He is Awesome! Our room was amazing with beautiful views of the river out of every window and the iconic Bridge of the Gods as well. Most definitely on our list to come stay again.

Ample parking, quiet and clean room with a mini fridge and microwave, and free breakfast via the restuarant next door. Staff were all super nice and welcoming, and there was a large grassy area and pet waste station for our dog. Would definitely recommend for anyone needing a place to stay in the area. Other details: - Bed: soft - Pillows: ample (even for a pillow hog like me) - Provided goods: Local soaps, lotions, shampoos/conditioner - Bathroom: Our room was a standing shower only (no tub). - Amenities: mini fridge, microwave, alarm clock, pool and hot tub, exercise room, vending machines, free coffee, wifi.

The fact that I had to leave the building and walk through torrential rains to get to the restaurant for breakfast. The breakfast wasn’t a little buffet like I expected, it was a menu. I ordered eggs, a fruit bowl, and French toast. The only thing that was good enough to eat were the eggs. The food was gross. I didn’t know it was possible to make awful French toast lol- and the fruit tasted sour - like rotten.

I asked to cancel and thet said they would bur couldn't issue a refund through Booking. Com They did sarcastically apologize for giving us "an extra bed".

We arrived tired, and his warm welcome, helping us with our bags, offering water and cookies, instantly brightened our evening. His kindness and professionalism set the tone for our entire visit. John went above and beyond — offering great recommendations for dining and sightseeing, and always making sure we had everything we needed. Our room had a stunning river view, perfect for relaxing. The next morning, the lady at the front desk was friendly and attentive, keeping the coffee machine clean and giving excellent directions to all the waterfalls we wanted to visit. Thoughtful staff, gorgeous views, and helpful guidance made this stay unforgettable!

He was incredibly friendly and took the time to show us waterfalls, local spots, and even where to watch the salmon spawn. Thanks to his tips, we experienced things we never would have found on our own. When we returned, he was genuinely excited to hear about our day. Truly exceptional service!

The views are fabulous, the room was super clean, the linens are plush, we felt very safe and there is a latte maker in the lobby that is complimentary. We've stayed here twice so far and both times were warmly and sincerely greeted when we walked in. The complimentary breakfast is at a restaurant next door and it's great too!
