- bigthicket (10/5): Super nice staff and a comfortable bed made for a great stay! - We were given a handicapped room which was very nice. The bathroom was spacious and had a seat in the tub. Lots of power outlets in bathroom and room. The beds and bedding were very comfortable. The breakfast was minimal but good. Not crazy about the coffee from the coffee machine. Front desk clerk was very friendly and made a great recommendation for a restaurant for dinner. She also acknowledged us as Best Western rewards members. Nice breakfast staff as well. Would definitely stay here again if in the area.

- Twila (7/5): It's just adequate. - Staff was very pleasant. Room and bed were comfortable. The elevator floor was dirty and needed to be mopped, they should do this daily. The treadmill wasn't working. The eggs were pretty dried out. It faces a busy road, nothing they can do about that, at least they have blackout curtains and the traffic did die down.

- Linda (8/5): Good follow through - The staff here are very nice and friendly. Ours was a 4 night stay. They faithfully cleaned the room each day. Our microwave didn’t work, but they repaired it by the next day. They allowed me to use the one in the hotel kitchen. It was very clean and nice. The shower had black mold on the some of the grout. They came in and treated it shortly after we reported it. The mold still showed though. The room was not cool enough, and they went immediately to fix the batteries that were dead. Then it got cool enough.

- Stephanie (2/5): Disappointed by Staff Disregard for ADA - We had a mixed experience during our stay. The woman who checked us in was very pleasant, but unfortunately, the same cannot be said for all staff. While using the pool with my disabled grandson, we followed the posted instructions to request a battery for the pool chair lift. The equipment was there, and the sign clearly stated to ask staff for assistance. When we asked a blonde staff member (whose name we did not get), she rolled her eyes and said she didn’t know how to help. I told her we’d be swimming for a while and that she had time to get assistance. She never returned, never followed up, and the service was never provided. This wasn’t just disappointing—it was a blatant disregard for a posted ADA accommodation. Thankfully, several adults were with us, and we were able to safely lift my grandson from the pool to his wheelchair. But no family should be put in that position when equipment and procedures are supposedly in place. We left feeling ignored and deeply disrespected. Accessibility is not optional, and accommodations are not a courtesy—they’re a legal and ethical responsibility. I hope management takes this seriously and ensures staff are trained to respond appropriately and respectfully moving forward.

- annafX1485AR (2/5): Horrible front desk service and the manager is never there - The check-in took forever. We had a huge family gathering in Seminole and every single family member. It took forever to check in and then when we get back home, we find out they double charged us. We booked our room through Priceline and we paid for it through Priceline and then they charged us again not answering our calls to see what’s going on not answering Priceline. Apparently the manager is never there that makes a lot of sense why the service was so bad. The second day we get back to our room we have no towels in our room. We call them to see if we could get some towels she says you can come and get them that’s what they told us. I would not recommend this hotel. I’m sure there’s better options in Seminole. and it is been a week now and I still don’t have my refund back.
