• Karen (4/5): - Comfortable bed and clean room. A/C worked great. Breakfast simple but good. Two not good and greatly needed amenities, a working elevator and ice machines. My husband had to go to Walmart to get a bag of ice.

Except for our neighbors who were very loud all 3 nights and had sevral people in and out constantly from late night to early mornings. Slaming doors and loud music and yelling. Pretty sure it was drug related visitors. We will not be staying here again because of this.

• Sherry (8/5): It was good for one night travel. - Appearance was nice The ac was pretend, it barely pushed out any cold air. We used a personal fan that we travel with. Receptionist offered to move us, but my husband didn’t feel it was any better. I really hate to complain, but if I don’t tell someone who could make a difference, then why complain at all. We stayed at the Best Western in Denver last year and it truly was so very nice, exceptional.

The table was greasy and had crumbs on it. The room was not what was expected. No manager available since that day can be contacted for resoultion.

• Diane (10/5): - I would definitely stay here again. Everything was clean. My room was very big. The breakfast was delicious. The staff was very nice and friendly. I didn't have an umbrella with me and it was raining. I didn't have a car so I had to walk to a restaurant. They didn't have an umbrella for me to borrow for my walk so maybe they could include loaner umbrellas in their stash of toothbrushes & razors that they have for guests. But overall, I had a great time here!
• Lauren (6/5): Is there a king bed or no? - It was clean, comfortable, quiet, and close to restaurants for our one night stay. It did the job, but we were disappointed the pool wasn’t open due to structural issues especially since we had spent the day out in the heat. I can’t really fault them for safety, I just would have liked to know anh of time. Also, I booked and paid for a king months ago and was told there were no king beds available. Fine, we got two queens. However, friends who (booked the same day months ago) checked in about 15min after us got a king bed room. I don’t know how that discrepancy happened.

Wasn't allowed to pay cash for my room upon arrival, so I had to borrow a debit card Complimentary breakfast was listed online and in the room that it was 630-1030. I went to breakfast at 630, along with other people and we were told breakfast wasn't served till 7-10. Online and in room brochure stated there was ice and vending available on all 3 floors, I was on the 3rd floor- the ice machine was missing and the vending machine was out of most items. I went to the 2nd floor- vending machine was out of order as the ice machine was broken. I had to go to the 1st floor for ice! I asked for a receipt at checkout and was told they couldn't give me one because the system was down and printer didn't work! Check in staff and check out staff were both very unprofessional and rude.

• Donn (10/5): Next time we are in the area, we will be back to stay with you. - The cleanest place, and best kept up hotel we have seen in a long time. EXCELLENTLY CLEAN The 4 tiny pillows on the king size bed were not big enough. It made for an uncomfortable night sleeping for someone who needs to have their head elevated even a little bit. Also, breakfast was nice, but very bland.

A call to the front desk, gave us the answer, “ we are aware, IT has been called.” That evening, still no internet, different unhelpful answer. Also discovered refrigerator not functioning. Food left in the fridge had spoiled. Response was “we can move you to another room.” I am living with ALS, totally disabled - not practical at 9 PM.m At checkout, voiced all concerns and conditions. We were told the manager would call us. 13 hours later, still waiting for a response. Advice - check your room before you give them your money!!

• MateuszK7437 (2/5): Absolutely terrible experience. One of the worst hotel stays I’ve ever had. - Absolutely terrible experience. One of the worst hotel stays I’ve ever had. We had three people in our room and were given only two towels. When I politely asked for a third, the front desk told me, "we don't have more towels." When I expressed surprise, I was rudely accused of “antagonizing” staff. I was promised more towels later—none ever came. One of our beds had no sheets at all. I had to go to the front desk, get the sheets myself, and make the bed. Over the course of our 3-night stay, no one ever cleaned the room—not once. No trash removal, no fresh towels, nothing. Basic housekeeping was completely neglected. To make things worse, the pool was out of service with no advance notice, no sign, no explanation, and certainly no apology. The staff was unhelpful and at times outright rude. Their attitude made it clear that customer service was not a priority. This felt more like a poorly run roadside motel than a property under the Best Western brand. I would never stay here again, and I strongly recommend avoiding this place until major changes are made. Absolutely unacceptable.

• Sarimaria (2/5): - Bed has yellow stains on the sheet. Chair in the bedroom was full of dust. We request other room, they change us but bed sheets has more yelloe stains than 1st room.
• Jason (6/5): - First room had a clogged shower (always check that first thing, a sign of inattentive cleaning - how do you clean the shower without see sitting water?). Second room fine, but the water pressure is almost non-existent. Tub faucet blasts but when you hit the shower it basically falls out. Glad I don't have long hair - neither regions take a while.) One waffle maker so with four people standing and waiting in front of me I ran over to McDonalds (last person was just getting their waffles by the time I walked back by to my room, just the wait you want that early in the morning). Otherwise clean, curtains don't close completely so there's bright light leaking in from all over. Would've been a good $80 room, but for $120? There are other options to explore for rooms in the area.
