• John (9/5): We were very pleases with it and the people. - The breakfast was very good. The staff was very friendly. The room was good. Overall, the cleanliness was good. Under the bed was kind of dirty. The only reason I noticed it was my wife dropped something and rolled under the bed. When I got down to get it I found it to be dirty and there was a remote that had been there for some time. The drive going into the lot is very rough and needs redone.

The cock roach crawling across my bed! The hotel staff said they have sprayed, but definitely not enough.

• Brenda (9/5): Hidden gem - The staff was very helpful. The breakfast options were excellent and the daily room refresh was nice, and not too common these days. The entrance is a little hard to see. I have visited Borger numerous times, and didn't even realize there was a hotel in that location!

• Anita (2/5): I will not be staying at Best Western Inn ever again - Breakfast was good Our handicap room not ready when we arrived. Put us in another room but it was not clean or ready for occupancy. Another guest had the same keys as our room #113. No coffee in the room. After breakfast I paid the bill and when we went back to our room , someone had gone into our room and started cleaning up with our belongings still there laying on the bed. They took our things put them on the couch and threw the bed coverings on top of them!! Look like the room had been ransacked!! Very disappointed in Best Western service

It would be helpful to know that there is not an elevator so we know to request the first floor when we book If we have physical issues preventing us from climbing stairs. She was able to get us an early check in and helped us pick out a great local restaurant and then followed up with us to see how we liked it. Overall very clean and service was great. Plus we had real eggs at the free breakfast.

The hotel was neat and tidy, even though it rained and it was impossible not to track mud into the entry, the staff made every effort to keep things clean. The hot tub was so relaxing but the best part was the breakfast! Phenomenal food. We are looking forward to our next stay there.

But because they couldn't find where the girl who checked me in put it after a week. So the lady who checked me out eventually gave it back to me, but she wasn't happy. And I don't blame her. She said the money would come from her pay! But I don't think the mistake was hers to pay for. But I did get the money back all in all. It was 200.00. Everything was clean. The staff was kind and courteous. Anytime we needed anything they were on top of it. Breakfast was good. No other complaints with this stay.

Even got us a rollaway bed so we could all sleep comfortably during this emergency. I don't think we've ever been treated better than we were at this hotel. The staff was exceptionally friendly and went out of their way to help us with whatever we needed. And, they all remained calm with the influx of calls and desperate people looking for a place to escape to during this disaster.

• Anonymous (10/5): We’ll be back! - Staff was very nice and accommodating. Misty, who I believe was a manager, was fantastic. We very much appreciated it being a pet friendly hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The gym is small, but good enough for a quick workout. As other reviewers mentioned, the breakfast is great. Having someone available to make eggs-to-order and even burritos was amazing! So much better than the powdered eggs most hotels serve. Overall a very comfortable stay. We felt right at home and will be back next time we come to town.

The eggs were made to order and the attendant was a very lovely lady. There were hot hashbrowns, crispy bacon, freshly made waffles and hot coffee. There was also cereal, toast, danishes, yogurts and different types of juices. It was all very wonderful, thank you.

The next morning the cleaning ladies and the ladies in the kitchen were so wonderful. They all made sure we had everything that we needed. The whole time we were there for 2 nights we were greated with happy sincere smiles. I've never been to a hotel with staff that were so amazing and beyond helpful. We will definitely stay here again next time we visit. Breakfast was so wonderful. Eggs made to order, waffles were delicious and even shaped like Texas. The pool and hot tub were so wonderful and quiet. I do wish the pool was warmer and the hot tub could have steps. It was very difficult to get in and out of. But the hot tub felt so wonderful.
