Guest Reviews
- Kiefer (2/5): Toilets all seem to be broken! - The bedding seemed to be clean. The night manager was not on site, we had to wait for him to arrive to check in. Then the first room he gave us had a broken toilet that wouldn't flush and it had leftover poop in it. We had to call him and it took him 15 minutes to arrive back at the hotel to move us to another room that had a chirping fire alarm in it that he wanted me to just turn off by standing on the bed, I told him that was illegal and no. He moved us to a third room which was ok but we noticed in the morning that each time we flushed the toilet, water was leaking from the back of it and the floor flooded quickly. We left early but not before attempting to have the hot breakfast which was not good at all and the yogurt offered was expired by at least a week.
- Clara (9/5): - Las camas y almohadas Nesecita más limpieza
- Justin (1/5): Horrible experience/horrible management - I booked a room weeks out at Regency, another hotel in town, through Booking and called the hotel at the same time just to double confirm availability. When I arrived, after having to call 4 phone numbers from a sign posted on the door, I finally reached someone not even on site. I was informed no room would be available and my confirmation would not be honored because no rooms were available because the housekeeper did not show up. Only 2 cars were in the parking lot. I then booked a room with this hotel, the only other hotel open in town, only to realize the owner and manager were the same as the previous hotel. I was charged $35 more for this new room I was forced to book and offered no other recourse. This owner/manager of Regency Hotel and Quality Inn seem to be runnimg a scam to force patrons to the more expensive hotel.
- Clara (9/5): - Que no limpian el cuarto todos los dias.
- Guytano (10/5): -
- josefina (5/5): - No ice machine, the front office was no where in sight. Other clients were waiting for long period of time as well as I.
- Karenjunker (4/5): - Location was good Fridge didn't work, very noisy, timed light in the bathroom, bulbs didnt work, had an odor.
- Abraham (10/5): - The room ambience was excellent and clean. The staff were incredibly friendly and professional. Breakfast was fresh, well-organized, and had a great variety to start the day right. Overall, a wonderful stay and highly recommended!!
- Amanda (10/5): A comfortable, relaxing stay with excellent service and a smooth check-in experience. - After a long drive, this hotel was exactly what I needed for a restful night. The room was comfortable, the bathtub and shower were relaxing, and the bed was very cozy. Check-in was quick and seamless, and the staff were professional and welcoming. I would gladly stay here again. Thank you.
- Williams (1/5): -
- James (10/5): A fantastic, comfortable stay with friendly service - Great value for the price. The rooms are well-maintained, and the breakfast was delicious. A big thank you to the staff for making me feel so welcome. No Fitness Center
- Daniel (10/5): Excellent stay! - Excellent stay! Clean rooms, friendly staff, and a great location. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of options. Everything exceeded my expectations.
- Andrew (10/5): The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome; their hospitality made all the difference. - Fantastic experience! Clean rooms, friendly service, and a great breakfast spread. The check-in process was smooth, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. I’ll definitely be back! The room was very nice, but I was disappointed that the heater wasn't turned on before I arrived. It took quite a while for the room to reach a comfortable temperature after a cold day of travel.
- Juan (10/5): A comfortable, clean, and welcoming stay - Had a great stay at this Quality Inn! The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the staff was very friendly. Perfect for a quick stopover or a weekend trip. I would definitely stay here again.
- Mike (10/5): welcoming even though we checked in late - Stayed here while working in the area. The check-in was fast, and the room was quiet and clean. It’s located right off I-37, which made my commute easy. I’ll definitely stay here again next time
- Daniel (8/5): -
- melissa (4/5): -
- Sandra (10/5): Everything was perfect - Location and staff
- Sebastian (6/5): - Room was a little dirty and not updated
- Traci (8/5): - The pool
Is drained for maintenance but lady was super sweet and room was clean and quiet
- Royin (6/5): - Unfortunately I did not take pictures. Needs updating. However, being that it's just a layover
- roberto (1/5): -
- alan (2/5): - Green pool, stained comforter, smell. Left after check in. The property manager has submitted a refund from Expedia.
- Kristopher (2/5): - This place is nasty and one of the more expensive in town. Beds have stains on them. Carpet is stained and nasty. Toilet was broken. Shower has mold in it and dirty. General property condition very dirty. Very disappointed. I spent this kind of money on a dump like this.
- Simon (4/5): - Reception staff was fantastic. Very helpful and friendly.
Room was clean and presentable. Excluding the bathroom. The toilet was not properly cleaned. Waste was still floating in the toilet water.
- Rudy (3/5): This place should not be a part of the choice hotels. - Our family had 5 rooms and out of 5 we had 3 that had to change rooms due to bad conditions and/or damaged items.
- Patrish (8/5): - Staff at the front desk was apologetic about being on the phone with her boss while checking me in. Property was will lit for parking.
- Vesta (1/5): The worst place to stay in Three Rivers Texas. - Location was close to the funeral I had to attend. The room was dirty, mold everywhere, used towels hanging on the restroom door. Dirty wash clothes and hand towels. Dirty top blankets ,sink was so dirty it turned the wash cloth black. And extra roll of toilet paper was molded and had yellow stains on it. Ac didn’t work correctly. Floor around beds had dirt buildup against the beds. The room had a damp mold smell. And only had hot water for about 3 minutes before it started getting cold.
- Laverna (1/5): The sheets smelled very bad and the pillows had blood stains on them and there was some bugs in the bed - Location Nothing
- Karen (1/5): Bad - nothing about the place. Shower and bathroom covered in mold and not clean. Was supposed to be a no-smoking room and it was filled with smoke and tobacco smell and stale air. Broken shower rods and dirty floors. Used towels and dirty sheets and refrigerator. Cancelled room and went across the street to better hotel. Place needs to be closed, cleaned and revamped before renting out anymore rooms.
- Darlene (2/5): - Room was available was the only good thing. The AC wasnt working until fixed. Just wires hanging where smoke detector belonged. Bed and pillows where dirty with stains, carpet was stained. Shower curtain was dirty. Smelled like smoke and mold.
- Camden (10/5): Exceptional -
- David (4/5): - Convenient. But gross bathroom.
- Robert (1/5): I wouldn’t recommend my worst enemy to stay there. - Not one thing! The room was dirty. The room had a horrible smell. The sheets were dirty. The door handle to the bathroom was broken. The room was so bad that we left at 10:30 PM. We attempted to call the front desk and left a message asking for a different room, but never got a call back. We went to a different hotel down the street and had a fantastic experience. The Quality Inn was an unbelievable disappointment. I can’t say a good thing about the place. I am hoping to get a, but I doubt that will happen. My biggest regret is that I didn’t read the reviews of this horrible establishment. I would not recommend that anyone stay there.
- Verified traveler (2/5): Do not stay here - Horrible, dirty, never again
- Sharon (3/5): Poor - Staff check-in lady was very nice and helpful. Room was very old and in need of complete refurbishment.
Black scum all around bathtub.
Leaking toilet bowl tank caused tank to keep reflling.
Carpet was stained from the door to the bathroom.
Kickboards were missing under fridge and microwave cabinets.
- Yenessy (6/5): - Breakfast was coffee and wrapped cookies. The traffic was so loud I couldn’t sleep. Bed too hard. Restroom door broken, toilet top broken, people staying looked rough, never staying here again this is a $60 inn not an over $100 hotel.
- Velma (10/5): Exceptional -
- Jan (1/5): Stinky - Location and seemed clean. Some of the towels were badly stained. But there is an odor that is awful. Haven't been able to sleep at all and both of us have plugged noses. It is just 6am . 👎 👎 👎 👎 👎 👎 👎 👎 I think I have been pretty clear that we do NOT recommend this room to anyone. Something is very wrong here!!
- Eugene (3/5): Poor - Wifi, location, safety of area no room service, breakfast was horrible
- Alexis (4/5): - The swimming pool extremely dirty
- Sue (1/5): Wouldn’t recommend it to anyone - Good breakfast The outside pool had green on the bottom .it looked disgusting.when we checked out and I mentioned it to the receptionist..she said oh they are having issues with the pool. I find that hard to believe because it was probably like that for months.Don’t advertise something online and then when we get there it isn’t .useable
- Tj (7/5): Good -
- Ivy (4/5): Less than average hotel, there’s cheaper in that town that are far better to stay at. - From the outside it was decent enough, the staff member who checked me in was helpful & kind, however, the only other employee I encountered didn’t even greet me when I came for breakfast the next morning & then disappeared from behind the front desk the entire time I was at breakfast. The breakfast was the norm at a hotel of that stature but I was disappointed there was no orange juice.
The room was okay. There was a huge stain on the carpet and the ac didn’t seem to cool very well but I was comfortable enough. The bed wasn’t horrid but wasn’t great either. I did like their pillows. The worst though was the restroom. I’ve stayed at many hotels and never saw the amount of mold in the restroom as I have this one. For some people that suffer from allergies or asthma it could really be devastating. I only know bc I have an asthmatic daughter, had she been with me we wouldn’t have been able to stay there. The mold in the bathroom was horrible.
- Billie (10/5): - We've stayed here twice, and both times were great
- George (4/5): Never again - Got there in the evening and had to call to check in. Got to the room and there was mold growing on the ceiling and wall. Found a pill on the floor. Bed had some kind of powder on the sheets.
- Javier (6/5): - I stopped in for a late night sleepover as my wife and I were tired from driving after a doctor's appointment in San Antonio. It was about 11 p.m when we tried checking in. It took a while as the clerk on duty was not in the office so we had to call the number listed. I unfortunately booked the wrong date of the stay so that took a while to get resolved although upon check in to the room everything was fine and to be expected. There was a small gap at the top of the door which caused the room to be humid. The cleanliness was fine no complaints in that department. There was no remote control for the TV and we could not change the channels manually. I also didn't appreciate being woken up and the door opened at 9 a.m in the morning to try and rush us to get out. Thankfully we had the door guard in place. Other than that it was average. I didn't get to try their breakfast so I have no comment on that. I'd stay again in a different room and advise them to not wake up guests for no reason especially since they are paying for checkout till 11 a.m.
- Sumr (6/5): Pleasant - Location Dated bathroom and old dirty feeling carpet
- Warren (2/5): - Carpet was torn, refridgerator did nit close.
- Patty (2/5): Very disappointing - Had parking for the bus.
Was close to where I needed to stay. No pressure in shower, had to go to another location to get a good shower.
TV did not work.
Had to wait 45 minutes to have someone in the office to check in.
Booking.com said 3 star-definitely was not
- Sherry (6/5): You get what you pay for . - The location was perfect and the lady at the front desk was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was always ready hot and the dining area was clean and well stocked . The rooms smelled really bad , there was mildew on the comforter which is what the rooms smelled of . The kids were looking forward to the pool as advertised. The pool was unusable it was full of algae and smelled like a pond .
- Joyce (8/5): - Mildew smell in room. Property is an improvement over two years ago
- Megan (10/5): - The room was nice and I loved the Texas shaped waffle maker!
- Loretta (8/5): - Close proximity to where we needed to be.
- Amye (4/5): Comfortable beds and a hot shower. - The beds. It was comfortable. The employees were nice and friendly The floors were not clean. I clean house's and business. They should be checked daily to make sure the rooms are still clean. The furniture was not dusted as well. Also the AC units had a mold smell too them. They need to be checked and cleaned as well.
- JEFF (2/5): - Stayed at this hotel for a week and they only cleaned room once! I had to go to front desk and ask for clean towels. Never again
- Sergio (10/5): Nice Stay - It was a very pleasenr overnight stay. We will positively make your hotel a destination on future trips.
- Irma (10/5): - We were stranded with a vehicle at dealer it made it very convenient to uswalk over there. The lady at front desk was very helpful to us after we had had a bad few days.
- Rene (6/5): - Bud bug found one
- Lenord (10/5): - Fast check in.
- Ernest (8/5): - Lori was so helpful. Will stay again.
- Irasema (6/5): Unclean room - Make sure that the room is clean . Found a uses soap in the ahowwr ugh disgusting
- Albert (2/5): Do not check in after 9 pm and not at 1 am forget - No one at front counter to check in had 2 numbers to call and called and texted for 30 mins
- VICTORIA (6/5): - I booked on Travelocity. This property had a 8 of 10 rating. In your dreams! My husband convinced me to try a hotel besides my favorite. I decided to try and totally regret the decision. The lobby is small and dingy. The same clerk was there both check-in and check-out in the morning and she had mobility issues. I saw no other help. The room smelled so bad I had to cover my nose while sleeping. Needless to say, I slept poorly. The covers for the food at breakfast were broken and the food was sparse. We opted to dine out for breakfast.
- idris (10/5): Good - Middle of no where texas town, but hotel was exactly what was needed. Clean bed and friendly staff.
- Thad (1/5): Bad -
- Martina (1/5): Bad - Reception Personal was not very nice.
Breakfast was very poor.
Pool was dirty and the barbecue place was a mess.
- irishman_usa1885 (10/5): Best Place To Stay Near I-37 - My stay here at the Quality Inn was very relaxing. The clerk was extremely understanding when I said I would be getting in after midnight. She had my room key and everything was ready for me the moment I arrived. The room was simple and had all the amenities I needed. Clean and well kept, I had no issues of any kind with the room. Breakfast was delicious, and I was even able to enjoy it outside in the fresh air at one of the outside dining tables. Probably would have enjoyed it more in the autumn months, but that's the weather for you. It's definitely a recommended place to stay if traveling up and down Interstate 37.
- Roger (10/5): - It’s was a good stay and the front desk Clark Laura was very helpful and kind
- Arcelia (10/5): Exceptional -
- Carrie (4/5): Have stayed at this hotel several times. Worst it's ever been. Will try somewhere else next time. - Breakfast was just okay. No fruit. Out of sausage and gravy by 8:30. No Kleenex in the room. Stayed two nights. Staff did not make the bed nor bring in clean wash clothes.
- Daniel (10/5): Exceptional - Clean room Good service
- Raul (10/5): Great Hotel! - It was an all over great experience. Hot breakfast, great service. Front desk attendant was very hospitable.
- Esteban (10/5): Exceptional -
- Christopher (10/5): We love it and we will stay there again soon -
- Anonymous (10/5): Exceptional - welcoming and very clean comfortable location
- Patty (8/5): Very good -
- Martín (4/5): - I’d ask for two rooms none smoking because we don’t smoke and they give me one with terrible smoke smell I did stay there because they didn’t have anymore rooms.
- Anonymous (10/5): Exceptional -
- Arturo (5/5): Passable - The entire room (sheets and pillowcases) smelled like cigarettes
- Chellam (5/5): Passable -
- Tanis (7/5): Good - We messed up booking but the lady at front desk was super nice
- Allen (3/5): Poor -
- Keith (10/5): Exceptional -
- John (6/5): Room was low priced and we were happy with the location. We had a few issues apparently outside the control of the staff - Room was clean, and had decent Wi-Fi. Beds were roomy and reasonably comfortable. The manager didn’t seem to be the fact that the remote control didn’t work properly and that the air conditioner wasn’t properly cooling. Her comment was that she had never heard of the fact that the remote kept giving the message that it needed to be programmed and to contact the front desk. I told her we could operate the LG TV manually. She also didn’t offer ideas as to why the A/C wasn’t properly cooling—temp outside was mid 80’s and 90+% humidity. The fan worked okay but the air inside was muggy—probably needed a Freon boost.
The room refrigerator wouldn’t freeze the cold pack put in the top freezer section but did have frost on the inside. I didn’t mention that to her since she wasn’t helpful about the other issues.
Luckily I took a shower in the evening when there was still hot water—wife waited until morning and had a problem getting the water to get warm enough even on max. We also didn’t mention the scarcity of hot water to her.
- Oscar (10/5): - Clean and functional
- Brian (8/5): Very good - Great bed, very quiet. Only the office faces the highway. Could have been cleaner.
- Daniel (10/5): Exceptional -
- George (8/5): Very good -
- Todd (2/5): - This was one of the worst stays ever, so out dated room. Not very clean. The tv I had to get up to turn down turn channel etc. it was very loud there. The beds where hard and uncomfortable. Then to top it all off I had no hot water. So pissed off I spend $100 bucks for this room. I
- Kenneth (4/5): Horrible Do Not Book This Hotel Mold & Mildew - Very Disappointed in this room The bathtub was rusted from the faucet all the way to the drain. Not talking a little rust, it was huge.
There was mildew growing on the walls.
Honestly Its a good thing my wife was not with e she would have requested her money back
This room should be condemed
- Janice (6/5): staff was very friendly, bedding uncomfortable. - Friendliness of staff The Breakfast was horrible, service for breakfast was bad. The beds are hard and the pillows were horrible.
- Kay (5/5): It was a place to rest and it was close to where we had to attend functions, - The location was pivotal to other places we had to be. The staff was friendly The breakfast was horrible!
- Rene (7/5): Good - pool everything was good
- Katrina (10/5): Good stay. Consistent with the brand - Staff was very friendly and accomodating with my change in plans. Beds are comfortable at this chain which is why i choose them after i had back surgery. This particular location is a little loud being right off the exit of the I-10 freeway but i dont get bothered by that kind of thing. It's abouy a 2 mile from the AT&T Center so is a very convenient stay to attend events there.
- Jimmy (4/5): Disappointing - Bathroom was dirty, room smelled like smoke
- Shelly (10/5): Great stay - Great stay as always. Bed was very comfy.
- David (10/5): Exceptional -
- George (10/5): - Great facility, great room and I highly recommend
- Maria E. (10/5): - Friendly staff, clean room.
