• lisa (7/5): I would stay again it could use some improvements though. - I liked the pool, the stream beside the property the outdoor areas were beautiful and relaxing My room wasn’t the cleanest I had to wipe the table off there was sticky stuff on it as if it hadn’t been wiped, no ice makers on my floor worked.

We couldn't sleep because all you can do if hear the road beside us. Sounded like a drag strip. Also the pool said it was heated. It was cold, but a good size. Also found an old wash cloth on the top of the shower rod that was so hard still sitting there.

The breakfast are was not inviting due to noise from kids, spilled stuff on counters. No yogurt or stuff to put in it.

Breakfast was not great, no sausage gravy or biscuits and not particularly hot. We normally stay in room 113, but were in 117. The bed was terribly soft, whereas Room 113 has always had a firm mattress.

It was noisy, it smelled very bad in the halls, coming up the stairs, carpet very dirty and dingy thoughout, the shower was very moldy, the shower head didn't spray water out fast or properly, while shower is on bathrub fills up with water, OUR ROOM WAS OUTDATED DEFINITELY NOT THE ONE IN THE PICTURES ONLINE WHICH IS EXACTLY WHY I BOOKED THE MOTEL, the metal bed frame I hit my kneee, leg and shin on multiple times getting in and out of bed, WTF IS UP WITH THE MIDGET COMMODE OMG THAT COMMODE IS ABSOLUTELY OLD AS HELL AND WAY TO SHORT AND SMALL. The hotel just sucked and needs some major updating. Oh and this morning before leaving apparently the washing machine and dryer are above our room cause all you could heat was that. Also there was no good tv channels on tv. The pool was cloudy and had a bunch of hair floating in it.

There were no exhaust fans in the bathroom nor a drain plug in the bathtub (although that was one of the amenities of interest). One of the parking lot door locks didn't respond to key cards.

Earlier this year I stayed there and the pool was closed for renovation. I was certain after all this time it would be ready but it wasn’t. I won’t stay again until I know that it’s finished.

Pool was shut down for renovations which was a big bummer because it’s one of the reasons we picked the hotel, gym was locked (with a key not a card), sheets had some stains and cigarettes burn holes even though it was a smoking free room. Wi-fi kept going in and out, even on their own tv.

Upgraded bathroom fixtures, shower, sink, bed, curtains, etc. Has two deadbolt for the room door. No heat in the hallway. Need a way to get a luggage cart down to the second floor where the two steps are at this hotel since there is no elevator.

We were there for 4 days. Took clean towels off cart that was in hall unattended. Did not have a DND on door. The beds were uncomfortable.
