• Dale (9/5): Good staff, clean and well kept, comfortable and quiet. I would recommend. - The breakfast contained a good variety, primarily the standard items found in a continental breakfast. Cooked food was kept warm. The location was well suited for my needs, close to the industrial section and easy access to a primary highway. Many restaurants in the local area, some within walking distance. The exercise room is well equipped. The rooms are clean and the bed is very comfortable. Nothing of significance.

I had informed the cleaning staff and front counter clerk however I felt that reporting the issue fell on deaf ears. I was offered no compensation for the stay and am waiting to hear back from the Manager

• 38janz (10/5): Great stay - It is one of the best hotels I have stayed in for a long time. Check-in was fast and friendly, and the beds were nice and comfortable. The breakfast was great! The eggs, typically meh at the best of times, were fantastic. High 5 to the breakfast lady, she took the time and care of preparing this. I would highly recommend this hotel for business or personal stay.

• Jesse (1/5): Bad customer service, false advertising! - Location I don’t like the fact that I got scammed on the false advertisement. I booked and paid $220 for a jacuzzi room and when I arrived the room wasn’t at all a jacuzzi room. I talked to the front desk woman but they didn’t seem to care enough to refund any of the extra money. They use the excuse that they can’t do nothing about it because it was booked from another website. Great way to not have to account for any responsibilities of your hotel. Never again will I stay there because they think it’s so unprofessional and unfair they get you sucked into paying almost double the price for a room that I didn’t even get. In fact, the room I got wasn’t anything like the pictures and no jetted tub

Karen Z. was exceptional in helping to find space for the folks I was responsible for and to keep guests in the hotel. She was very calm and courteous in a very challenging situation. • 57DeeZee (10/5): Staying at the Best Western in Bonnyville Alberta - This hotel has great staff. Great rooms and comfy beds and pillows. Another cool feature was that there were shampoo and conditioner bottles hanging in the shower for you to use. I like the tap keys they have to get in the rooms. No more fumbling around to swipe the card. Just tap and the door unlocks. The breakfast in the morning was excellent. A buffet breakfast was a great thing for the morning.

• d0tway (10/5): Gem of the North - Great hotel. Excellent amenities. Golf and driving simulator in the hotel that is free to use. Games room also free with Pool Table, Ping Pong and Foosball with a 50" TV. Now my hotel of choice for the area and I travel her a lot.

• danimal132024 (10/5): Business trip - I always stay at the Best Western when in Bonnyville. There is a great variety of breakfast items with a large eating area. The breakfast is ready before the time posted which makes the morning quick. The hotel has clean rooms and fruendly staff. There is a new digital TV system installed which can be tricky to those who are not tech savey. There are restaurants in the parking lot including a Tim Hortons.

• Chris (8/5): - The property was close to Bonnyville but not on a main highway. A Tim Hortons is right at the entrance to the hotel and the traffic can get iffy with people driving in every direction to come-go-park.
