- John (8/5): Spring Fling - I had requested a handicapped room when I made the reservation but they (the hotel) didn’t receive the request. When I ask for the handicapped room I was told that it wasn’t possible to change rooms. I asked that contact be made with the manager for a resolution which was accomplished and the change was made. This to me was such an unacceptable treatment for any guest and we will NOT make reservations at this hotel unless there is drastic changes made.

- Karen (7/5): May, just May stay here again. Have to think about it. - The breakfast was just ok but it was plentiful. The room was clean and the bathroom had more towels than needed, (always a plus). The elevator WAS NOT WORKING. And looks like no one will be there to repair it, according to person at the desk, until sometime next week. I was on the 3rd floor, am in my 70's and believe me, at this age, everything hurts. I think the elevator repair company should be pushed a little bit harder. The TV's in the hotel were brand new but apparently not synched to work well together. It wasn't a battery option as I travel with them always. Took 30-45 mins to get anything resembling something I like to watch. Rant over.

- Nancy (10/5): This is the best hotel I’ve stayed at in the area. - The hotel was quiet and in an excellent location. A nice field was behind it and it was away from traffic. The staff was friendly and helpful. The cleaning crew does a fantastic job. Highly recommend. I wish it had cost less. 😁

- Justin (7/5): No frills choice but starting to show age - Large room, comfortable beds, on site guest laundry and fitness center. Ample parking. Near plenty of restaurants and shopping. Decent breakfast. We have been staying here for several years and the place is starting to show its age. Rust on the gym equipment and no water or cleaning supplies in gym. Also same breakfast hours all week including on weekends. Laundry prices are a full two dollars to wash and dry.

This was the 2nd time I’ve stayed since I had a great experience the first time I decided to stay again. Well this time I found bed bugs in the bed. Was moved to another room after my wife had to go down stairs to show them a dead bed bug. They hadn’t gone up after we called them. Had use waiting 20min + after we called to let them know. Idk if I’ll stay here again..

When check out is at 11am,was not very pleased with this type of service house keeping department should have better communication among themselves.

Was told at check in it had just been cleaned and would take 24 hours to clear up Was there 6 days. Pool never changed and we could t use it. In 6 days room was cleaned once. We had to dump trash and take dirty towels to desk to get clean ones
