• Candace (1/5): Unless you want to stay somewhere where you can’t flush the toilet or shower, I’d stay far far away! - Nothing. When I arrived I was told they had no running water. When I asked to get a refund and cancel I was told I couldn’t do that since I had booked through a third party. I was left sitting in the lobby crying my eyes out with my two children after having driven 7 hours and hoping to get some rest and relaxation. There was no running water, no one at the facility contacted me beforehand to let me know that they had no running water. I asked to cancel and receive a refund and was told I couldn’t not since I booked through a third party. Why would I stay somewhere where I can flush the toilet or take a shower?!!! After sitting in their reception area crying my eyes out with my two children I was granted my request but still have yet to receive that refund. The fact that nobody contacted me beforehand to say they had no running water is concerning and misleading business practice.

• jerielaraes (8/5): Clean room - This hotel is right off the highway and convenient. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean, but on the smaller side - especially for a wheelchair accessible room. Unfortunately the door to the rooms face the parking lot and there was a good amount of noise from the outside as folks checked in late in the night.

Pure comfort. - The location is just where we needed to stop after driving on 83 for hours and there were no other places to stay until Junction,TX. Good location,clean,parking in front of our room,friendly staff,nice breakfast and quiet. One complaint about every motel we stayed in on this trip is that “standard” toilets are just too low for my husband and me.We are tall and older and short toilets are uncomfortable for us. These days most motels have very few handicap rooms available and so many older people are traveling.

Complete breakfast and LOTS of TV channels. Clean and streamlined room. I didn’t see any waste bags or refuse cans for dog. I had my own bags but not everyone is so thoughtful without being provided.

We were given an "accessible" room. Shower only, no tub. Room was big, decent fixtures, it was very clean, maybe recently painted. Didn't get my rewards points as I booked with a 3rd party, not on the BW rewards app/site (sad face). Breakfast was good, well stocked, tasty and at the right temperature. No coffee in the lobby. Recommend a table in the room and a side table in the shower.

It felt like sleeping on metal springs because that’s exactly what we were sleeping in. Expedia got us a SMALL refund from the manager but she didn’t seem to care.

We enjoyed our stay and loved the extra pillows and the room AC system. We were in town for July 4th weekend. Had a great time catching up with family and was pleasantly surprised with the hotel.

And it’s actually a motel by my standards because you can drive right up to your door and park in front of your window another key feature I like! The bed was comfy. Updates are good (no carpet) and it was clean! The customer service upon check in was friendly and inviting! I would definitely stay here again if/when I need a place to stay of IH10 on this stretch of highway!

Pizza Junction, down the street, was really good. We had 4 rooms as were traveling with family and stopped for the night on our way to South Padre Island. Would definitely stay again.

• Boston (6/5): Was not a refreshing stay. - This was our second stay at this property. The first visit was very pleasant and comfortable...so we decided yo stay again. This visit was disappointing. The room #234 was clean, however, the carpet was heavily stained and dirty. The bedding was lacking. The pillows were floppy and the bedspread had no weight and was not warm at all. So disappointed.
