rooms. Not allowing your clients to bring their stinking marijuana into the building. The neighbors didn't smoke it, but just the smell it was creating stunk up the entire walkway. Luckily, once our door was closed, we could no longer smell that very strong stinky stuff.
Paula (1/5): Very unfriendly staff - It was very clean The one lady at check in was kind the rest were rude and I absolutely hate that BW charges if a late check out or early check in is needed. I had class through the day and would have been nice to be able to leave my work stuff at the hotel while I did my class, as I had to drive to Spokane for a flight afterwards. Very inconvenient and definitely not a fan of BW. This is the 3rd one I’ve stayed at recently.

B4568FRdonnar (8/5): Comfortable and a good location - We had a room at the end of the 4th floor. The room had some minor issues which we reported to management when we checked out. We never did find an ice machine close to the 4th floor. The guest laundry machines took an app, and not coins, which for us is a negative - no one really likes to load a new app AND put $ on it in a public wifi. So we chose not to use the laundry. It's about 55 miles from Grand Coulee Dam, down a scenic byway, which is why we stayed there.
