- Denise (10/5): Great, clean place to stay - Accessible to everything. Very clean. Continental breakfast. Everyone was very pleasant. The pool wasn't open...lol. but I understand that it's still winter. No fault of the motel. It did look nice and refreshing and very clean.
- Sandy (1/5): Disappointed - Door security latch broke. Couldn’t get into our room for luggage or meds.
Had to break door open and snap latch off to get in Other than removing the dog fee, it would have been nice to receive a voucher or a percentage off the cost of dysfunctional room. Manager never called to discuss, cooperate office just sent a case file number to write the written complaint for them to review.
- Ernest (4/5): Good location, disappointing room and service... - The room was very large and cozy. It included a fridge, microwave, and tv. Enough towels for a couple of days and house keeping came in every day that I was there. The location was also good (right next to Walmart). The night I checked in, the young lady at the front desk was very attentive and helpful. Things went down hill very quickly after that. When I got to my room, I noticed that every time the AC / Heat would turn on, the curtain would be blown up (redirecting the AC / Heat toward the window, rather than the room. The bathtub looked like it had spots of blood in it, but fortunately it was only rust spots (the tub just needed to be refinished). Then came the problem of the door not shutting all the way. It would pop open in the middle of the night and I would have to slam it shut. The house keeping crew didn't seem to be aware of this issue and when I came back to the room after being out for several hours, I found my door was not shut (so anyone at any point could have walked in and taken whatever they wanted). Lastly, on a return trip from the store, my key card for the door refused to work. There was no light on the locking mechanism. The front office was about 100 yards away from where I was at, so I had to walk in 26 degree weather down to the office to speak to the night attendant (who barely spoke English). I tried to tell him the lock didn't have power, but he didn't seem to understand and handed me a new card. I tried the new card with no luck and had to make several trips back to see him until he realized he would have to go with his keys and manually open up the door. When we got back up to the room, he looked at it and said battery dead, I fix in the morning and before I even had a chance to ask him for a different room, he was gone. The next morning was check out, I went down to hand back the key cards (which at this point served no purpose), and that was it. No follow up about the room, battery was never replaced, no offer of a discount, nothing. I'm usually not one to complain, but overall my stay was not great for the amount I paid. Fortunately I've been to that hotel several times and this was a one off.

- Tracy (9/5): One of my favorite places to stay! - My room was clean and quiet. There wasn’t anything that I didn’t like.

- Fabian (1/5): I’ll never stay there again - Checked in early The air conditioner didn’t work well
- Green (7/5): - Pool The rooms smell had to change rooms and the second room still had bad smell
- Robert (8/5): Clean and quiet. - Nice place but a little older. Very quiet and clean.

- Raelynn (8/5): If they fix there bug issues it’s a nice place to stay. - It was very comfortable and looked clean. Very convenient to where we had to travel to. We did have visitors. A couple roaches which surprised us.
- Stephens (10/5): Perfect location with all the amenities - Pool was great, breakfast was perfect Nothing
- M8890KLlouisr (10/5): 10/10 would recommend - Great Hotel Amazing service ! Needs a bit of an update , but besides that great work all the way around ! Fresh towels , great breakfast !
- Joe (6/5): - Breakfest is ok. Walmart next door. Places to eat across the street.
- janicefJ5136AF (10/5): It was an amazing stay and wonderful experience! - The staff was amazing and made sure we were comfortable! The beds are clean and were ready! The rooms definitely worth the price.
- Antonio (2/5): - This is my 4th time staying at this Best Western. Never had a bad experience before, other than the pool being way too strong with chlorine. But this time was the absolute worst.
Staff was nice, cleaning ladies were respectful, so no complaints there. The first room we got was non-smoking like we asked, but it was horrible. The whole room was musty, the carpet and bed felt damp, and the smell was like dirty wet rags. We asked for another room and got moved. That one seemed fine, just needed two lights replaced.
My 4-year-old even said she thought she saw a bug. I didn’t believe her at first. But on checkout day, we actually found TWO roaches in the room. Disgusting. Then it all made sense why they had a “breakfast only in the dining area” sign taped to the wall.
Breakfast itself was meh. Waffles were the only good thing. Cereal was stale, the milk was spoiled, and the eggs were super watery. Dining room is tiny, like 4 or 5 tables, so good luck if it’s busy.
The worst part? The roaches ended up in my bags and I even found one in my car after leaving. My skin is still crawling just thinking about it.
This place might be convenient, but I’d rather drive 20 extra minutes than ever stay here again. Musty rooms, damp beds, spoiled food, and ROACHES. Completely disgusted and beyond disappointed.

- 641carltonh (10/5): Always good. I’ll be staying there again when I’m in town for an overnight visit!! - I go to Angleton Tx and stay at the Best Western about 3 to 4 times a year. I’ve always been satisfied with the service and staff. I’ve never encountered any problems. If you are your are in that area, I recommend you stay there!!
- Arthur (10/5): - Just right
- Arnoldo (10/5): - Friendly staff!
- Jerry (10/5): - Nearby options for food. All seems good.
- Mario (7/5): Was better than the alternative down the street. - Did not attend N/A

- Compass04509206201 (10/5): A nice and friendly stay. - This is a nice and clean property. It is well managed, and friendly. The location is convenient to restaurants, shopping and grocery stores. It has a nice, big and sparkling pool for cooling off during the hot summer days. The property has a nice breakfast, and offers great value.
- Andrew (1/5): Fraudulent charges - I didn’t stay because they tried to get me to pay extra after I made the reservation for 1 adult with pets. They changed it to 2 adults and wanted to charge extra for my pets but didn’t refund the money.
I would not recommend them based on their shady business practices.
- Felicia (3/5): Poor - Beds were comfortable First off clerk at desk did not advise that stairs closer to the room where broken, first room the toilet handle broke the very first flush, called front desk and had to then walk around the property in the dark to get another hotel key for another room. When other guests pulled in they were screaming and hollering at each other with no concern for other guests. Woke up this morning nauseous from all the smoke others were producing. Couldnt sit in hotel room and even be comfortable. Went to breakfast as soon as we walked in the door the lobby reaked of weed smell coming from other guests. Could not even eat breakfast because of the smell. Went back upstairs and someone was out smoking by the pool with children inside of it. Very very unpleasant stay.
- phillip (4/5): - Not worth the money to stay in. Room smelled like mildew. I had to buy freshener and breakfast was horrible. Wont stay again
- A (9/5): Superb - Rooms were spacious and clean.
Staff were nice as well. The location was great too. My mother in law stated the family above her room were loud, but other than that, the room was roomy and clean.
- Tammy (10/5): Exceptional -
- Sulema (9/5): We liked it . We have returned - Breakfast was good. Staff very friendly and helpful. I liked the handicap room we got last time. I think I requested too late.
- Julie (10/5): - Good hotel
- Cathy (8/5): Very good -
- Henry (10/5): - It was a great place to stay!
- Steve (9/5): Superb -
- Tammy (10/5): - Janice at the front desk has great customer service, friendly.
- Martina (10/5): The best place to stay in Angleton ,good price, very nice and clean,I would stay there again. - It’s was very clean ,the outside was beautiful, the pool area very nice. I liked everything about it.
- Randall (7/5): Good - Location worked well for us. Room was clean and comfortable. Replace the small table and chairs with a comfortable chair. Is a desk and table really needed. We arrived at the hotel at 2:10pm, the person working the desk told us there was a $35 fee for early check in. I said that was ridiculous and asked if our room was ready. They replied 'Yes', i asked if the fee could be waived and they agreed. What a silly policy.
- Senter (7/5): Good -
- Nora (1/5): Very disappointed - This girl was good.. The air wasn't working, the bed was very uncomfortable.
- Billy (8/5): - Right next to the room we were in, there was a maintenance room that had a god-awful whistling sound that came right through our bathroom wall. Ask them if there was something they could do about it nothing was ever done.
- Brandi (2/5): Not good! - Dirty and unsafe still waiting on refund!
- Matthew (10/5): Exceptional - Loved the cleanliness within the room and the hospitality
- Jo (1/5): Won’t Stay Here Again - The only thing I like was the girl on duty. She was very helpful. The 1st room smelled bad. She move us to a different room. We got all our luggage inside. And found out the light was out in the bathroom area. So I called and she sent some one to put in a new fluorescent bulb. But when we turned it off for the night it won’t come back on again. We were going to put the floor lamp in there for light. And it was broken. Then in the tried to brush our teeth and when we turned on the water the sink was stopped up wouldn’t drain. When we went to the breakfast no one was on duty there was 4 sausage links and a little bit of scrambled eggs. And the man at this deck we turned in our key to we told about the things that was wrong and he wasn’t even considered about. He just said ok. I am very very Disappointed in this Best Western. Will never stay here again. Don’t know if I will ever go back to a Best Western again. Only reason we did stay was because this little town didn’t have very many hotels to choose from.
- Jessica (3/5): Not worth the money. - Nothing The room was filthy. Dust everywhere, like it hadn't been cleaned in weeks. Dead flie on bathroom floor and under bed. $300 for 2 nights was absolutely thievery. Breakfast was terrible. I had to warm the eggs up in the microwave because they were already cold at 6:30am. Overall, extremely dissatisfied.
- Natasha (6/5): - There was a smell in the room,
- Patrick (7/5): Good - Location and cost AC didn’t cool real good
- Cita (10/5): Exceptional -
- Shirl (7/5): Good - We really just needed a place to stay for the night and it served it's purpose. Needs updating.
- Vanessa (10/5): Exceptional - The room was
- John (8/5): Good value - Okay
- Anita (8/5): Very good -
- Gilbert (6/5): Pleasant - Room was very clean. Lights were on the blink.
- G3735GUjoshuad (10/5): Good service and clean rooms - The best breakfast in town, and it's free with your stay! One of the best motels I'v stayed at in a very long time, these days no one care s about nothing but there selfs these people actually care if you are comfortable or not.Took care of my every need the rooms and breakfast where A1.
- John (5/5): Aside for the cycling of the heating unit, our stay was okay. - Breakfast was okay. The heating and cooling unit cycled on and off all night. Very noisy could not get much sleep.
- Eros (3/5): Could be better - Location Door lock was fully functional, bedroom lights didn’t all work. Overall value didn’t match the stay
- Tamyra (4/5): - TV didn’t work/ no hot water / sheets were rough/ house keeping woke us up at 10 am
- Kateryna (6/5): - It worked for us
- Diamond (9/5): Superb - Very comfy room. We enjoy a chair to sit in instead of on the bed. Breakfast not what we expected. Needed fresher fruit. Too few choices.
- Ediel (10/5): Exceptional -
- Al (9/5): Superb -
- Arnoldo (10/5): - Front desk staff was great at check in.
- Kevin (10/5): The room was excellent and the staff very helpful. - The breakfast was fantastic. It was prepared early and had everything that we wanted. Nothing as of our stay.
- Gina (10/5): - I will be staying there again.
- Francis (4/5): Over priced, mildew/smoke smells, like a motel (not a hotel) - Was close to my dental appointment Non smoking room smells like the room had prior years of smoking and was very mildew smells. I asked for a late checkout (was told checkout was 11:00am) not knowing if my dental appointment might go over (9:30am), they said the best they could do was 12:00. Most hotels have a checkout at 12:00 and allow a 13:00 late checkout (1hr). I left at 8:00 with my luggage. Very disappointing.
- Rory (8/5): Very good -
- Patricia (2/5): - Property had lost of roaches dirty blankets and died roachs and spiders crickets
- Devon (10/5): Short stay, great sleep, and a good time! - Clean and easily accessible. Super convenient that it is next door to a Walmart. The room was very spacious, and the bed was very comfortable. We had a greats nights sleep. Odd that the bed was close the window/door and not the bathroom. We closed the curtains for privacy. The layout was odd, but everything is in great condition and everyone was very nice!
- Verified traveler (6/5): - The hotel was old, the TV didn’t work properly nor did the AC work very well. The bed was very comfortable though and the staff was friendly.
- Melanie (10/5): - Friendly staff
- Brett (10/5): - The entire hotel was in decent shape, rooms clean and facilities well kept. The breakfast was more than adequate and check in was effortless. Bottom line, no complaints.
- Mark (4/5): Disappointing - No housekeeping for 2 days. Ran out of towels and coffe. Never could see the motel SSID for wifi. So I didn't have wifi as advertised.
- Jason (8/5): - This is my second time staying at this property. My first visit was much better. This time it was just a bit noisier and the property did look like the maintenance crew just spent seem to be caring for the property as much.
- Gilberto (10/5): Exceptional -
- Salazar (8/5): Very good - Location for the event we were attending. The room was very dark, and all the lights had low watt bulbs. One light 't work at all. Our reservation was always for 3, and when we asked for sheets and a blanket for the foldout sofa, we were given one sheet and one blanket. Not one to cover the awful mattress, just a top sheet and blanket.
- Renee (10/5): - I like being able to park near the room. With the Walmart and the lumber store next door, the area is well lit.
- Danny (7/5): Nothing special. Simply okay... - Good place to stay for a night or two on a roadtrip. Nothing special. Just simply okay.
- GUADALUPE (10/5): - THE ONLY THING WAS THAT THE CURTAINS AND MATCHING BEDSKIRT ON THE BED WERE NOT IRONED AND WRINKLE.....
- Anthony (9/5): Will be back to stay again! - Easy access, to main road N/A
- Brenda (8/5): Hometown Girl - Overnight stay fir Family get together..they were very accommodating when i asked for ground level. Room clean and beds comfortable. Overall I recommend
- Verified traveler (2/5): Quick stay - Room smelled like mildew and had very poor lighting. Door had difficulty opening and closing. The shower did not drain so water was pulled in the tub. Receptionist was very friendly and provided a pleasant experience however, I would not stay here again
- Chance (6/5): Sure, why not! - Place was pretty nice . The pool is indoors but there is no hot tub, they filled it in with concrete. Overall the place is pretty good and we are looking forward to breakfast In the morning before going to the water park.
- Jolynn (9/5): Very pleasant 👍🏼 -
- Briana (10/5): - It was safe and quiet
- Patricia (10/5): - Nice
- Diana (6/5): An overnight stay - I’m rather critical but there were 2 dead spiders that showed up overnight. There was a long hair on the tub. The worst was the humidity in the room. It must have been 100%. The bed was okay. I’ve slept in worse.
- Jeremyah (10/5): - It alright
- Ricardo (10/5): - It was good for the price I sure will stay their again!!!
- Celeste (6/5): Pool Needs TLC!!! - The room was nice, clean, but was very disappointed with the pool. The steps into it had algae growing and the water was so cloudy you could not see through it!
If you want breakfast better get there very early, no one checks to see if things needed to be refilled. Many had little to eat! The desk worker was MIA.. sad
- Martha (10/5): Nice - Nice place to stay and not to expensive
