- Patricia (2/5): Very poor customer service - We arrived at10:45 pm. The front desk lady told us she could not give us a room because the system was down and it could take 20 minutes, 30 minutes, an hour or not sure how long for the system to come up. She told us to sit in the lobby until it came up. She stated several times she could not give us a room until the system came up. After I started maybe she should just let us into any room and when the system came up she could enter the relevant info. After a circular discussion for 15 minutes (?) she suddenly told us we could use a room right next to the front desk. In the morning I mentioned this to a man that was at the front desk and he stated rather indignantly that their internet was down, it happens all the time and there was nothing they can do about. He was quite rude and very unprofessional. Given the above, I would like to request a refund of $170 which I paid for this room.

- Naomi (10/5): - We really enjoyed our stay here. The beds were very comfy. They restocked and straightened our room daily. The breakfast was yummy. My daughter loved the no touch pancake maker. Staff was friendly and quick to help when we had any issues. The pool and hot tub were a great addition. Lots of parking.

- Verified traveler (4/5): You Can Do Better - Breakfast was lackluster and the sausages were consistently overcooked to the point of being inedible. The rooms were nicely appointed with a fridge and microwave. Had a problem with housekeeping not coming to our room. So, the following day prior to 11, after removing the Privacy Please sign and prior to housekeeping getting to our floor/room I made a point of going to the front desk and asking for fresh towels and trash removal. I was assured it wouldn’t be a problem by the woman at the front desk who wrote down our room number. We got back and our room and nothing had been touched. I went to the manager on duty who apologized, took some towels up to our room and put our trash in the hall. When we were checking out, I mentioned to manager on duty that everything had been okay except for housekeeping. He kept telling me it was because I had left the Privacy Please sign on my room yesterday. I told him I was not talking about yesterday but he just kept repeating himself and was not listening. I think he is burned out and should not be in a customer facing job. Will not be staying here again. They have a lot of kinks to work out.

- Betsy (4/5): The Bed was Comfortable.... - the bed was so comfortable and nice shower. Thay is the end. the breakfast was a horrible experience. it was to be served until 9am, we got there about 8:15 at which time my husband and i each to a spoonful of the last of the potatoes. there were no eggs or sausages. Another women asked me if anyone told the mgr and i said not that i know of, she went back to the laundryroom/kitchen and he said was bringing some eggs in about 7 min, He did enough for a few people. I waitted for the people that had been waiting and there was 1 spoonful left and more people coming in for breakfast. abouy 10 min later he brought out some saussages, again i waited, i got the last two and gave one to my husband. I did see one yogurt left which i took. again there were still more people coming in. The manager never said a word when he came out, nothing to explain why he was so backed up and not a apologies, not one word was said to anyone. i did write to the hotel and he wrote back telling me i had several plates of food and no one told him the food was out. How he knew who i was and how often I was up there is a mystery. Yes, i was up a few times to get one thing each time as i said above what we ate. The reason why we booked this hotel was we like Best Westerns and the added breakfast is a bonus. It was a sure waste of my hotels.com gift card, sadly. The customer service was terribly lacking.

Loved the fireplace made room nice and warm. Wasnt expecting housekeeping to come in since 2nights-3 day stay- that was nice ,, replaced garbage cans and new towels.

- EDWARD (2/5): - There must have been bed bugs because I woke after only 2 hrs of rest on each night (2 nights) itching like crazy. I was broke out in bites so much i actually checked out at 1am the 2nd night. I couldnt take any more. I stayed 1 time before and it was perfect, not sure what happened.
- Jdub (8/5): - The rooms are quite large. The staff is nice. The facility is pretty clean including pool area. The beds are squishy and I would pass on the breakfast. It is offered and on time. However, its walking distance to McDonalds. Everything works and I would stay here again.
- Natalie (10/5): Excellent place to stay! - Lovely beds! Super soft and comfortable. The room was spacious and clean and had a mini fridge and microwave. No bathtub, just a modern shower stall with good water pressure. Our room was at the end of a long hallway and we didn't hear any noise from other guests. Good breakfast in the morning as well - they have a pancake maker! Overall, would stay here again.

Good sized bathroom with shower - good water pressure and good drains. Breakfast is extremely limited and not great, but not unusual for this class of hotel. Room very clean and towels and linens all in good condition.

- Karmen (6/5): - Place was nice. Check in is 3:00 and we got there at 2:30. They wanted to charge us an additional $5 for early check in. By time we got checked in, it was 2:40 so they ended up not charging us. Also, we picked this hotel specifically because they had a pool and hot tub. Well both were broken down so we didn’t get to use them. It would be nice if hotels would let people know that they are broken and give them an opportunity to change hotels if they want.

- Felicia (8/5): Outlook - One night on the way back to the airport. Had hoped to swim but the boiler was broken so no indoor pool or hot tub unless you wanted to freeze! Disappointed in that, but the facility was nice and clean. The bed was comfortable. Would stay again all things considering.

Loved the pool with my family i used to reside in chilton now i just vidit family when i fly back my only complaint is i wish it was a little cheaper like 100 a night instead of 160. - Tara (6/5): Not Happy - The hotel and the room were great! Very clean and nice. Matress was way to soft for me, but my BF loved it! The free breakfast was also great. The bad......checking in the front desk lady was rude and you could clearly tell she didn't want to be there. Not a hello, or even enjoy your stay! The vending machine was basically empty. 4 of the items were so far back you'd have to pay for it 3x before you'd get the item to the front. I lost $3.75 in the machine and when I brought it to the attention of the guy at the front desk he told me he didn't know what he could do and then walked away from me. The worst customer service ever!! And we travel a lot!! Sometimes being a decent hotel is totally not worth it if the service is bad!!
