Guest Reviews
- Brian (10/5): Best place to stay in town - Updated and clean Nothing
- Laura (10/5): -
- Michael Deeney (8/5): - Great breakfast Bathroom sink faucet very hard to adjust temp
- Marianne (9/5): Excellent stay and would come again! -
- Eric (9/5): - Good breakfast.
Good laundry facilities.
Nice people. No elevator.
- Sylvain (9/5): -
- Robert (5/5): - It was located in a good location. The stairs. Would have preferred the first floor.
- Miriam (9/5): -
- Kenneth (8/5): - The staff moved the breakfast ahead an hour to accommodate a number of guests that had to get out early.
- Shawna (8/5): -
- Richard (10/5): - Great breakfast and recently remodeled. They are still in the process of remodeling to make it look fresh and nice. I could smell cigarette smoke from the AC vent
- Michael (7/5): - Great breakfast.
- Maryann (8/5): Good - The rooms were clean The fan in the bathroom sounds like an old C pap machine on steroids. We used the timer heat light as a source for light but then the timer got stuck and it was on all night. We just closed the door and it was fine, better than the fan light.
- Yolanda (8/5): - We got a 3 bed suit..it was perfect for my two older boys and my husband and myself..didnt use the pool or hot tub this trip but ot looked inviting The beds were hard..my back hurts so bad when I woke up
- Karen (10/5): - The ease of booking a hotel room just a few nights before our stay. I felt the breakfast room was small for the amount of rooms.
- Jaime (10/5): Very nice - From our arrival until departure, top notch crew/staff attended to our needs, answered questions and were very friendly. pool/ hot tub hours. We had places to be and to go to around town. We would get back at late hours and a quick jump into the hot tub would have been ideal.
- Brenda (9/5): -
- annika (5/5): - Better than other options Room smelled so strong of weed went to window to air out only to find a sign saying window broken.
Stains on walls and lamp shades.
Loud! Could hear tvs from other rooms. Crying babies. I never leave before the time is up on a hotel I pay for this was the first time we left a hotel early. I think we will stick to the bigger cities with more options.
- Baca (3/5): Not great could be better - Stains on bed sheets, dirty carpet hallways and trim wasn't installed looks like old was ripped off and not replaced. Garbage under bed from previous persons I'd guess. Breakfast wasn't bad, front desk lady was nice pool looked clean just didn't use it
- Moore (10/5): Good stay good breakfast, coffee could be better - One of the better hotels in town No clock or alarm clock in the room
- Mark (9/5): Worth staying at - Good breakfast, clean and nice room. Great staff. Stained hallway carpet, but looks like they are in the process of remodel possibly. Walls looked like they were just redone
- Babb (8/5): -
- Zachary (10/5): Only stayed for the night but if had to stay again would happily go back - Was very clean
- Zena (10/5): -
- Brenda (8/5): -
- David (9/5): Nice stay - Staff did an excellent job setting up breakfast. Very clean and ample breakfast choices. Carpet in traveled hallways worn. Brick in entry hallway covered in paint drops.
- Karen (10/5): - check in was easy. Room was nice, bed very comfortable. Bathroom clean
- Stephanie (8/5): -
- Jessica (9/5): Would stay again - It's okay just same cheap food you always find. The leaks in the hallway with buckets. I don't think I would have just left it.
- Richey (8/5): -
- Ruopei (8/5): Bedding needs improvement - Ok for a short stay The bedding needs to updated. I didn’t feel comfortable with the thin blanket that covered with loosened sheets. With the price charged the bedding does not match the quality.
- Barbara (7/5): -
- Robert (7/5): -
- Husted (8/5): -
- Rodney (10/5): - Customer service Doors from other customers slamming constantly for hour's
- Victoria (8/5): -

- Swan (10/5): -
- Charles (8/5): - Bathroom fan sounded like an idling small plane.
- Keith (10/5): - Friendly staff, inviting & very cozy location, love the heated swimming pool & the hot tub, my fav.. ( The pool area lighting) sets the relaxing mood., comfortable bed, great water pressure in the shower 🚿 & free breakfast 🍳🥞 Amazing value and everything we were looking for. We will definitely be returning. Often ❤️🤘✌️ Nuttin 🤘Our stat was great.
- Eija (8/5): - Staff were friendly and helpful
- Judy Meyet (6/5): - Location Overpriced
- F (10/5): - Good shape Didn’t notice much
- Warner (10/5): - Bathtub was dirty. My wife didn’t dare take a bath.
Soda machines were out on both floors.
Snack machine on the first floor only 20% full
- Bruce (8/5): - Great location, service, staff No elevator to 2nd floor
- MYRIAM (10/5): -
Clean room. Hot breakfast, fruits, almond milk and more.
- Marjorie (10/5): - This is our go to place to stay when traveling from our home in Washington state to Southern California. The quality is exceptional, friendly, and clean. It has remain consistent throughout our many years of traveling through.
- linda (10/5): - It was very nice
- Marjorie (10/5): - Love coming here
- Matthew (10/5): -
- Jmceachron (5/5): - Our room was at the back of the building, so it was quiet throughout the night. We could access our car because the room was also close to the door. The receptionist was nice and informative. The room was slightly dirty, didn't seem like anyone had stayed there in a while as it was handicap accessible. We are not handicapped. There was also a smell of mothballs but I couldn't decide if that was a cleaner or just because it's an old building. Breakfast was okay, basic for a hotel but the room was dirty. The microwave and the shelf it was on hadn't been cleaned in a long time. The tables were sticky. Overall it was not worth the price. We paid $100 more for this one room than for a Hilton room in Vegas or at our destination the next day.
- Anne Muilenburg (10/5): -
- Nanne (8/5): - Bed extremely comfortable. Staff helpful. Ample breakfast items.
- William (10/5): - Clean room. Helpful staff. Good breakfast.
- Kristine (10/5): Relaxing and everything was great. For those hoping to do a bit of laundry…they have a small laundry room with one coin - Super clean, and fabulous breakfast buffet!
- daniel (8/5): - A little confusing Layout
- Jimmy (8/5): - Breakfast was not that good. Need different potatoes and eggs
- Marcia (9/5): We had a very comfortable night at a cute hotel. - Friendly staff, clean facility and room, comfortable bed and good complimentary breakfast. Nothing
- Raymond (10/5): Exceeded our expectations in comfort and quality. - First floor entry from parking lot to our room. Laundry facilities exceptional. Old Chicago restaurant attached to hotel was very convenient and a surprise amenity. Hotel appeared to be undergoing repairs or upgrade at the time of our visit but it did interfere with our stay.
- Karl (10/5): -
- Richard (10/5): -
- David (8/5): - Clean room, friendly staff and decent breakfast. Recommended.
- Pratap (8/5): - Nice hotel. The staff was great. Excellent Breakfast
- Kenny (10/5): Exceptional -
- Argus (10/5): Exceptional -
- James (5/5): It was ok but little high priced - How close it was to family..location Took a shower. Shampoo was open and half used.unfolded the towel and it had hair stuck in it.grossed me out...
- Shilo (8/5): Very good -
- richelle (8/5): - Staff was pleasant and accommodating!
- Melody (10/5): - Clean
Comfortable
- Bobbie (10/5): - The bedsheets were a bit worn at the top.
We’d stay here again!
- SENTHIL KUMAR (10/5): - It was amazing stay. Very pleasant and quite. Rooms are very clean. Breakfast was super. My kid enjoy the stay.
- Mark (6/5): - The door we were informed to use was malfunctioning and pushed me into the card reader scratching below my right shoulder. The door was very loud and our room was right above it. When the door closed it would slam and send a loud booking noise through our rooms and woke up my 8 month old and me and me wife multiple times.
- Jurgen (10/5): - Great place to stay. Exceeded expectations.
- Noelle (8/5): - Nice Steve, hotel is located conveniently in Hines just on the main road. Only issue was the blankets. Whereas most hotels these days have some sort of comforter, or at least a thicker blanket, this hotel had a sheet, a very thin wool blanket, and another sheet on top of that. I had to ask for another blanket because it felt like almost nothing at all.
Otherwise it was a good place to stop over in town.
- Verified traveler (8/5): - Pros: We’ve stayed before and they are nice, good hot breakfast in the morning, close to local sights
Cons: Some of our towels were dirty, we had an accessible room because it was the only one available and unfortunately the shower head is at about waist height. You can take it off to hold it higher but it would he nice if they had both a taller and shorter shower head. It makes showering less comfy than it could be.
- William (4/5): Adequate. - More like a Super 8 or Motel 6 than a Best Western. Small room, no carpeting, cheap chair next to the bed, broken security door directly outside our room, no elevator if you are unlucky to get a 2nd floor room, dirty floor in lobby. It was just adequate, but not worth the price.
- Chance (10/5): - 1 night stay great service tasty breakfast
- Megan (9/5): Superb -
- Brian (10/5): - Decent place for a night's stop. Good full hot breakfast. Nice staff. Area outside of the property is junky, but it's adaptable. I'd stay again. It's got a nice old school country theme as far as deco.
- Joan (8/5): Good value and location - I always try to choose Best Westerns because the rooms are comfortable and clean, the utilities work, the locations are good, and they have full breakfasts. This particular location in Hines was just fine. Many stores and gas stations were nearby. The only thing in my room was lack of enough lamps! There should be one next to the bed. Otherwise you have to turn off the lights and get in bed in the dark, and cannot read in bed very well.
- Rodney (10/5): Exceptional - Breakfast was well done. We had a comfortable, peaceful sleep. The facility did a great job of accommodating a number of people who were affected by local flooding.
It was safe, quiet, and clean.
- Melania (8/5): - Nice place to stay with kids in central Oregon
- Richard (10/5): Exceptional -
- Jamie (10/5): - Full breakfast even included a few dairy and egg free or vegan items. Our room was clean. The pool and hot tub were nice after a long day of travel.
- Diana (8/5): Very good -
- Patty (10/5): Exceptional -
- Tom (8/5): - Decent
- Warner (9/5): Best place in Burns. Recommended - We have stayed at R&R's many times through the years on our way to Idaho and Utah to visit family. We tried another motel in Burns once and were very disappointed. At R&R's we know we can expect a clean room and great breakfast and courteous staff. We don't use the pool but in earlier years when our children were young.
- Joe (10/5): - Super Clean and loved the pool!
- Nicholas L (10/5): - Quiet clean safe. Very nice hotel, a little older but still nice
- Fitzwater (10/5): Was great hotel stay - Great breakfast selection, clean, nice pool/ spa hours and clean, nice comfy room
- Holly (9/5): Wonderful nights sleep! - Wonderful breakfast, friendly staff, have the good shampoo and conditioner . Best hotel in this small
Town Nothing it was great
- Carrie (10/5): - Front desk personnel was efficient and helpful, bed was very comfortable, room was clean.
- Tom (8/5): - Clean room
- BEVERLEY (8/5): - Property was fine
- Chepy (10/5): - Great customer service ! The spa was amazing! Breakfast was good they have a waffle machine!
- Jolie (7/5): Good - All the wall hanging and dining room
- Yolanda (6/5): - Staff was very standoffish and short at check in. The pool was ice cold and there was no warmth in the room. The room has information stating that there is a cafeteria style breakfast when it’s the usual open breakfast. There is no complimentary lotion bottle. The side entrance door is outdated. Overall, it fits the small town country feel.
- James (10/5): - Nice place.
