- Blyth (10/5): -
- Mark (9/5): - Great location to UWRF. Lots of fan noises. Refrigerator in room was loud
Fans near electrical closet by elevator on second floor was loud.
- Rebecca (8/5): -
- Lisa (8/5): -
- Steve (10/5): - Comfortable and clean. Friendly staff.
- Liz (7/5): -
- Bruce (8/5): Pleasant - Convenience of location, included breakfast, restaurant/bar
Helpful staff Bed was extremely stiff and pillows not very comfortable
- Kelly (8/5): Quiet , relaxing stay . Parking could be improved ! - The pool was nice . The hotel is in a great area . Jaspers looked really good but I didn’t get to try it bc the parking was a problem (I arrived at dinner time ) and both lots were at capacity . Amazing facility for disabled guests - large room and actually functional shower / bathroom . The woman on duty offered to move her car so I could park my large van ; but I left to have dinner at the local winery and returned later was able to find a spot then . Parking is a problem if you have an oversized vehicle . I had to leave and return later for the restaurant traffic to leave /vacate the lots. My bathroom shower had hair in the drain which grossed me out . Otherwise I had a good stay
- Kirsten (8/5): God clean place if you need to be near the university. -
- Kelly (1/5): Stayed here several times over the years; this was the last time. - Hotel did not honor the booking.com reservation. Booking.com provided great customer support, but the hotel did not. The staff and management were unwilling to insert even a little effort to help fix the issue (comm issue on their end). While I understand the need to secure the room until their communications issue was fixed, the hotel would not issue a refund. Luckily booking.com did, without any hassle.
- Cory (8/5): quick - location, ease of checking in and out air conditioner was noisy and wouldn't stop even when turned off.
- Lowell (10/5): -
- Langley (8/5): - There was no guide for the TV meaning you had to scroll through all the channels to find a station you wanted to watch. The TV did not include a Guide, but even a written guide would have been appreciated. The only breakfast hours were posted in the elevator. A room guide would have been helpful.
- Christine (7/5): -
- Maria (5/5): Worked for what we needed. - Breakfast was generally good and had a nice selection. First room smelled horrible. Changed to second room which had blood on the edge of the bed cover and edge of sheets like a worker had a cut when they cleaned. We didn’t want to complain twice so we just dealt with it.

- James (5/5): - Room was nice and clean. Water pressure wasn’t that great. There was a wedding on the night of check in so there was no parking and people were running up and down the halls till about 1am. And as early as 5am
- Cheryl (8/5): - Room was very nice and clean. The staff was very friendly. The hot tub looked dirty. I wish the pool was larger.
- Anne (10/5): -
- Stacie (10/5): -
- Sheena (7/5): - The breakfast was fine. Great location for our visit to UW-River Falls. The property was good. Booking.com missed up my reservation. The name the room was booked under was incorrect. My email confirmation had the correct information, but the hotel had the reservation listed under the name of the second room occupant. It took a bit of time to get sorted out

- Ken (8/5): Overall our stay was satisfactory but not what we would have expected for a Radison hotel. We definitely would stay agai - The underground parking was wonderful to have as all six days we had ice and snow to deal with so nice coming out to a car that was free of ice and snow. The properly was centrally located with lots of good restaurants nearby and it was very nice to have a bar and restaurant in the hotel. The first room we had was a handicap room and we did not like that as the water seeped out under the shower curtain into the bathroom floor. And there was no vanity area to put your items on. Some of the towels were frayed and only given one bar of soap.
Breakfasts were Ok but not exceptional.
- Alexis (10/5): Great location and very clean - The location of this hotel was perfect. It was in walking distance to the downtown. The rooms were large with plenty of space and the heated underground parking garage was a plus during the snowing winter days that I was there.
- Chad (9/5): -
- Titawaty (9/5): - the location is near downtown and family members so we come here every year for Christmas. the hot tub was closed for that day we stayed
- Haack (6/5): - Breakfast was very good. Location was excellent. We only had one lightbulb in our room and the front desk did not have access to any to give us.
Bathroom was ok, but bathtub could have been cleaner.
- Carter (4/5): - Friendly staff Very dated and cheaply furnished.
- cheekydd (4/5): Highly Disappointed - We have stayed here at least 5 times in the last 3 months. I have to say that I've expected better for a Radisson property. The rooms are mediocre with hard beds. We stayed here twice in the last 8 days. During our stay just over a week ago we kindly reported several issues in the room upon checkout (burned out bulbs, door that needed some WD40, etc). Ironically, we had the same room on our next visit a week later... nothing was addressed. And this time we had some pretty ratty towels, an unflushed toilet, and a nasty fan in the bathroom that was practically furry with dust. I reported it to the desk shortly after check-in (referencing that we made them aware last week) and while the woman was nice she basically wasn't trying to rectify the situation. I asked if we could at least get a different light bulb and she couldn't help with even that. Also, the ice maker has been out for at least 6 weeks.
While the location is very convenient, we may have to start driving to Hudson for lodging. I'm tired of paying $280+ per night for a hotel that can't seem to invest in basic upkeep.
As a Choice Hotels member, I was going they'd at least knock 10% off the rate with the issues but they had no consideration for how to improve our stay.
- Lowell (10/5): -
- Lauren (8/5): -
- Bougie (7/5): - Very clean and comfortable Staff was hard to find, no ice
- Wolf (10/5): - Wasn't too crowded What I didn't like that the ice machine was out of order I'm kidding I'll stay was pleasant I'll satisfied with you room good

- Breshike (10/5): Great location, under ground parking and wonderful breakfast! - Under ground parking, and the cook was great ! A wonderful breakfast too! Everything was good.
- taytay4112 (2/5): Save your money and stay somewhere else - DO NOT STAY HERE!!! They price gouge you. We were quoted $159 for staying as a wedding guest. They stated the military discount could be added. When we got there. They charged us $179 a night! 20 up charge. When we asked about it. They said there was nothing they can do.
What is outrageous is the fact when we looked up the room for the nights we were staying it was only price as $100-130a night! We showed them that if we booked it online we could have gotten at a $100. They said well it is what it is you should have booked it online in not through us. They wouldn’t honor anything .
Not to mention the reception, Abby, was extremely rude. She didn’t want to contact her manger to fix the issue of the wrong billing. She kept saying the manger was coming in later. Well, we came back later and the manager was still not there. When we said we weren’t leaving without it fixed she said she would just text the manager Jamie she guessed. Then proceed to roll her eyes.
For them charging us $500+ for 3 nights you think the rooms would be nicer along with the staff.
They have holes in the bedding and curtains.
Stains in the rub . Water that doesn’t get hot .
You are better off staying a motel 6!
Photos attached of price gauge and nasty conditions they have guest staying in !
SAVE YOUR MONEY GO ELSE WHERE!
- Allison (8/5): - Room was clean and staff was friendly
- SHANNON (2/5): - The room was not what we reserved - two queen beds instead of a king, the hot tub was not working and even though we mentioned that was what we were most looking forward to when we checked in the representative didn’t mention it. There was live music playing directly outside our window as we attempted to sleep and the air quality in the room was so poor we really wanted to open the window. Even after the music stopped loud voices continued outside and in the hall until 2am. There was mold on the air conditioner fins which probably explained the smell to which my partner was sensitive. It seemed the hotel was relying on its fabulous location alone. The most irritating part of it all was that we were in town for a funeral and thought spending the extra money to book a Radisson brand hotel would ensure an excellent worry-free stay. After spending over $200 for that brief and disappointing night, we checked out and spent the rest of our trip at the lovely Country Inn where we actually had a king bed and an in-room jacuzzi for half the price. I’ll not make the mistake of trusting the Radisson brand again.
- Karen (10/5): - Nice clean, simple place that has easy access to everything in River Falls.
- Carol (9/5): -
- Bernardo (10/5): - Drove for 4 and a half hours to get here. We arrived around 12:30 pm. Our check in was at 3:00 pm. We were told by the hotel clerk that The hotel rooms were all booked or not ready by the cleaning staff just yet. We were happy that the hotel clerk was able to check us in an hour earlier which we were running late for a wedding party anyway. After the wedding and a long day of driving the hotel stay was wonderful and comfortable. The hotel staff was great. Thanks for a wonderful long day and stay.
- Jessica (7/5): Nice hotel, but overpriced for the weekend due to the events in town. - Close the the event we were attending. Walking distance to restaurants, convenience store. Limited parking despite the underground lot - I really liked that there was that option of a secure underground garage, but parking was just very limited in general.
- Randy (6/5): - It is really difficult to rate a place higher than a 1 when you pull the bedding back to go to bed and there are dark stains on the sheets where you would climb in to sleep! No person could make a bed and miss this- when spoke to front desk the night gentlemen was nice enough to bring sheets up so we could make our own bed before going to sleep! Morning desk person said nothing she could do as Expedia has already paid them for the night! NOTHING you can do? You just said you were paid and now you cannot credit me for this unacceptable inconvenience when you have your money! We paid $300 for the night and this is the cleanliness of the room!
- Donna (10/5): - Great hotel, room was clean and bed comfy. Would stay again.
- Janine (8/5): - Nice hotel
- Shannon (6/5): - Location Our room was very dusty and upon arriving in room there were 3 flies inside. Tub had bad draining. Water in tub while showering. Lighting in room was bad.
- Tyler (10/5): - Friendly staff, room was clean
- Earl (10/5): Very good - Both good Bed to low
- John (10/5): - Every stay here has been nice in all areas of service. Nice breakfast!
- Nicole (2/5): Very dirty - Our room had not been cleaned in a very long time! Mold in the bathroom, all surfaces were very dirty and sticky. There were flies and when we killed them more showed up but we don’t know where from. Stains on sheets and blankets. Bed headboards were FILLED with imprints and were sticky
- Charles (10/5): - No review thank you, we liked your hotel
- Stephanie (10/5): Family stay - Clean and quiet. Great breakfast with plenty of choices.
- Bradley (8/5): Good place in a great town, but average accomodati - Breakfast food was hot, good, and varied. Bed was average comfort. Room was spacious, but loud at night and noisy if fan was not on continuously. Connected restaurant was very good.
- Markus (8/5): -
- David (10/5): - Nice having the garage for the motorcycles
- Randy (4/5): Wisconsin tour - Hotels.com booked us a king room as per our request. Not only were there no kings available they had been booked for months in advance because of a wedding.
- Kimberly (9/5): -
- Chris (10/5): - Everything was smooth and easy
- Brenda (8/5): Nice but not modern - The location was great, breakfast was okay. The room - a suite- was spacious but the furnishings were old, carpet a bit tattered. The lobby and hallways were fresh and clean- more modern than the rooms.
- Sean (10/5): Game days - Always a nice stay and all the businesses big supporters of the UWRF college sports teams.
- Karen (8/5): - The hotel was easy to find and had convenient (free) parking in a garage accessible with our room card. We ate at Junior’s, the hotel restaurant, for dinner and both the food and service were good. Our room was spacious and clean, though the decor and furniture were a bit dated. Free breakfast was nothing to write home about. Overall, we had a good stay.
- Brandon (9/5): Superb -
- Michaela (10/5): - Very clean. Great service. Great location. Breakfast was lacking, but on par with every other hotel. Couldn't get the room really cold, but it was comfortable.
- Cory (3/5): Loud and unclean - Location and amenities Starting at about 3am, you could hear every delivery truck backing up. Not sure if it was for the hotel or what, but about every 30 mins, a.back up alarm was going off. The top of the tv hasn't been dusted in a while. There was enough dust on it to leave a line with my finger.
- Tina (9/5): We'd stay there again! - Clean room, comfortable beds, a variety of pillows, and quiet. Wonderful sleep!! Finally, a TV remote that was easy to operate, unlike some places that have a remote with bunch of buttons that don't apply to the TV! We were a little concerned that we'd be able hear the music from the outside patio at the bar down the road. We overlooked the patio and could not hear a peep! As a retiree on vacation, we'd like breakfast during the week to end a little later. I think breakfast ended at either 8:30 or 9 am.
- Amanda (8/5): - The bed is bouncy, hard. Toilet uses less water to flush so it will flush your waste but not the toilet paper. So easy to clog.
Pool is chilly but well lit. Great stairs into pool. Hot tub is not too hot and there is a control panel that has 2, 5, 15, 25 minutes option for bubbles. Very nice.
Clear readable sign in elevator to which floor the amenities are. Breakfast was delicious. There were waffles, eggs, sausage, bread, bagels, cereal options, coffee, tea, yogurt, boiled eggs.Check out was a breeze. Staff is very friendly, but you do have to ask about this swimming pool hours. They won’t tell you unless you ask.
Would stay here again.
- Earl (10/5): Great - Good Toilet in bathroom ever low
- Imelda (8/5): - The hotel was clean, the step was friendly, and the amenities were great. We enjoyed the adjacent Restaurant with delicious food. The Neighborhood was very safe and we felt comfortable to Restaurant
- Nigel (10/5): Very nice stay in RiverFalls - Great location for RiverFalls.
Staff very friendly
Big bedrooms. Super clean.
Breakfast was buffet. Nice selection of breakfast food. Different choice each day of 2 hot entree and lots of bagels / bread ( toaster ) and 2 great waffle irons ( very easy to use and tasted great ). Fresh whole fruit , cereal. Coffee / Tea. Juice selections. Well stocked. Area always being cleaned up and tables kept clean.
Always fresh coffee in the hotel lobby day / night to help yourself. ( coffee machine in bedroom as well ) No safe in bedroom
Needed more lighting in room (
- Verified traveler (4/5): Unfortunately not a great place to stay - The location of this property is great and the front desk staff was very friendly. Aside from that it was not a great stay for the cost ($600+ for two nights). Our king room had a filthy headboard, dirty bathroom and overall the bed, pillows and coverings were uncomfortable. Unfortunately I would not refommend staying here.
- Meg (6/5): Ok stay - Room was surfaced clean, dirty/dusty in closet, under bed, and behind towels in the bathroom.
- snicw (10/5): Great amenities and friendly staff - I stayed at this hotel for a business trip. The hotel was clean, friendly staff, and I was able to use the pool, hot tub, and gym with zero other people around which was great. I also ate dinner in the on-site restaurant which was pretty good. Underground parking was nice especially because there were storms with hail the night I stayed. Overall very pleased.
- Kent (8/5): - Bluegrass fest at motel
- Andrew (10/5): - Worked out gret
- Kristina (10/5): - Beautiful property and great location!
- Jacob (6/5): - The breakfast was consistently bad, but the rest of the stay was adequate.
- Fallon (9/5): Superb -
- Paul (10/5): - Conveniently located. I was able to walk to everything I needed it was interested in. It was very quiet and generally had a relaxing atmosphere.
- Sandra (10/5): - Perfect location near the
University
- Symona (9/5): Superb -
- Abhishek (10/5): - Great place
- Sheri (10/5): - IT was comfy and friendly, breakfast was good.
- Janine (10/5): - Nice place to stay, clean
- Adria (7/5): Nice hotel, but staff could work on controlling the guests. The hot tub was closed due to a chemical issue, likely too m - Nice hotel with restaurant connected Hot tub was closed (and the hot tub was the reason we spent a little more to book this hotel). Kids running through the halls and slamming doors, playing a tag game, over the 2 days.
- Joel (10/5): - Always clean and friendly. Love to have that coffee near the elevators. This is our go to stay when in town
- Shannon (8/5): Very good -
- Alicia (10/5): - So close to downtown and UWRF!
- Phillip (6/5): - It’s a nice hotel, the first time I ever stayedat Radison, and probably will be my last. I asked to have my room cleaned one day and when I came back all that was done was the towels were changed out. The bedding was not changed the bathroom floor had a piece of paper on the floor and it was still there when I got back. This is horrible housekeeping.
- Sarah (8/5): It was nice. Overall, it felt clean and inviting. - comfortable room, nice hot tub, clean room and hallways, nice staff tables in our room were not wiped clean
- Katie (10/5): Exceptional -
- EARL (10/5): - Restaurant and bar didn't like beds very low
- Cindy (6/5): Fair - Cleanliness No ability to print my lecture nor did the staff know where I could go
Rarely anyone at the front desk
Hot food was poor
No house keeping to get the trash
- Monica (10/5): - Very clean. Great breakfast. Location was awesome
- Prissel (7/5): Nice to be able to walk around town and enjoyed the hotel bar for a night cap! - Enjoyed the hot breakfast!
- Christina (7/5): Good - Motel was clean, staff was nice. All in all okay. Rooms were nicely sized. Unfortunately the bed was so uncomfortable i expected better from the Radisson hotel. Heat you really couldn't control was so hot in there only way to get it comfortably was on air and blower ( that was the answer from maintence). They did offer a different room after all the ussues i wS experiencing there in my 4 night stay but i had way to much stuff to move. I also had a child with me & i have a disability. The pool was nice but way to much chlorine it burned your eyes. Also breakfast wasn't so good. Very limited for what you paid for stay. I'd give it a 6 Also ice machines were broken had black particles in ice. I won't even mention the customer above us who were playing hockey in there room thought the whole hotel was gonna cave in. Also playing golf in the hallway?? Unacceptable. They need a LARGE sign stating this not a 8x10 you can barely read.
- Mary (10/5): - Friendly staff, easy check in. Our visit was nice, held a great burger at Jrs, clean, good nights sleep.
