In the am you could hear people walking on it - a few people had heels and that is what woke us, otherwise would have been 5 stars. Shoutout to Hungry Harry' Pizza - huge menu and quick delivery, after 10pm not much is open! Might be the best cheese pizza I have ever seen, great chicken shawarma and lazagna too!

- Adam (10/5): Overnight stay - Best hotel in Edson by far. Staff are very friendly both in the restaurant, hotel and bar. Breakfast was very good. Pool was fun for the kids!!

- Wendy (8/5): - The staff are very friendly and helpful. It is nice to have a pub on the property. It is very quaint and inviting. The only negative was the breakfast. While it is an extra to have breakfast included, we found the eggs were very greasy and the scrambled eggs were dry and overcooked instead of fluffy and scrambled. However, the service at the restaurant is exceptional.

- Fermin (8/5): - The room was sparkly clean. Beds were very comfortable, and the room facilities are very good as well. There is a mini fridge, microwave and a spacious counter to prepare meals. There is plenty of coffee in the rooms as well. Breakfast is served and they have 3 options to choose from, with one option either coffee or juice, we wanted juice so paid for it, not much though. It is not buffet. But the restaurant area is very nice and clean. Because we were delayed in our arrival the reception desk called us to make sure we were going to make it, so we thought it was a good gesture. There is plenty of parking. They have a nice size of a pool and a hot tub as well. We didn't get a chance to use it, but it is very clean as well. They also have coffee at the reception area.

We had a blast (2 Adults and 3 Kids) ... great depth.. warm water but not cold. Waterslide was amazing.. SO TALL. Loved the fact it was on a timer. Being the only family there this weekend, made the pool time much more enjoyable. Felt safe, Parked my truck - no issues, but also helped that RCMP, Firefighters we sleeping there as well :)

Hot tub/pool was unavailable, TV remote was missing from my room so was unable to watch TV and staff was unable to resolve, hallway and adjacent room noise level in the room was unbelievable to the point where I got little to no sleep (slamming doors, could hear other guests showering, yawning, alarms etc).

Police were also at the hotel when we checked in. Pool deck is extremly slippery and chemicals in the hot tub were too much!

Ur was super late, our kids were tired and she was absolutely awesome! The beds are so comfy, my kids loved the pool and the breakfast was delicious! I always love staying best western and will define continue!

Would like to see the bedding choices changed. Bring back the 3/4 pillows per bed and would love a more comfortable duvet sheet combo... one where it actually comes all the way up the bed!

The hotel is lovely and easy to find and we would stay again. Even with the pandemic going on they served us a bag breakfast that was very tasty. Thanks.
