We really appreciated the hospitality and the kindness that we endured during our stay. I would highly recommend this hotel as it was super clean, and the beds were very comfy. We had all the amenities that we needed here.

janmC886PS (10/5): Enhanced our visit to the cranberry farm - Beautifully maintained and cleaned. The room looked brand new - no stains on rug or furnishings, the heat/cool fixture spotless. Plenty of room, shelving, towels. Breakfast was very well done - an incredible variety. You could mix/match to your heart's content. I especially appreciated the yogurt machine, rather than cartons, and all the toppings. You could put toppings (blueberries, strawberries, 3 kinds of granola) on French toast, waffles, yogurt, or just in a bowl with other fruit. Fun that each day changed menus, too. The staff put us near an entrance right by the parking so we older folks didn't have to trudge far with suitcases, etc. It was a bit of a walk to breakfast or the pool though :) I must say in both cases was worth the walk!

She is truly committed to you having a great stay. The room was spotless. The breakfasts are amazing with a great variety of cold and hot food. Simply an awesome inn!

Justin (8/5): - Overall a nice place to stay. Only issue was the shower did not get hot enough two of the three nights I was there. The receptionist said there was too many people showering at once and the water coming into the building was too cold to warm up. If you have a certain amount of rooms, the water system should probably be designed to heat all of the rooms if they all ran water.

Jennifer (8/5): - I love this hotel. Most of the staff is the absolute friendliest, accommodating and as kind as could be. We stay here 2-3 times a year. We get two rooms. Clean, and great breakfast. 4 adults, 4 kids. This year, the woman checking me in gave me a very hard time about how many adults and kids will be in each room and wanted to charge me $20 a night for not splitting the family up despite having two rooms. I agreed to split everyone to avoid the $20 charge and she said I was just lying to here to avoid the charge. We’ve all stayed here many times without incident. It is the absolute best hotel in the area but beware if you’re coming as a group you may encounter there pushback to pay $20 more per night.

brianbS9185CS (10/5): Amazing staff - Staff was amazing. Very clean hotel. The pool was open 24 hour a day. Free breakfast was very good. Fresh fruit, great coffee, French toast, sausage and eggs. And they change it up each day. This will be our first choice on future trips to Eagle River.
Angela (6/5): - The property it self was ok. This town is know to be a trail riding town.(atv, utv and snowmobiling) This particular facility did not have marked parking for trailers nor did the staff point this out. There was a rocky area in the back where we ended up parking our trailer .There also was no marking for trails to get in and out of parking area. You had to guess at the trail entrance and exit as they were not marked.
54glenm (10/5): Oct.2024 - We are two seniors in our 70s. We stayed 5 days at the Best Western Derby Inn in Eagle River, Wisconsin. We highly recommend this hotel because of the friendly staff and the cleanliness of the hotel and the big size of the room. Rest assured that anything you would need would be taken care of immediately.
Steven (10/5): We truly enjoyed our stay. - The location was perfect for us. The room was perfect. The pillows and bed were heavenly. My wife is disabled so it was very hard for her to walk the distance to our room. Halfway to our room she had to lean on the wall to rest. A chair in the hall would be a nice thoughtful amenity.
