Cleanliness of the kitchenware, carpet and dining chairs are unacceptable. The toaster was rusty and hairdryer was sticky and dirty outside and switch was broken. The only treadmill in the small gym is broken. The pantry and bathroom made the room smelly.

• cassiesloane (10/5): Effortless stay for event nearby - Experience at Quest was fantastic. Check-in was quick, seamless and friendly. Accessing the carpark was easy and it felt secure to leave the car there overnight. The room was fantastic; clean and fully equipped with kitchenette. The thing we liked most about the room was having a window with a flyscreen. We were able to have fresh air in the room which is often something we miss about hotel stays. Great value for money. Only downside was there was some noise during the night coming from above, not sure of the cause of the noise.

I found it unusual that Quest had signs about caring for the environment yet in the room all 9 down lights came on at the same time, there was only one switch.

Maybe the business could look into sound proofing rooms facing the main road/highway. ?

It was convenient to everything in town so was able to walk everywhere. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. No where else have we received a complimentary Magnum, great touch. The corridors were a little too hot.

• FJVLS (8/5): An Excellent Value; A Full Apartment for the Price of a Hotel Room - Spent an overnight, and our first experience with the Aussie brand Quest (apparently owned by a Singapore company now). Anyway, overall we’re impressed with the value proposition. For context, we traveled with two large suitcases for a several week trip Down Under. This shaped our view of room sizes and bathroom counter space. Things we liked: - A “room” is really a full 1-bedroom apartment with a complete kitchen, living room, bedroom, bathroom, and in-room laundry machines. We used this for down day during our extended trip in Australia and it was ideal for doing laundry, taking a break from restaurant food, doing electronic business. - Plenty of space for our gear and enough counter space in the bathroom. - Ice cream treats as a welcome! - Front desk was very friendly, and able to check us in a bit early, which was very helpful and appreciated. - The center of town is about 3-4 blocks’ walk, with all the businesses you’d expect. Other notes: - Daily parking was $25, booked in advance. The parking is very secure. There are about 40 spots for 80 apartments, so we recommend booking parking with the room if you are driving. - The furniture is simple and finishes durable. It’s a practical choice. - Room was generally clean and in good repair. Not perfect, yet good enough. - Has an in-room safe. It’s not luxury, yet it’s quite good and at an attractive price. We’re sold.

• farawaymum (6/5): Lots of issues, would be good if better maintained and actively managed - Stayed on 11 separate occasions between October 2025 and January 2026 for work, mostly in a 1 bed unless for a very short stay when I took the studio.The 1 bed is much better as it provides good space to relax with a sofa, desk plus full size fridge and washing machine and dryer. Do be aware the bedroom has a glass wall with a blind so is not totally private from the lounge for someone separately using the sofa bed. There are some true 1 bedders on the corners without the glass wall arrangement, they are the pick.The studio is tight with a wall mounted tv that can only be watched from the bed which I did not like. The studio has a desk but only a bar fridge. Wifi was fast and good for working. My low rating is the due to the lack of maintenance, lots of damaged and broken furnishings and equipment, and general grubbiness.On my last stay the lift was out for 4 days - hello 4 flights of stairs and general chaos! Staff at front desk ranged from friendly to incredibly nasty/aggressive , and were unfortunately incompetent in an emergency (trapped in the lift) with responsible management seemingly absent.Either that or they walk around with their eyes close to avoid noticing all the repairs, maintenance, and deep cleaning needed.Parking is extra and overpriced but I would recommend taking it as it is relatively secure if returning alone at night.It has to be pre booked.
