- Letesha (4/5): - The staff was amazing and very helpful. My room was dated and there were somethings that needed to be updated. The carpet in my room was terrible. It had blood stains near the bed and throughout the carpet near that area. Even if it was shampooed, the stains were still visible so the carpet should have been changed. I was so grossed out, I checked out my room earlier without a refund unfortunately.

To top it off we had to leave early because our city was hit by a tornado. We checked out at 8:00am and they would not reimburse us for the next day. We will never stay at any of there properties again.

- Verified traveler (8/5): - Decent place to stay with comparatively reasonable prices in an area with exorbitant rates. The bed was a little stiff but it was better than my bed in a much more expensive hotel nearby.

- April (8/5): Just very weird. No hospitality. - Front desk lady was not too friendly she told me elevators were not working if anyone notified me i said no. And if i still wanted the room or i wanna go find another in town. Mind u its midnight and we drove 7 hours. I said no we will stay here. So she checks me in runs my card and i ask how much it was and she says she can not disclose that information. I have never had this happen anywhere i go regardless is i book throigh a third party app. Thought it was very strange..

- Christian (2/5): No vacancy on a guaranteed room confirmation - I did not stay at the hotel I arrived and they told me they had no vacancies. I booked a guaranteed stay and my family had to travel to Lubbock Tx to stay in another hotel. I was charged for the stay since I couldn’t cancel it. Since the hotels phone line is broken they could not verify I didn’t stay there. The hotel cancelled my reservation next day. I need my refund back
- Jackie (2/5): Never again - We arrived and were told that we didn’t have reservations. There system was down all day and they had no rooms available. I contacted Hotels.com they were no help at all. I was charged for two rooms and had to drive 60 miles to find another hotel. Thanks for not helping me on this Hotels.com.
- Marcus (8/5): Bed not too comfy, but... - Loved the location, staff and the room. I just did not care for the bed. I could feel the springs, so did not get the greatest of sleep. Loved EVERYTHING else about the hotel.
- John (10/5): clean place to sleep in oiltown - Nice new hotel, probably result of the latest oil boom. Reasonable COVID procedures. Barely anyone though... Breakfast was good, though I would not mind the lady in charge of the breakfast leave us alone...

Since we were getting the room after midnight just for a road trip quick overnight stay, it wasn’t a big deal. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good and well-run given Covid precautions.

- Verified traveler (6/5): worst stay at BW - we got there early as we drove in from dallas. The lady behind the desk asked if she could help. I said checking on my reservation . You are way early . Check in is at 3. I said we drove from Dallas . What time might we be able to check in . Any earlier . At 3. That's check in time . Even thru the mask you could tell she was not happy . So we said ok and left . We came at 2 and asked to sit in eating area for lunch. She said sure . I then noticed some people come in from the pool which I didn't know was open . Since my granddaughter is a swimmer I asked if could change her in the rest room and let her swim until check in. She said JUST wait and started using the computer and said I have a room . Gave me the keys .I told her Thanks she will be Excited. I told my granddaughter she said yes come thank her but she just walk into the back room . So GD just shouted Thank You . So after a long drive in we were tired and went to sleep around 9pm only to be awaken by someone wanting in the room . They had given some one else the room . The next morning we couldn't shower because there was no shower jel and I only had a small soap for 3 people to wash our hands. She told me at check in there was no house keeper to call if needed . So no breakfast was no problem as we just went else where . Don't know the Lady as she didn't have a name badge . My husband travel and this was not what we are use to. Used this hotel in March and the people were wonderful . This lady was not Happy
