- Douglas (10/5): Met or Exceeded Expectations - This was a perfect place to stay for two days while attending a family reunion at an off-site location. Staff was friendly and helpful. Cleanliness was immaculate. Bed was oh-so comfy. Breakfast was typical hotel freebie fare, but done well. Hotel site sits back from the highway , my room was on the hotel’s back side. Not a hint of road noise in my room. No complaints about this stay. My expectations were met or exceeded.

- Jason (8/5): - My stay was pretty average. The experience wasn’t particularly bad, but it didn’t stand out either. The room itself was mostly fine, though there were a few minor maintenance issues—not enough to bother reporting, but noticeable. The staff varied in their attentiveness. During the evenings, they seemed a bit uninterested and not very welcoming. However, the breakfast staff the next morning was much more pleasant and helpful, which was a nice change. Overall, it served its purpose as a place to stay, but it didn’t exceed expectations. It’s fine if you’re just looking for somewhere to sleep, but don’t expect anything memorable.

- Michael (2/5): nobody was following the rules - we couldn't get the tv to work. The workers wouldn't help. The family upstairs wouldn't stop running and jumping. We called the front desk 4 different times about it. The last time was 12:30 am so we didn't get much sleep. When we went to the pool and hot tub there was a family there and the man was setting on the steps. They were there for probably 30 minutes or so when a couple of the kids left me and my wife went over there and the man and woman were both vaping. They weren't vaping occasionally but every minute or so. We finally left and went back to our room because of the smell of the vape and that's when the noise started upstairs. This was the worst experience we have ever had at a hotel.

- Heather (2/5): - We loved the hotel itself...however. Both Expedia and the hotel refused to allow me to change the dates of the original booking. We booked the wrong date. So i paid TWICE for one night. When i was finally able to chnahe the dates it was going to cost me another $200 and we weren't able to reschedule our trip. We travel through Louisa often and woukd have liked to stay there again but after all of the back and forth with customer service at both Expedia and Best Western and the hotel itself, we will pass. Unfortunate experience.

We told the front desk about it early in the evening after we checked in and they told us that the maintance guy wasn’t in. They had no concern of our inconvenience. We heard it all night long. Very annoying.

- david (8/5): Great place to stay just not across from conferenc - The room was great very clean and the staff was awesome. My wife is very allergic to bleach so they rewashed everything towels sheets blankets everything for her with out bleach.The breakfast bar was excellent. Hot food and a variety of foods was nice. Everything tasted good biscuits and gravy fried potatoes sausage links and patties scrambled eggs omelets and more. The only issue was our room was right across from the conference room that a church had rented out for Friday and Saturday Friday night they were there until about 9:30 and all you could hear was their music luckily we like Christian music but not that late and Saturday morning from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. they had their services

- Schron (10/5): - The staff were friendly and the hotel and room were very clean. The bed was extremely comfortable. We will definitely stay again.

- Hugh (8/5): Comfortable, friendly stay. - Everthing was great. The only negative was thst the lady in the breakfast room seemed to be in hurry to get us out. Chairs werr on the tables on more than half of the tables 20 minutes before the breakfast was over.
- Alaa (4/5): - The hotel was fantastic. The staff was fantastic. My issue is with their upper management, that decided to cancel my booking because I didn’t call them at 3 pm to check in : I work night shift and booked the room for 2 nights, so I can check in and go to sleep at 8 am after my shift. Front desk guy was kind enough to get my issue sorted out. But it did not feel like I was the first customer to have that problem.
- Paul (10/5): - Enjoyable stay Breakfast was tasty and good variety I commended the Breakfast staff for there efforts. Room was clean, a little small but okay for two people Had just two luggage carts, would be.nice to have a couple more. I had to carry luggage out to car by hand.

- Kim (10/5): - We stay every year. Quite and comfortable and swimming pool and hot tub and weight room are very convenient too! Everyone is very polite and very helpful when you need anything. It’s cool that wild turkeys come to the back of the building in the mornings on the hill.

- Carol (10/5): - I beautiful motel, the only complaint was the toilet. It should have been taller. Oh and could not close drapes, not use to a nightlight. But over all it was a very nice motel

- John (10/5): - This Best Western is one of our favorites. Convenient to US 23 and yet sitting back far enough that there is no road noise to contend with at night. The staff is always friendly and helpful, and they but our a really nice free breakfast!

- Bruce (10/5): - The place was clean and taken care of. Easy parking for trucks with trailers. The only negative was that the food at breakfast didn’t stay stocked up. Otherwise it was great.
- John (10/5): - We've stayed here before and I really like the quick access to US 23. This is a well kept Best Western Motel, and the staff is always very helpful.
- Cal (10/5): - Front desk was very helpful and pleasant. Clean rooms and facilities. Very pleased overall and will definitely stay here again when passing through.
- Bryan (4/5): - I was given a handicapped room, even though I did not request one. Both attendants at the desk were indifferent to my request for a change. Sign on your entrance door states that there is no smoking within 100 feet of the door, yet multiple employees and tenants sat and smoked on a bench which was just 10 feet from the door. Refrigerator in the room ran very loud - constantly. Had to unplug it in order to get sleep.
