• Verline (7/5): - The motel was adequate for an overnight stay. The staff was very friendly, the room was clean and the breakfast was good. It’s very near the interstate but noise was not a problem. A good value for the price.

• Marci (1/5): - like the modern art murals and vibe of the remodel, the staff was amenable however the beds were so bad even though we checked in at midnight, we decided to drive the rest of the way home instead of staying overnight for the price we had to pay for what we got. The spring beds crunched when you sat down and were so stiff there was no getting comfortable no matter what. It just wasn't with a terrible night's sleep. Additionally, we have yet to receive our full refund even though we only were in our room a total of 10 minutes after checking in and cancelling our 2 night stay immediately even though booking.com refunded us for one night, they stated that we'll have to work with the hotel to get back the other half for the cancellation fee even though we booked the hotel stay a half our before we arrived on site. We're still having to work with them to resolve this days later.

• Winferd (10/5): Friendly staff, clean rooms, good hot food, comfortable bed. - Hot food, bisquits and gravy, link sausage and scrambled eggs and waffles. (Two days were very limited. More like continental) We like a full breakfast. The cook and service person were very sweet and accommodating. Need to have grippers or rubber mat in the tub. It was clean but very slick.

• Liliana (6/5): - The location in proximity to the highway. It seemed clean out in the hallways. I was able to book quickly through booking app. The room wasn't cleaned efficiently and thoroughly. My dog started chewing an old piece of chicken nugget that was near the bed, which housekeeping had missed when vacuuming. Also, the pillows were very uncomfortable to my neck, gave me neck and shoulder pain and discomfort the next day. Also, I don't know if it was some kind of mosquito that followed us in, or bed bugs, but I ended up with a terrible rash on my face, neck, and arm. Will not return to this location ever.

• Rebecca (2/5): Will NOT stay there again! - Not much! The refrigerator was really a freezer and froze our water! The $30.00 Pet fee was excessive! The furniture looked like it was bought at a yard sale with pieces of wood missing! The key card would not work on the exterior doors or the room door! Only good thing was the breakfast! • Jennifer (8/5): - Front desk was super friendly and accommodating for my stay while traveling with my dogs. Room was clean and comfortable. The hotel was an easy off and on the freeway.
• Lori (6/5): - Overall our stay was okay. The woman at the front desk that checked us in was great. Super friendly and chatty with us. She was also there the next morning and was joking around with us. We are not disabled in any fashion, but were assigned a handicapped room. The room was okay. The carpet felt a bit grimy. The mattress on the bed sunk in a bit in the middle. Our backs were stiff when waking in the morning. We caught the tail end of the breakfast time, but everything was good and the counter areas were very clean. We would stay here again. (But would request a standard room.)

The desk clerk advised a different room that better met our needs at no extra charge. ,the double beds were a bit hard but gave us a good nights sleep.Heat was very responsive as was water temp. The breakfast was short on choices but adequate. Dinner was a short walk to a Denny’s , a plus for us.

The whole room was clammy as was the bedding. We were moved to another room which was a bit better but still had high humidity. Otherwise, it was a good value.

• floridag856 (2/5): Smoke smell and lacks cleaning - The hotel smells like smoke, from the lobby to the rooms. We ended up with a migrane due to this. The room was also barely cleaned, there was hair in the sink and shower from the previous guest.

Truly, the southern hospital - We, were just passing through, but saw the Best Western sign and thought that should be quality! We were not disappointed! It was true Southern Hospitality. Clean rooms, friendly, helpful staff, good breakfast, Amanda was a great cook, keeping the food hot, fresh and incredibly friendly and helpful.

• Cathy (10/5): Wonderful Stay - Our stay was amazing. Ray checked us in and was very friendly and helpful. Our rental U Haul trailer had a flat tire and the morning clerk was fabulous. He facilitated getting our tire changed and on our way in less than a half hour. Overall, the place was very clean and the continental breakfast was very nice.
