Carol (10/5): A very comfortable night on the road. - The breakfast room was fastidiously clean. Both hot and cold choices were offered. Breakfast kept me going for most of the day. I can't think of anything that could have been better. Clean, spacious, well appointed, and quiet.

Carol_R99SO (10/5): Quiet, Clean, Spacious, and Reasonably Priced - I had a large room, very clean and very quiet. It was well appointed and well illuminated. Nothing is worse than dreary lighting in lodgings. This Best Western property has excellent in-room lighting. There was a microwave and a coffee maker for coffee pods and tea. There was also an iron. The WiFi had a very strong consistent signal. The breakfast room was clean and stocked with a variety of hot and cold offerings. I thought the room rate was reasonable. I will stay here again.

lindabW852QT (10/5): Cle Elum Best Western - Clean and bright room with really the best flavored coffee pods we have ever had in a hotel room . Super friendly staff at the desk. Fresh berries at the breakfast bar was a special treat. No eggs and no yogurt. Breakfast burritos were offered.

david (8/5): Dated but comfortable hotel - This hotel is comfortable and adequate for a couple nights. The staff is great. TV and wifi worked well. It is right across the street from a Safeway and Starbucks. The hotel is located about a mile from town and Uber/cab service is non-existent. The guest laundry was “broken” again. The truth leaked out that the owner simply unplugged the washer to keep guests from using it. This is a big problem when traveling by bike with limited clothes. The breakfast room is tiny and frequently crowded. The rooms are dated and could use remodeling.

Hotel manager refused to refund us the room charge that was booked a month ago when i called to dispute saying that the lock worked. YOU ARE A LIAR!! Terrible customer service. Look elsewhere.

JeanneFleur63 (8/5): Great, except… - This hotel is lovely, very clean and updated, but just a few flaws. No elevator and no ground floor rooms available so I had a hard time climbing stairs. The room AC unit was so loud, so I found it hard to sleep. If not for that, the room would have been exceptionally quiet. The bed was comfortable and shower was great. After a wonderful breakfast, we tried to turn on the TV while packing, but it wouldn’t connect. Except for these issues, this hotel would be five stars.
