The ac was eather ice cold or sweating to the oldies. The staff was pleasant to deal with but the room and hotel lack anything I would want to stay in again.

The front fest would not let us ck in any earlier than 3, and didn’t offer to hold our stuff until 3. The exercise equipment is less than desirable, cuz the elliptical didn’t even work.

But overall, the room we had was very clean, linens, floor and furniture. The facility was quiet during the evening hours and during the day, construction noise was not unreasonable. Staff was polite and friendly, helpful with extra towels and directions. Overall considerations, our stay was pleasant and I would choose this facility again

- Brenda (10/5): - The staff was so very nice and accomodating! I will definitely stay there again. No one told me about the rewards program though nor did they sign me up that I know of. I saw a sign as I was leaving but was in a hurry.

Paid $100 more than the walk up rate on your site, no water in room (for sale in lobby), no services in the evening, big restroom tiny tub, toilet ran, AC sounded like it could fall at any time. For $300 I thought I was in a Motel 6.

- Kristen (2/5): - We were placed in a newly renovated room, but upon arrival, we noticed the renovation was poorly done. The most concerning issue, however, was that there was no hot water. I immediately contacted the front desk, but the representative I spoke with was unsympathetic and informed me there were no other rooms available and that a refund could not be issued. She referred me to someone else for further assistance. I followed up today with a woman named Tammy, but unfortunately, she was also unable to help and mentioned she needed to speak with her manager. I am now waiting to hear back from her and hope to receive a resolution soon.
