Jonas (6/5): - Big fridge. The room was not very clean. You heard noise probably from the washing machines downstairs. Didn't like to be woken up at 03 AM by some kid running around upstairs, probably someone from the staff that used the room while at work.

According to my itinerary, check in was at 3 PM, and that I did not have to pay until I arrived according to hotels.com, that they wanted my payment over the phone, which I gave. Not to mention, I bought a bag of chips and two sprites upon check-in from their general store and it was $12! Breakfast tasted horrible. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Elisha (10/5): A good place to stay. - We were in town with our family for a wedding and stayed two nights. The hotel staff were extremely friendly and personable. The interior and exterior were clean and well kept. The room was very nice, very comfortable, and very clean. Breakfast consisted of waffles, eggs, bacon, sausage, potatoes, cereal, etc. It was nice and fresh and very tasty. No complaints at all and we wouldn't hesitate to stay again should we ever be passing that way.

Shaunda (2/5): - I wish I could post pictures but I can’t. I encourage you to read the reviews I left on their site. There was a wad of pubic hair on a shower chair and a man’s pleasure ring in the floor. Room had not been cleaned!

Pamela (5/5): Passable - Location was good. Easy access. We made reservations and pre paid for a king suite. When we got there we were told it was not available and disappointed. We requested non smoking. Bathroom smelled like a cigarette. Toilet was not clean. Only 2 towels in bathroom. Staff was unapologetic. Coffee was cold.

Cynthia (6/5): Not as advertised! - I chose this hotel for the good reviews on how clean the property was and how friendly the staff was, especially Jodie, the front desk person was. Unfortunately I found that Jodie was NOT very friendly and was actually rude not only to me but several other customers that heard her speaking too. The beds are old and not very comfortable as well as the rooms in the hotel. Will not stay in this hotel again.

Tanner (10/5): - Driven by here a zillion times. Had a last minute issue arise and needed a place to stay. Wasban absolutely amazing experience, I'd recommend this place to anyone looking for a place to stay in the area.

Sharon (4/5): Get new cleaning products! - The smell of whatever cleaning product was overpowering. It was prevalent in the hallway and the room. Both my husband and I had headaches from the fumes!

Patricia (4/5): - I asked for first floor and they said they did not get my request and they had no rooms . I think they give Expedia worst rooms, we were in front of the elevators and in front of highway - VERY loud room , had to leave my rain music on phone to sleep. Refrigerator did not cool and was full of sandwiches and beer . Phone had no buttons on it?

mattieb348 (8/5): Joti should be the manager for sure 👍 - Nothing was really great, the only reason I am writing this review is because the really hard working lady at the front desk named Jodi was the best part she was very helpful and said she has been working there for four years and is not the manager only because they don’t think she is mean enough 😆 like idc make her the manager and I will give you five stars ✨
Askew (7/5): Convenient but Noisy - The 2 room King Bed option was very roomy. The heater was very loud and did not have a function to let the fan run all night to drown out noises. We heard the local train 5 times throughout the night. There was a long broken piece - from either curtain rod or a/c just laying in room??? The shades on the room did not provide adequate coverage - there was a light showing through because of security lights at night and daylight in the morning. It was very nice to have the 2 King bed option but for $149 I would have preferred to have adequate shades over window and working a/c.
