• Q3174KAbeckyb (10/5): Love this hotel! - By far the most cozy hotel we've stayed at! The staff was amazing and treated us like family and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable! The rooms were clean and the breakfast had many options to choose from. The pricing is great and its a quiet area. They also have a Pavillion with grills and utensils and picnic tables with the convenience of a grocery store right down the road if you wanted to BBQ. I really love this place and would definitely stay here again!

• Peri (3/5): We are Best Western members and we will not stay again at a Best Western-supported hotel. - Breakfast was terrible, with sour milk for the cereal, hard Biscuits, congealed gravy and stale muffins. When I booked the reservation, it was for two queen beds. We were given one king and a fold out sofa bed. I was too tired to go argue for a different room.

• Brenda (9/5): I'll be back - I love the couple at the front desk. They are super friendly and want to make sure you've got everything you need. The shower was dirty this time. I've stayed there many times before and this was the 1st time I have had a problem. There was black stuff on the shower top and the floor of the tub didn't look like it had been cleaned. The doors could also use a good cleaning.

The first day I told the manager and he did something to fix it. The next day it was even worse and it was late so I didn't feel like going to the office to tell them. The decor was dated, scratched and the carpet was not real clean.

What I would consider a fleabag hotel. Granddaughter said lady from staff kept following her outside and in hotel like she would steal something.

I had asked if I could have a couple of extra coffee packets when I made the reservation, and it was there. I felt like they really cared and wanted to make sure I was taken care of.

Reception staff advised that it was shown shut on their website but this is no help as booked thru Expedia. Room was ok, pillows really poor. Breakfast was disappointing. Apple juice was at the point on fermentation, 2 sad looking bananas were the only fruit & don’t offer a toaster but NO bread.

• Maria (5/5): Passable - Was here for a Celebration of Life. The hotel itself is ok; it could use upgrading; towels are clean but, you could tell it's old, old stains are still there. Beds are ok. Bathroom is old. Smells musty inside the room. Aircon is OK, not as loud as other hotels. The front desk girl is very accommodating. Breakfast is Continental, so, it's ok. The pool area is OK, clean enough. Would I stay here again? Answer is NO.
• Liliana (8/5): - Upon arriving the room did smell a bit mildewy, we resolved it by spraying alcohol spray all over the room to get rid of the smell. Besides that the staff was amazing and very responsive. If I ever have to I will definitely stay again. Walmart, HEB, and other stores are only about 10 minutes away.
