Guest Reviews
- Kerry (8/5): - Staff friendly
- Joaquin (10/5): - The room was really nice and was very clean.Fresh and clean linens
- Jose (6/5): - The cleaning ladies woke us up at 8 and then at 9 and knocked again at 10:30....they didn't let us sleep
- Denise (10/5): - One of the best stays, as we were traveling home from vacation! Clean, friendly, quiet, good amenities, great breakfast—meets all the criteria
- Angela (8/5): - Good for one nights stay.
- Norman (4/5): - You get what you pay for i guess.
- Cody (4/5): - Me and my wife stayed during our drive from SD to STX home from vacation. Sticky floors, and loud door slams all day and night made it hard to sleep. Our shitzu didn’t really have an area to go to the bathroom and the “grass” was not really grass. Room was old besides sticky and wet floors.
- Sandra (10/5): It’s good! - This hotel is the first hotel when arriving in Perynton .. the staff is not very friendly but everything else is very good
- Kelli (4/5): Needs to be checked for mildew and updated. - The room smelled like old shoes. They didn’t turn on the a/c and the smell of mildew was obvious. The floors and furniture were damp, we couldn’t wear socks on the carpet. There were flies and the water in the tub ran constantly and it was loud. We cancelled our second night and will never stay there again. Went down the road to The Holiday Inn and it was far superior.
- Jordan (6/5): - Requested a late check out of noon front desk said that was fine at 10:45 the housekeeper was banging on the door when we told them we have a late check out they said they didn’t care and we need to leave by 11:00
- Sharyl (8/5): - The property was overall in good condition but there some cracks/ discoloration of the ceiling and walks of the bathroom and around the shower. I did not take a picture and it was not terrible but just looked like it needed sone attention.
- Diana (10/5): - Had a great stay. Stayed there for a month for work purposes. Always clean, breakfast was good, by the front desk they always had coffee and occasionally had cookies. All amenities are very clean as well. Would stay again.
- Rodney (8/5): - Nice room. Nice shower. Friendly staff
Noisy loud slamming doors loud people stomping around upstairs over our room
Our door wouldn’t close properly unless you slammed it shut. Needs some paint and caulking in bathroom and new bathroom door.
- James (10/5): - Breakfast
- Diana (10/5): - Very clean, offers a lot of amenities. Stayed for work purposes, would stay here again.
- Verified traveler (6/5): An inconsiderate person impacts others - When I arrived to Perryton, it was raining hard with small hail. I wanted to park and unload under the portico, but there was a large white Ram pickup truck parked there. So I got wet as I checked in and unloaded my bags. Soon thereafter, I drove to my father’s apartment because there was a covered parking space adjacent to his place where my car could be safe. Hours later, I returned to the hotel and that same white Ram was still under the portico! I mentioned it to the girl at the front desk and she was visibly uncomfortable discussing it. By morning, the storm had passed and the Ram was parked in a regular parking space. It was irritating that someone was allowed to selfishly occupy the convenient (and dry) portico while myself and other customers got rained on. Please be more considerate!
- Colleen (8/5): - The mattresses need to be switched out as they are way too soft & saggy. When we walked in we could see the indentations in the mattresses. Other than that it’s a good place to stay.
- Christine (10/5): - We got there quite late but they were there to check us in! All we did was sleep there. Had coffee and breakfast which was very convenient! No issues with anything. I would definitely stay there again if coming through Kansas.
- Cesar (2/5): Bad - No good to much niose and poor service
- Juanita (10/5): Great stay - Our room was clean smelt clean. I think the air conditioners need to get a little colder but it was good. Still lots of room. Very friendly. Good Continental breakfast everyday
- George (10/5): - It was pretty clean and the front desk person was very kind. My biggest complaint is whatever they use for air refresher! It is very very strong! I don't have a lot of allergies but it burned my nose all night kept me awake. I've been to another hotel who had the same exact fragrance and I think it was a Quality Inn also. I guess I will avoid Quality inns in the future. The room was not in the greatest condition either. There was a chip in the paint in the bathtub. The mirror on the closet door is cracked. And there were stains on the bedspread! I would not stay there again.
- Sara (8/5): - Not much grass for dog relieving, and what little there is has dog crap throughout. No garbage cans outside for disposing of bagged feces. Interior is pretty clean. Complimentary cookies at the front check-in desk.
- Jaylynn (10/5): Work stay - Rooms was clean and great service
- Yolie (8/5): - It was has big space in the room we were in. Didn’t feel cramped.
- Carla (8/5): - Staff was super friendly and helpful!
- Frank (10/5): Clean, comfortable and friendly - Very clean, comfortable and the staff was friendly, professional and very helpful.
- Jennifer (6/5): - It was very clean and quiet. But I think they need to get new mattresses.
- Cary (10/5): - Clean,comfortable and staff very prompt n courteous.
- Jerry (10/5): - Good place to stay. Wife would prefer bathroom sink in bathroom
- Pamela (10/5): Christmas trip - Room was very clean as well as bathroom. Beds were very comfortable.
- Brandy (10/5): - Everyone is so nice
- Paula (8/5): - The ice machine on the 2nd floor wasn't working. That was inconvenient and the pop machine took my money and the girl at the front desk didn't know how to refund it. I would stay again though.
- Tim (10/5): - GOOD ANF COMFORTABLE. EASY ACCESS TO ALL. NICE HOYEL.
- Mari-Jean (6/5): One night stay - Checking in was easy and friendly. Beds were horribly uncomfortable and we did not get a good nights sleep. The breakfast was very good.
- RUSSELL (10/5): - The lady that checked me in was very friendly
- Wendy (6/5): - Not to clean breakfast is cold lady o. Front desk very kind but she’s the only one. The lady on break room she’s not Litte rude but is a good price “you have you pay”
- Julia (10/5): - Good reviews
- Mark (6/5): - The room was fairly nice, but the entrance floor and some of the carpet had sand-like debris that needed to be vacuumed. The bathroom seemed to be clean, but it was rather dark because one of the 2 light bulbs was burned out. The room was quiet and the AC worked well and was fairly quiet. The TV remote felt greasy to the touch. The back door from the parking area was not latching, so people could get in without a key card. The deadbolt on our room door did not lock properly - it seemed to be misaligned with the door jamb. Breakfast was good, with a nice variety of foods, but the eggs and bacon were at room temperature. The front desk receptionist was friendly and helpful.
- Julia (10/5): - Courteous staff. Great breakfast!
- Tania (8/5): - Staff is extremely friendly and polite. Breakfast was great!
- Olin (10/5): - The room was clean, the bed was comfortable and breakfast washood.
- Dora (10/5): Amazing!! - Loved it! Everything was very comfortable and clean and customer service was great. Everything that I expected.
- Michael (10/5): - It is close to the truck stops
- Johnathan (10/5): - The staff are amazing and the rooms are extremely clean. I definitely recommend staying here.
- Tena (10/5): - Nice room and very friendly staff.
- Shirley (2/5): - Ice not removed from sidewalk and parking area. Noisy clients. Mostly migrant worker clientele. TV difficult to use. Needed assistance from front desk. Unpleasant smell in rooms. Had to change rooms to find one acceptable. Very good and accommodating front desk.
- Adam (10/5): - Very comfortable and pleasant place
- Roger (10/5): - Never seen a staff person without a BIG PLEASA
NT SMILE.
- Manuel (10/5): - Very nice team
- Ian (10/5): - The reception person was super friendly and answered all my questions. The air conditioner in 228 would occasionally rattle and wake me up. Other than that the stay was great.
- Consuelo (10/5): - Very friendly and professional, helpful stuff,we really enjoyed our trip, thank
- Mary (10/5): - Very good price and place to stay in Perryton, TX. Staff was friendly and efficient. Safety was a good feeling for me.
- Jackie (4/5): Locker room smell - The first room we got, smelled so bad… we gave it the benefit of the doubt and thought it was just stagnant air since it had been so hot and the AC hadn’t been on, finally at 5:00 a.m., we got another room. It smelled like a boys locker room… the heated pool was so cold I had to go outside in 100 degree temp., to warm up. The “hot tub” was probably the temp the pool should have been. We stayed in it for an hour.
- Marty (8/5): - Property is very good has ran down a little since the last time i stayed there.
- Christine (8/5): - The desk clerk was very nice and attentive. Our room was well kept and clean. It was a great stay with no surprises.
- Klarissa (8/5): - The room were just okay good for a quick stay and spacious could use a sitting area in them like a couch or something but the hallway smelled a bit but the front desk was super nice & she was very informative. She did her job very well.
- christopher (10/5): - Good staff
- Gulcan (10/5): - Young lady who checked us in, was amazing. TV in room did not work, she came, tried to fix issue. TV was not tge issue but remote control, she didnt hesitate to get us another new remote
- Jennifer (8/5): - Nice place. Convenient location. Fine breakfast. Very nice staff. Just wish the hot tub had been working.
- Robin (10/5): - Very clean, great check in, quiet, decent price!
- Coni J (8/5): - The rooms in this motel are extremely quiet. Very comfortable place!
- Jessica (10/5): - .
- Kevin (10/5): Good place to stay - Good place to stay. Clean and comfortable beds.
- Rafael (8/5): - .
- Terry (10/5): - Everything was clean and well-organized from lobby to room and throughout the facility. Breakfasts were tasty and a variety of offerings. The place was calm and quiet. All in all, nothing of substance to complain about, and plenty to praise.
- Marshall (10/5): - As always, a great stay. My "go to" hotel in Perryton!
- Mary (8/5): - Wonderful town, pet friendly
- REYNA (10/5): Friendly staff - Really friendly the receptionist, so sweet and attentive. Needed a place for the night and she made us feel welcomed. Thank you so much! Beds were so comfortable & everything was great!
- Verified traveler (10/5): - I liked everything. The bed was comfy. The room was clean. The water for the shower worked just right for the shower worked. just right.
- Amy (10/5): Excellent - Room was clean, nice furniture in the room, huge king bed which is so comfortable. Overall i am satisfied and is my kind of room I like to book.
- Verified traveler (8/5): - My stay was pleasant. Bed was comfortable and everything was pretty clean. Because of how windy it was, I did notice that bird poo had come into the ac unit. I’m also a very light sleeper, so any doors opening and closing in the hallway woke me, as did the ac clicking on and off even with the noise maker I brought along. The lights from the clock, tv, and microwave were bright, so I ended up covering them with towels. The light switch for the bathroom was on the outside wall, and the sink was located outside the bathroom, so I was glad I was traveling alone so someone getting up in the middle of the night wouldn’t bother me. Breakfast was okay. They had eggs and bacon, waffles, bread and cereal available. Staff was very friendly and welcoming.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Very impressed with this hotel. Usually stay at LaQuintas BUT after our experience here, Quality Inn is definitely on the top of our list to stay at. The friendly and helpful staff was a great experience. Breakfast was very good! Will stay at Quality Inn's again.
- Verified traveler (6/5): Class Reunion - It kind of had an odor they had attempted to cover up with an air freshener attached to the air conditioner.. it didn’t really work. And it was not very cool at all even turned up on high cook
- Verified traveler (8/5): - The bed was extremely comfortable! The room was clean and nice. Free breakfast was good. Overall, a nice stay.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Pretty nice, only stayed one night
- Gordy (10/5): Excellent place to stay! - This was a GREAT place to stay! Very very clean!!!
- susie (6/5): - Upon arrival, front desk clerk was not rude, but no very welcoming.
Clerk did not give info about breakfast, or other hotel information.
Very dim lighting in room..
- Joel (8/5): - Good
- Aaron (10/5): - Better than i expected for a quality inn. Front lobby coffee was actually good. Bed not the most comfy but it did the job. Small gym but good machines.
- Rockymassengale (2/5): - We had no water pressure when trying to bathe the air conditioner didn't work right I'm not happy with that stay
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Front desk staff were very professional and kind. Room was very clean and roomy. Quiet during the evening. Great experience.
- Verified traveler (10/5): Excellent Breakfast - Our stay at Quality Inn in Perrytown was exceptional. Check-in was easy and precautions were taken to keep everyone safe during this time of CoVid19. The breakfast was outstanding and fresh cooked eggs were definitely a plus.
- mark (10/5): - COVID 19 made difficult on hot food and pool service. Staff was very helpful and available. Super quite and clean. I'm a very satisfied customer. thank you
- Michael (8/5): Cut the lighting - Our overall stay was good, it was pleasant to walk in the room and the air conditioner was on so the room wasn't hot. However not being able to block out the lighting from outside make sleeping a bit difficult. Suggestion would be to fit the heavy curtains over the air conditioner like they are at the sides. Over all we would stay again!!
- Barbara (10/5): Rural community comfort - Very clean and comfortable hotel
- Verified traveler (8/5): - I liked the breakfast and cleanliness of the place. Staff was very friendly. They gave me a good location for my room. I will definitely be back.
- Paula (10/5): - From the time of checking in to the day of checking out 3 days later, all the staff we encountered were extremely friendly and accommodating. Our room was clean and spacious and the bed was comfortable. We didn’t eat the breakfast but there was plenty to choose from. The coffee was good—just needed a bigger cup 🤗
- Robert (10/5): - Room was clean. Bed was comfortable.
- Jesus R (8/5): - Very clean for a quality inn and breakfast was more than I expected. Fitness room extremely small
- Verified traveler (2/5): - Terrible service, clerks do nothing but lie. We were advised that we could extend our stay. I advised the front desk clerk I would like to reserve our room because we are here for a tournament. The clerk advised that we could, so I told him after our game we would return to purchase the room for another night. When we return we were advised that they do not have any more doubles due to being over booked. I said we had our rooms reserved. The clerk advised that the people this morning don’t know what they are doing and that we could have single rooms instead. I advised her, Kids can not be in a single room unattended. She then said then there is nothing we can do. Worst customer service I’ve ever dealt with.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Ice machine not working on my floor. Love the heated pool and hot tub.
- Linda A (10/5): - Freindly staff clean rooms
- Lorie (8/5): A one night business stay - It was better than some and not as nice as others I have stayed in. THere were things that did not work properly. The breakfast buffet was good offering both hot and cold choices and a large variety. The room was comfortable but the hot water was off and on and the toilet took a long time to fill back up.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Very clean and super friendly staff! Will stay here again!
- JLMarti (10/5): - Everything is good for the price that you pay. I am really happy with the hotel.
- Verified traveler (6/5): Bed Not Comfortable - Bed had a "hole' in mattress so extremely uncomfortable. Had to sleep on the edge. One queen in a double queen room
- Victor (10/5): Very nice hotel - Very comfortable place to stay. Newer hotel except when the fire alarm sounded at 6:30 am.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Check-in was seamless even though we were much later getting there than we intended. Desk clerk was friendly and chatty and efficient. The king-size bed was SO comfortable! No complaints about anything in the room. And the breakfast was very good with a nice selection of hot and cold food and fresh hot coffee!
