- Colleen (5/5): Was a decent stay nothing to really find extra special. - Staff was pleasant however clerk needs help-had to wait at the front desk much too long for our liking. Very casual makes conversation while getting the work done and checking us in. The sheets on the bed were ripped when we got into bed. It was too late in our day to try to room rooms or get new unripped sheets. The ceiling fan doesnt work and I like one on to sleep. Towels sin bathroom were itchy. Smell could have been better-did not smell fresh in the room.

Our ceiling fan didn't work and the heated lamp was out in the bathroom so we could use two more pillows and another blanket but other than that, it was OK

I asked for a call from the manager but never got one. I shared these photos with the front desk staff.

- John (10/5): Exceptional stay - The hot breakfast was outstanding, coffee and little to strong. Cleaning staff and front staff were very helpful and friendly. Manager Judy Governor was very helpful, and explained to how they accommodated my disabilities by placing me in a room to help with my issues. Thank you Judy.

The location is good for getting to the airport and having things easily available within a short drive such as gas, food, and other essentials. The room was spacious. There was no coffee maker in the room. Coffee was not yet made when I left very early for a flight. I was not told if there was a vending machine where I could get bottled water - there were no cups to drink water from the bathroom faucet. I arrived late and was very tired, so I just made do.

- Dena (10/5): Excellent choice of location for families visiting soldiers at Ft. Cavazos. - Close to WalMart, many restaurants, shopping. Convenience of location to Ft. Cavazos, where our family lives. Pool was clean, and good sized for swimming with our family. Breakfast was amazing with so many options. Overall we enjoyed the stay. Would definitely recommend this property. No complaints

- Amelia (9/5): The staff was so nice! Everyone was helpful and friendly, and it was extremely appreciated. - The breakfast was decent. I had apple juice, scrambled eggs, potatoes, and a biscuit with butter. There was also a waffle making station, breakfast sausage, yogurt, and various other options that I didn't get a chance to try. The only issue was that the vending machines were down, but the workers at the front desk were selling what would've been in the vending machines.

- Kris (8/5): - The staff were very friendly and helpful check in was a breeze. Hotel was very clean. Our room was really spacious. The bed and pillows were terrible. Our bed “sunk” in the middle and you could feel springs. Couch was worn as well. If you like a dark room this was not the room for you. When the sun came up the ”lights” were on. I was disappointed because the reviews were pretty good overall. Maybe it’s just this room-200

- Brittany (9/5): Great value of a stay! - Loved how friendly the staff was! It was cozy and quiet! We felt so relaxed here! I think they were under renovation, but the pool had several places where ties were missing and some discoloration around the bottom of it, but water seemed fine. Couches in the room felt kind of like sticky as well as the surfaces, but it may been from furniture cleaner. Not unhappy with my stay but figured it should be noted so it can be fixed.
- Virginia (9/5): Convenient location. - We stayed here 5/30-31/25. Great location for dining, Walmart, gas stations, HEB etc. The staff was very personable, professional & courteous. Judy & Camille (I think this is her name) are real nice ladies. We returned on June 8th & there was another lady performing double duties. She was doing housekeeping & front desk when we checked in on the 8th of June. Great staff and nice breakfast. Showing its age, needs some renovations.

- Jane (9/5): Superb - There were tiny bugs in the room. The staff came to the room to investigate and assured us that they were not bed bugs and that they were harmless. They did offer us another room, but we decided to stay in that one after being told the bugs were harmless. We had a graduation to get to and didn't want to have to pack up and move upstairs. The bathroom could have been cleaner. It looked like behind the toilet hadn't been cleaned in a while. Please see above for our dislikes. The staff was very friendly and accommodating, the breakfast was good and the location was good.

Your staff is very professional ,courteous and accommodating. I had to change my rooms due to no elevator , my mother unlawful is disabled..mystay was pleasant.

- Sharon (2/5): Bedbugs ate me up - The check in with Heidi was slow but she very personable. The overnight attendant was compassionate. I went to him at around 4 AM because I found bedbugs in my bed. He refunded my room and changed me to another one. He told me I would need to speak to his manager in the morning. I could not fall back to sleep because I was itching, the bumps were burning and my nerves wouldn't let me rest so I went down for breakfast at 7 AM and the morning attendant was discussing the incident with the night attendant and she was talking really loud with other guests in the area. I walked up and she was saying "why would you refund the room? I don't understand that. You moved her that was enough. " I said " ma'am, I'm right here." She said "so how can I help you?" I explained that I was supposed to speak with the manager and she said "she's not here, I'll talk to her when she comes and we'll reach out to you." That never happened. I came downstairs and asked for the manager. I was asked what I wanted and I said it was about the bedbugs so she went to get the manager. The manager told me that they spray for bedbugs occasionally and she didn't understand why the night attendant gave me a refund. She said she was willing to refund half of the room since I moved to the other room. I asked her to send me a detailed email of our conversation but she only sent that she needed 3 - 5 business days to process the transaction. I usually stay at this hotel only but after this I won't be back.

It is a 2 story building but no elevator. So we had to change our room to 1st floor. It was quiet. I would stay here again. Our visit was 2 night stay.
