- Barry (8/5): - Property was decent. Staff is very nice. Breakfast is good. Coffee is good gym is decent. Had a couple of challenges but they were addressed. Only true challenge would be the price. This town is small and this hotel isn’t special but it’s the highest cost in the area pretty much. Won’t be staying again but it’s a decent value if you have the money to spend.

- Linda (10/5): Pleasant and comfortable - It's a beautiful clean place and breakfast was excellent. The young lady taking care of the breakfast exceeded expectations and was very very polite. Power went out in that part of the city, but it was not the hotel's fault. But other than that my stay was very pleasant and comfortable. I will be staying here again if I go back to that part of texas I loved everything about the hotel

Walking distance to Walmart, HEB is right down the road as well as plenty of places to grab a bite to eat. Comfortable rooms and great AC. - Jo Ann (10/5): Couple Time - My boyfriend is working in Kenedy and we wanted to spend more time together. That’s why we stayed there.
- 125christyb (2/5): If you want to eat Breakfast, do NOT go to this hotel - If you want to eat Breakfast, do NOT go to this hotel. We stayed in December 2023 and the man, in charge of the breakfast, was very rude. We went down and there was nothing left, except about 3 items. Waffle Batter was out also. When asked, he said that he was not putting anything else out. This was about 8:00 am. We thought maybe this was a fluke, so, on our way back through in January 2024, we stayed, again, for 1-night. Went to Breakfast; pictures are time stamped at 8:41 am. The breakfast person, Susan, was sitting outside in the foyer, playing on her phone. The pictures show you what food was left, which was 1-fried egg, 2-pieces of bread and small pastry. I asked her if she was going to restock and she was very nasty, told me to eat waffles and even more nasty, said, "what else do you even want?". I told her she was rude and asked her name. This is the same as it was in Dec 2023, but, it was a man then. This means management of the hotel is telling them to not put food out. That is part of what we pay for, a breakfast, so, we went and spent money to eat breakfast at a restaurant. The man in Dec and Susan in Jan. were both very rude. No Food either time. Management is doing this. I did not even bother to contact the management at the hotel, because, we realized that management is telling them to not put food out. The Breakfast is part of what we pay for at Best Western, so, it is unacceptable that management, is clearly, telling them to not put food out. I told Susan that I was going to make a complaint, and, so, it is very very funny, because, on Google Reviews, right after I left, someone put up a review of how awesome she is. I appreciate that a friend is trying to cover for her, but, I don’t think she realizes, that, I have photos.

- Fernando (3/5): The place is good, Melinda the receptionist ruins it all! - I have stayed here for work 4 times now. 2 of those not very pleasant when have to deal with the receptionist Melinda or Melina. That girl need to move to another job and let guest feel comfortable at staying here. Next time i go to Kenedy Tx. I will call first and will ask if she stills working here. If ahe does I’ll just stay next door at Candlewood Suites.

The room was clean and comfortable we did find a 2 scorpions in our room but spoke to front desk who then referred us to Jack and he gave us a bit of a credit even offered to switch us rooms but we needed the conjoined rooms so decided to stay. Breakfast was very good staff was very friendly the only problem I had was that I was charged 35$ fee because one of my kids left a pizza stain on the comforter and apparently would not come off after being washed. It just would of nice to have been given a receipt or the least be notified of the charge. Other than that everything else was great

- George (8/5): Nice , clean but management unfair - The room was great breakfast was really good. only problem I had was that when I booked the rooms I booked 3 rooms to be sure I had enough for my work crew , half the crew didn’t show up so I only need 2 rooms and the hotel manager still charged me full price for the 3rd room (that we didn’t need) even after I explained the situation.

- Craig (8/5): Good option for staying in Karnes County - Beware Verizon is almost useless in this hotel - Pluses: Nice hotel, hot breakfast included, clean rooms, central location. Plenty of parking, well lit. Seems safer than some other options locally. Minuses: Verizon doesn't work well at all in this hotel compared with others locally. Hot water takes a very long time to come to the tap... so long you'll think it's broken. Long story short, it's not quite as nice as it once was but still a decent place to stay if you don't mind Verizon not working.

- Joann (6/5): It was a good stay! - Well, the pinto beans were dried up and hard. The eggs were delicious! When I walked in the foyer it had bad smell. I don’t know if someone was cooking something that brined or just what it might be. One of the bedspreads had a stain.

- Katrina (10/5): Excellent hotel stay - I enjoyed staying here so much! The room was huge. The bed was comfortable which is a must after my back surgery. I loved the scent of the toiletries. Had a great time in the pool. The only negative was the one washer they had available didnt spin thoroughly so took me 3 dryer cycles to get one load dry. But regardless, i will definitely be staying here again my next trip down.

Tried to make us pay for a conference room for a 30 min team meeting instead of allowing us to use the unused breakfast area at 11:00 am. We were already paying customers at the hotel. Wi-Fi and cell service at hotel are really bad. I won’t stay here again.

At night loud activity women coming and going all hours. There is definitely prostitution and drugs. Talk to management Richard he was very rude loud . Would never stay there again. This place needs to be reported.

- Cody (8/5): Decent hotel for Kenedy - I stayed for a few days while working in the area during the COVID-19 lockdowns. The staff was friendly and the hotel was clean. I did not try the breakfast, but it smelled good. When I stayed for multiple nights, there was no room service. This may have just been because of the COVID-19 situation. I will likely continue to stay here when working in the area.
